Great location!! This 3 bedroom was all my group needed for a pre cruise stay. We were right down road from Colosseum and lots of shopping and restaurants!! Host was great and even helped us find a shuttle to the Vatican.

Very comfortable apartment located close to shops, restaurants and the Colosseum. A car is not needed, since the subway system is very efficient. The host and his assistant were very helpful and quick to respond when we needed their help.

Excellent location (close to the colosseum), perfect for our family of 5. Air conditioning worked excellent, which was well needed since it was in the high 90’s when we visited. We loved our trip and the recommendations from Paolo. We felt very safe and comfortable in this apartment,

Paolo our host was excellent, it was very close to the colosseum and historic center. I would say a fresh coat of paint would move the rating from good to excellent but for young travelers passing through it would be okay.

The apartment, itself, was ok. It's a very old building and it shows. The walls of the building need cleaning and painting. If pictures of the inside of the building were provided, I would not have selected this location. The is the same for the actual apartment we stayed in. The apartment needs a deep cleaning. One of the blankets on the bed was soiled. I was afraid to use one of the extra blankets because I wasn't sure if it had been laundered. Ricardo met us at the property and he was very friendly. He provided history on the building and made recommendations for pizza in the neighborhood. The AC worked great and having a washer/dryer was very useful. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance and the colosseum was about a 10 minute walk.

Amazing host, charming place, easy walk to colosseum. Loved the stay in Tome, thanks to the host, who provided all the information any first time travelled to Rome would need. The apartment itself was cozy, very well maintained, and our twin daughters loved their own kids themed bedroom. The apartment has a nice character that resembles old Rome, with modern amenities. My family loved the stay and the host hospitality!

The house was perfect for what we needed and in a great location. You step out the door and the Coliseum is right down the street. Paulo and Riccardo were also wonderful hosts. Very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

We had a nice stay at the property which was a great size for our party of 7 persons. We stayed on the 4th floor and there was an elevator. Paolo was very responsive (and also helped arrange transport to the airport) and Riccardo was there to meet us upon check-in. The property was very clean and organized. Paolo had the beds set up based on our requirements. There was air conditioning in all rooms which was a welcome relief from the July summer heat. Location was great and about an 8 minute walk to the Colosseum. There were also plenty of restaurants within a 10 to 15 minute walk and a grocery and coffee bar within a 3 minute walk. Overall a great experience.

Nice place to stay if you want to be close to everything.

The beds are pretty hard if you’re used to softer beds but the layout and proximity to Ancient Rome was perfect

I see that you gave only 3 stars maybe because of the mattresses: so far actually past guests did not say anything about that. So, I can imagine that you are used to very soft beds. Paolo is a very responsive host. He replies quickly and positively to all requests. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. Bedside lamps that provided more light would be helpful. Bathrooms were efficient but not particularly large. Wifi was great. The apartment was very quiet even though it is on a busy road. The apartment is in a wonderful location for enjoying the wonderful attractions in Rome.

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation in Rome! This vacation home was wonderful! Amazing location right down the street from the Colosseum. Spacious and plenty of room for 2 families. It allowed us to stay in the same place with family which made for more fun! Paolo was very helpful and friendly! He helped us take our luggage up to the home, showed us how to work the elevator, and then explained all about the home. If we ever get the chance to visit Rome again, I'm going to try and stay here again!

Excellent location and host

Our family of seven stayed in the property and enjoyed it a great deal. Paolo was an excellent host and went out of his way to be helpful. The property was extremely convenient; within walking distance of most of the tourist attractions and close to a metro station.
