Immergiti nell'ottimo stile resort vivendo a pochi passi dalla splendida piscina comunitaria, completa di rilassanti fontane d'acqua, griglie a gas professionali all'aperto di nuova costruzione e gazebo ombreggiati.
L'unità si trova a soli 10 minuti dal centro di Tampa (senza luci). Tutti adorano i nostri pavimenti in piastrelle effetto legno e il nostro schermo nel patio. Posizione ideale con facile accesso a tutte le principali autostrade e tutte le attrazioni popolari. Il Casinò Hard Seminole è a soli 10 minuti di distanza. Un nuovissimo TopGolf e Bass Pro Shop sono appena stati aperti a pochi passi. A pochi passi dalla piscina in stile resort. Siamo situati dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla nuova sede aziendale USAA ea 15 minuti da MacDill AFB. Questo gioiello per le vacanze è a soli 50 minuti dalla spiaggia di Clearwater o dall'isola Anna Maria. Busch Gardens e Adventure Island sono raggiungibili in 20 minuti. Disney World è a un'ora di distanza. Siamo sempre disponibili ad aiutare con le vostre esigenze di vacanza. Non vediamo l'ora di incontrarvi.

Great central location

Enjoyed our week stay. Close to many activities such as Busch Gardens, golfing, beaches, restaurants and casino. The immediate area is industrial though. Condo is clean and well supplied. Pool area is lovely.

Wonderful condo. Great amenities. Quiet and peaceful.

Clean and adorable. Perfect for our needs. Great pool and exercise center. Owners attentive and very available if needed. Would not hesitate to stay here again. A great big thank you to the owners. The entire transaction was very easy.

Great place in Tampa

Great location in Tampa. It is 3 minutes from Bass Pro Shops and minutes away from many dining options and shopping. The hosts were very nice. The condo was clean and met all our needs, thank you.

A very very nice place.

I do a lot of traveling with my job and this is the best place by far that I have stayed at. Pool is right outside the door and Wayne is great.

We bought Citypass and this was perfect location to get to them all (except Clearwater Aquarium)

We loved the room, all the comforts of home. Complete kitchen, the perfect location to all the things on the Citypass. It took us less than 20-25mins to get to each place on the Citypass (except Clearwater). Room was ground floor, washer and dryer were great to have so we came back with only the clothes we had on being dirty. Plenty of restaurants and places to shop close by, movie theater and mall close too. The only complaint we had and it might have just been us was the bed was super soft and took some getting used to it. If you are use to a firmer bed it may take a day or two to become accustomed to it. Wayne was super nice and agreed to meet us if need be to show us the room. I am sure if we had needed anything or had any questions he would have been more than ready to help. Would definitely recommend booking with them.

Pretty condo with nice pool.

The property was very nice, the pool was great. Our only complaints were that the bed pillows were way too soft and the living room lighting was too dim to read by. Be aware that the beautiful gulf coast beaches are quite a drive away and the traffic is awful. So keep that in mind when planning your location.

Great location and perfect place to visit family and friends

We came to visit family and friends who live all around the Tampa area. This is a great location to get on a highway heading any direction. Very clean and comfortable. Exactly what we were looking for. Having a kitchen was great and the king size bed was super comfortable.

The property was perfect, the accommodations were great.

The property was in a perfect location for my family and I. It was close enough to downtown Tampa, due to we were moving our child back to college. Being able to cook meals do to dietary restrictions was the best. The amenities where great, access to the pool, gym, tennis court and volleyball kept everyone busy and happy. It was a pleasant and relaxing stay for us, I would defiantly stay again. The owners were very helpful with any questions I had and information about the surroundings was available in the property. WE had a Great stay!!

Great Condo!

The condo was very clean and updated, stocked with everything my family and I needed for our 10 day stay in Florida. The bed was also very comfortable. We were really happy staying here and would stay again! Wayne was also very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. Thank you Wayne!

Excellent vacation home!

The condo was perfectly located in a quiet community, it had all the amenities needed to enjoy a vacation yet able to cook meals and spacious to feel like your at home! Thank You Wayne & Elaine for sharing your home away from home condo......it was a well needed break for Me!

Nice property, well equipped and comfortable

A very comfortable stay with everything you would want to cater for a short stay. However the bed is too high and very soft and springy so that it was difficult to get in. too soft for anyone with any sort of back problem. Property needs an information booklet on operating TV, aircon, waste bags, pool entry, Wifi, location, shops, leaving property etc.

Excellent and comfortably furnished

The property was very convenient to all major highways. There was many restaurants and shopping nearby. The pool was very nice and a comfortable area. The owners were a delight to deal with from the moment we made the first inquiry till we left the property. We would highly recommend this property for your next vacation Lynn and Bob

Awesome!!!!

This condo is absolutely beautiful!!!! My stay there was a pleasure. Very clean, nice furniture and conventiently located near local attractions and shopping areas. The pool is literally located right out of the front door. I would gladly recommend this condo if you're visiting Tampa. The hospitality of the owners is SUPERIOR!!!! I'm definitely going back to visit Tampa and stay in the same condo if available. Thanks for making my stay a pleasure!!!

Wonderful alternative to hotel

We LOVED this condo rental. This condo was a perfect alternative to a hotel for our extended (2-week) stay in Tampa. It had everything we needed (kitchen, washer, dryer, cable, internet, air mattress, etc). My husband, toddler son, and I enjoyed the living space and especially the pool - it was just outside our door. We also loved the screened-in, outdoor sitting area. The whole unit was comfortable, well-cared for, and clean. The condo is also conveniently located near the highway and just a stone's throw from shopping centers and yummy restaurants. Wayne (one of the owners) was amazing to work with and very helpful any time we needed him. We will ABSOLUTELY stay here again when we return to Tampa.

Great Place

Needed place to stay for a month while my daughter Danced In Tampa This condo is a marvelous place to stay- Quiet, super clean and modern with Cable/internet/washer and dryer. There are TV's in each the bedroom and living area. Furniture is very comfortable. AC is perfect. The unit is only a few steps from a resort like swimming pool. Easy access to major access roads and shopping but tucked away from the crowds/noise. The owners are great folks and quite responsive to any questions

Great Experience

Relocated to Tampa for work and needed short term housing. This condo was perfect. I literally said "this is perfect" when I walked in the door. Close to the main entrance of the complex, close to the gym, 15 feet from the pool minutes from hwy 75. I just can't say enough positive about this place. Comfy bed, washer and dryer, wifi, on demand movies. It is perfect for a vacation or a young professional commuting to the Tampa. The owner was very nice and accommodating and made check in and out a breeze. I would recommend this spot for anyone who wants to be close to Tampa, but skip the traffic. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

A wonderful stay!

It was nice to have a home away from home. Spotless, very clean, and tastefully decorated condo. Comfortable both living room and bedroom; great bathroom with plenty of towels; cozy patio. Quiet at night. Wayne is great to work with. He was even kind enough to mail us an item we left at his condo. Thanks, Wayne. You were a fabulous hostess. We will definitely be back! Loved being there and very happy to recommend.
