Favoloso condominio di 1.080 piedi quadrati completamente arredato e ristrutturato dispone di un grande ponte con vista tropicale verso la piscina principale. L'unità comprende 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni separati dall'ampia sala grande aperta e dalla cucina per una maggiore privacy. L'unità si trova al 2 ° piano con comodo accesso al parcheggio, alla piscina principale, alla vasca idromassaggio e all'area barbecue comune. Tutto il complesso è tenuto pulito e pulito dal personale addetto alla manutenzione a tempo pieno.

L'unità è stata completamente ristrutturata con elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca, mobili per soggiorno e camera da letto, tre TV a schermo piatto, materassi nuovi, lenzuola, lenzuola e accessori e altre pentole e utensili per la cucina. Great Location

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed. The king size bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. The pool area was wonderful. Well maintained and clean. We would stay here again.

Hiking trip to Phoenix

The condo was perfect for what we needed. It is well appointed, comfortable beds and quiet condo complex. It is very close to hiking trails which we enjoyed very much. The owner was great with communication.

It was wonderful! Great stay. Place was plenty big and had a great floor plan. Property was awesome as well. Host was wonderful and responsive and friendly. Residents there were very friendly and helpful. Overall experience was wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. The heated pool and hot tub were nice after hiking. It was nice and quiet in and around the unit. Location is good. Owner was accomodatinga later check out.

Clean and Comfortable

We stayed at this location for four days. The unit was very clean, well supplied and nicely decorated. Super comfortable bed. The check-in process was simple and we were appreciative of the notebook the owner supplied with local information about restaurants, shopping, markets, etc. The owner responded promptly to our messages. We would definitely stay again.

Great Condo

We loved the condo as well as the extras the hosts provided. There were paper plates, towels, napkins, etc. which was so nice that we did not need to buy these. There was a load of clean towels in each bathroom so we could change out as we chose. The location is central to most of Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, etc. However, the actual neighborhood that this condo complex is in, is in a more industrial area with car repair shops, etc. The condo felt very safe but we needed to go elsewhere to look for amenities. Plan to go back in the future.

The property was perfect for our weekend away to spend w/ our son who is currently living in Phoenix. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Directions to get there and check in were very smooth. We loved it!!! Easy access to a lot of the activities we enjoyed while there.

My dad, my husband and myself all stayed here and it was the perfect amount of room that we needed. It was far from the things we decided to do but I wasn't aware when I booked it so that was on me. Great communication with the owner, Tracy was great.

Beautiful Home

The property was amazing! The host went out of her way to make sure that she touched base with us, also the home was Fully stocked it had everything that we needed. When I return to Arizona I will stay a this home. Lovely stay, everything was clean, the furniture was very nice, the beds, were very comfortable, the coffee was great, she even had sugar, and plenty of towels.

Great Experience

We came to Phoenix for the WM Phoenix Open. The Condo was perfect for us and centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The beds were AWESOME and the sheets - AMAZING! The condo was more than stocked with the extras so all we had to buy were a few groceries. Tracy was so wonderful to work with. I have nothing bad to say about our experience. Highly recommend.

Home Away from Homr

The first sound heard when entering the gate is a sound flowing water from a beautiful water fountain, which are through out the property. The property grounds are very well kept; manicured. Our condo was amazing; very clean, well stocked; peaceful. In speaking with the host; she has such a lovely and gracious spirit. Oh an extra bonus; the hosts provide a binder with great information and suggestions for your stay! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Pointe Resort

We were very pleased with our condo in Pointe Resort. It was very clean, well-equipped and had ample linens, towels, etc. There were also extras such as napkins, papers plates, ziplock bags and plastic wrap. We did not need to contact the host, nor the manager, but appreciated having their numbers readily available. We have stayed at Pointe Resort for 20 yrs or so. It is well maintained, has lovely pools and is easily accessed from multiple directions. We would not hesitate to stay again. Cathy Littlefield

Great Stay for working vacation central Location 5 stars

In town to watch our daughter in a college soccer showcase and visit friends and work in off hours. Easy access to much of the Phoenix area. Well Appointed unit, very clean and very comfortable. Very large gated Complex has multiple pools, sports courts etc, that we didn't get a chance to use. Unit was great. Tracy was very attentive even calling me prior to make sure i had received the welcome packet as we were arriving late. 3 minor issues to note: 1. Complex is large with minimal signage with dim lighting. It took us a while to find the unit and parking. 2. Not much in immediate area - No grocery open at 11PM. but lots of options within 15-minute drive 3. 12th street gate code did not work (there was a sign to use January's code - which i didn't have, but another resident gave me. Plus - Great Host! - Clean, comfortable, well appointed unit. - Central location.

Golf weekend

Upon arrival we were a little surprised to find that the condo had not been cleaned, but after calling the owner, we were able to grab dinner and by the time we got back they had the condo to expectation. I appreciate the immediate attention that the owner gave, even tho somewhere the ball was dropped on cleaning the condo. The rest of the stay was great with no issues worked well for my father and I as a main hub for our short week of golf in the Phoenix area.

Great Condo

Exactly what we needed! Great location. We were able to get to anything with ease. Only issue we had was with the living room TV - couldn’t get local TV and moving onto the “app” TV we had a lot of “freezing” - tried to contact the property manager and it took her hours to get back to us - all she could say “just unplug and plug it back in”. Oh well, we were not there to watch TV. Everything else could not have been better. I’d go back again! Thanks Tracy!

Absolutely perfect getaway for couple!

Property was more than we could ask for. Clean, updated with nice decor and all the furnishings you will ever need. Located inside a gated complex surrounded by a beautiful community that was very quiet and relaxing. Met a few residents and people who stay there regularly and they were extremely friendly and welcoming. Pool is heated and hot tub felt great. Grilled steaks on the gas grills provided by the pool. Great views of North Mountain- the trails are only a few minutes walk- hiked up to the top and watched the sunset the first night. We were there for outdoor adventures and spent most of our days hiking and biking and wanted peace and privacy when we returned in the evening. This property was perfect for that. Check in/out, property access and communications with Tracy the owner were exceptional! Definitely hope to stay here again!

first timers renting a condo

Our Condo was very nice. Just a couple of hiccups. Our stay was from Tuesday week one until Thursday week two. It was dark when we got there. parking was a little walk to our condo, so it took a little while finding it. Very nice inside. Did find dirty dishes so we proceeded to wash the dishes. On the third night a family showed up and said it was their condo. a call was made to the owner who, very soon realized she had set us up in the wrong condo. We felt bad for the family as the kids were little. It worked out that we were able to stay until the following Wednesday, but would need to move to the other condo, which was going to be empty, for one night. We were given a discount for the inconvenience. Overall very nice. The people at the pool were very nice. We felt very safe.

Location, location, location! If you want to experience all Phoenix has to offer, this central location provides extremely easy access to the airport, freeways and locations throughout the metropolitan area. We are next to all the major highways and only 15 minutes from the airport. Our condo is also right next to North Mountain that has a lot of walking trails and beautiful views of the city.

Extraordinary location within the complex with large, covered decks. We are also located next to the main pool. Our complex has tennis, basketball and pickleball courts.
