Due camere da letto hanno letti king size con TV a schermo piatto. La terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale. Letto a scomparsa singolo e comodo divano. Riscaldamento centralizzato e aria. TV via cavo e internet wireless, libri per il tuo piacere di lettura e assortimento di giochi. Cucina completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici. La cucina ha quattro sgabelli lungo il bancone in granito e un tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare quattro. Fronte oceano con accesso privato alla spiaggia. Sedie a sdraio e alcuni giochi da spiaggia forniti. Ponte coperto fronte mare con tavolo e sedie per quattro persone. Master Bedroom e Second bedroom ha il suo mazzo privato.

So close to the beach!

This was our second year staying here - Mom, 18 y/o daughter and her two 18 y/o friends. We enjoyed it and how close it is to the beach! Thanks for another nice time!

Family vacation

The place is conveniently located just a few steps away from the beach. A short drive to the center. We enjoyed it very much.Kitchen is updated and has everything you need.Washer and drier came in handy.There was a small issue with one of the showers and it was addressed and fixed.

Clean, owner gave very detailed message before stayed. You do go up a flight of stairs even for the bottom condo. Very nice place.

Ocean getaway

We were very impressed with this condo- it was spotlessly clean, and the ocean front location was perfect. Mornings on the balcony with coffee and the sound of the waves. Since it wasn’t “ocean weather” we enjoyed other local activities like a sunset cruise on the river and a visit to the Battleship North Carolina. We also highly recommend picking up dinner from Cape Fear Crab Boil.

Great vacation!

We really did like the condo. The check-in process was so easy. The condo was beautiful. It was spacious, very comfortable beds and the two bathrooms were a plus. We had everything we needed for cooking. The beach was amazing and not crowded at all.The only thing that I would give a negative was the cleaner was still there when we pulled up at five and we were supposed to check in at four. She even had towels in the dryer drying and I’m not even quite sure that the comforter was even cleaned so I washed everything when I got there. We love that we had a washer and dryer so that was a big plus for us. We will be back next year.

A home away from home!

Our stay at this property was wonderful. Booking was so easy. Janet was flexible when needed, and she's very kind. The property was clean and spacious, with recent renovations and updated appliances. The beds were very comfortable. The walk to the beach on the private walkway was easy and beautiful. It's a (walkable) mile to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, which is very convenient. The storage room had everything we needed for the beach; we really didn't need to bring anything from home. It truly was a home away from home. I hope we get the opportunity to go back and stay again sometime!

View was everything we wanted. Keurig did not work. No beach towels. Frying pans were rusty. More dishes. Stain on comforter. It was close to everything and owner answered questions immediately

Everything we needed was there

We enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty of room and the convenience of a kitchen with pots, pans, and dishes. Many of our meals were taken on the balcony. We appreciated the access to beach chairs.

Awesome stay.

This was our first visit to the area but it won’t be the last. We had a wonderful time just hanging out and relaxing. Great location; and the condo is well stocked with things to make a stay comfortable. Sitting on the deck enjoying the sounds of the ocean was our favorite pastime.

Beach getaway

The location is great with private walk out , I enjoyed drinking my morning coffee on the deck and listen to the waves …. Switch to nighttime having a drink on the deck and the full moon … breathtaking ….. I highly recommend …. Perfect for making family memories :)

Beach Vacay!

Wonderful stay at Janets' place. It was a perfect location to enjoy the beach and relax. The condo was as pictured and our family of 6 fit comfortably in it. Carolina Beach was relaxing and had great restaurants. Will definitely be returning to Carolina Beach and Janets!

Plenty of space. Tidy and inviting. Great location!

Went with a party of 4 and felt like we had space for plenty more. Walking distance to “boardwalk” area but without the crowded beach. Great outdooor space and easy access to beach! Would absolutely stay here again!!

Ocean front!

Probably one of the best places to stay for the location and price point. The unit was fully stocked with everything you need, plenty of linens. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated which was nice.

An excellent place to enjoy the beach!

My friends and I just loved the location! It's really close to the beach. Our favorite thing was having our morning coffee seating on the back balcony while looking at the ocean!! Ms Perry, the ptoprty owner, was very responsive and replied to our messages in a timely and courteous manner. Thank you so much, Ms Perry! We are definitely coming back to this property! I have been a beach lover all my life. I got it honestly from my father. Any day I can walk on the beach is a good day. The sunsets and sunrises are amazing opportunities for photography.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

I love how friendly people are in the town of Carolina Beach. It was easy to make friends and become a regular. Locals are always willing to provide their opinion on best places to visit. This first floor condo is close to the boardwalk but far enough away to be less populated by the large hotels at the boardwalk.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Easy access to the beach. Great views of the water and the wonderful sounds of the waves crashing. Centrally located between the Fishing Pier and the board walk. Walking distance to either one on the beach. Anyone who visits should try Britt's Donuts which has been a land mark of Carolina Beach. There is also a new Donut place that provide unique alternatives called Wake n Bake. My favorite is the Maple bacon donut. The NC Aquarium is a short drive to Fort Fisher. Fort Fisher also has a small museum and a ferry which goes to South Port.
