La James Sparrow House fu costruita nel 1797. È un eccellente esempio di Charleston Single House in stile tardo federale. Questa è una camera da letto, 3. 5 unità di bagno. Un luogo perfetto per grandi riunioni di famiglia o un divertente weekend con gli amici. Richiediamo un soggiorno minimo di due notti lunedì-mercoledì e un soggiorno minimo di tre notti giovedì-domenica. Salendo i gradevoli gradini verso il grande portico anteriore, godrete di un ampio ed elegante soggiorno e sala da pranzo al primo piano, oltre a una cucina completamente attrezzata e un bagno di servizio. Il secondo piano dispone di due ampie camere da letto con 2 letti queen size ciascuna e entrambe con bagno privato. Il terzo piano è uno spazio favoloso con due camere da letto una con 4 letti singoli costruiti e uno con 1 letto singolo. C'è anche un bagno completo. Situato su Cannon Street, nel quartiere del design di Downtown Charleston, è a pochi passi da famosi ristoranti e bar, inclusi due ristoranti di James Beard. Goditi alcuni dei migliori ristoranti locali di Charleston con Hominy Grill, Lana, Lager's Two Boroughs, Five Loaves, The Grocery e The Ordinary, tutti situati a 3 isolati dal cottage. Just can't say enough great things about Sparrow as was a true joy to stay there. Just so much charm and character. Lovely morning having coffee on front porch and the wonderful details inside the home just made it such as special week. Convenient to so much walkable and easy check in and check out. Great job and will come back

Charleston Trip

Delightful!

Everything about this home was perfect for us! Our grandchildren loved sleeping on the third floor, and felt very snug and happy. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go - fabulous location!

Girls getaway stay!

This property was absolutely beautiful! Claire was so responsive and we really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location to king street and walking distance to local coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Can’t recommend this property enough! Gorgeous southern charm styled home. Definitely want to go back!

Perfect Location & Property

This was one of the best & well managed places I have stayed at - the hosts were incredibly communicative & helpful throughout the entire process. The home was beautiful & looked exactly like the photos, we loved sitting out on the patio in the mornings. Perfect location to King street and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere! Couldn’t recommend this property, or the hosts, more!!

Charleston stay at Casa Zoe

Check in was seamless and property manager was able to let us check in a little early, which was a bonus. We were there for a bachelorette trip with 12 total girls, and we had everything we needed! Plenty of towels, washcloths, shampoos, etc. Kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better house! Perfect location to everything as well.

Perfect for Golf trip of 8

This was our second time in the house, and once again it was terrific. The location is ideal, and the accommodations are perfectly suited for 8 adults. We were there on a guys' golf trip and give it very high marks. The front porch is a gem to kill time and tell stories over a beer.

Great property and location!!

This house is beautiful and so charming! It’s an easy walk to anything you’d need and the neighborhood felt very safe. The property manager was prompt and responsive. We had an issue with the oven and they were able to fix it right away. We will definitely keep this property in mind if we are back with a big group in the future!

Best Bachelorette

We were in town for a bachelorette weekend. There were 12 of us and this property was perfect! The owners were so accommodating to our needs, and excellent to communicate with. The listing was very accurate so our expectations were certainly met. This property is just a few blocks from King Street so everything we did was walkable or a $10 Uber drive. Also, the air conditioning worked GREAT which we appreciated as the weather was hot and humid!

Holidays in Charleston

Casa Zoe 1 was perfect for our group… great gathering spaces and also perfect sleeping arrangements… beds were comfortable and cozy. Each of us had a space to relax/sleep. No need to share pristine bathrooms - luxury. Our host/contact responded quickly and offered useful info. Our house was a winner!! Thank you

Southern charm. Good for a larger group

Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Convenient location with dining within short walking distance. A bit further to walk into town but we did it several times.Historic building, I believe in National Register. As such, you want the mindset for staying in an older property. Lots of off-street parking. We would stay there again. Loved the expansive front porch!

Sparrow House - Perfect in Everyway!

There were six women in the group visiting Charleston and Sparrow House was the "icing on the cake" during our time in the Holy City. The house is spacious and elegant. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms well stocked. We enjoyed sitting in the bright and open living room as we planned our day's events and at night for "happy hour" before heading out for the evening. Meg responded to my questions promptly and was very helpful. This truly is a wonderful place to stay.
