Benvenuti nel fantastico Sugar Beach Condominiums di Orange Beach, in Alabama! Questo complesso ha tutto! Accesso diretto al Golfo, piscine multiple, campi da tennis, parcheggio coperto, e non dimenticate la Sugar Shack per le grandi prelibatezze sulla spiaggia! La posizione è perfetta, vicino a tutte le attrazioni di Orange Beach e Gulf Shores, vicino al Gulf State Park e, soprattutto, proprio sul Golfo del Messico.

All'interno del condominio troverete una grande suite padronale al piano superiore, con un letto Queen Tempur-pedic, divano letto futon, TV a schermo piatto, ampio armadio e bagno privato. Al piano inferiore nella zona giorno principale, c'è un divano letto matrimoniale e comodi posti a sedere, nonché uno sgabello da bar per tre. Anche il bagno per gli ospiti e la zona lavanderia sono situati al piano inferiore per la famiglia.

Non vedo l'ora di vederti in spiaggia!

Qualsiasi prenotazione effettuata prima del 1 ° ottobre per la stagione invernale (gennaio e febbraio) richiede un minimo di 60 giorni (due mesi). Le prenotazioni effettuate che non soddisfano questi criteri sono soggette a cancellazione da parte della direzione. Dopo il 1 ° ottobre, le prenotazioni possono essere effettuate per i mesi invernali per un minimo di tre o sette notti, a seconda delle specifiche dell'unità.

Excellent location

Enjoyed our stay. Pools, parking, and beach were great. Parking pass should be included in rental. Perfect location for our stay.

Perfect family getaway

Very clean, lots of linens, all appliances worked. Pull out sofa bed was very comfy as was the bed. Bathroom downstairs small but so convenient. Steep stairs but our toddler managed well. TVs were nice and great reception. Bar was nice to eat on. Kitchen well stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, pots & pans and utensils. Building is older but everything worked. Balcony overlooks pool but you can see the ocean in the day time. Kiddie pool and regular pools were fabulous. Convenient location and easy direct access to the beach made life golden. We are already planning our trip for next year. Ike’s Beach Rentals were well worth the money to have nice chairs and an umbrella set up and taken down every day so we didn’t have to lug that stuff up and down. Great grandmother, granddaughter, and great granddaughter all enjoyed covered parking close to the elevator. Well worth the cost of the parking pass. Cajun carry out across the street has steamed seafood, delicious casseroles, and soup all to go. Walmart delivers your groceries. We can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely terrible

Building is very run down. Condo was dirty! Dead bugs in cabinets. Ceiling fans had dust hanging off them. Bed was horrible couldn’t move without it making so noisy it would wake the other. The bathroom mirror is for someone about 4ft tall. Makeup still on floor from previous guest. Towels were stained and rough as a pine cone. Shower handle slid out it was not fastened in. New couch and washer dry was new and nice. That’s about all that was. Owner really needs check on property management company. When we called office someone in management was suppose to call me and never did. Only refunded $60 for all issues. Way over priced for condition of building and condo. Carpet going upstairs was so stained and dirty I wouldn’t walk on it with out shoes. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Pictures are Deceptive

This condo needs major TLC. The pictures are deceptive and not true to the state that the condo is in. The location to the beach is great! Had a great time with the family but the condo was in rough shape.

I love this location the only thing I would suggest is the owner getting a new couch. Its not comfy for the pull out couch and its really worn out

Work/Play Weekend

I was in town for a few days for work and prefer to stay at a condo instead of a hotel. My daughter joined me and we had a great time. Perfect location, clean and spacious. Would stay there again!

Disappointed and disgusted

Large stain on the bedspread, dirty and stained washcloth on the bathroom floor. Disinfectant odor was so strong, it was unpleasant. We only stayed the first night and checked into a hotel. Couch was so shabby and worn , not an inviting place to sleep. Carpet on the stairs was dirty. Ugh!

Cheap but neglected

Overall you get what you pay for I guess. This is one of the cheaper units per night at Sugar Beach & now I understand why. Upon arrival we walk into a wet floor. The downstairs toilet had overflowed & was clogged. Maintenance did respond quickly. There isn't blinds in the upstairs bedroom. All extra pillows are covered in stains. The upstairs TV had no remote & the cable connection was falling out of the wall with no connector. So we went out & purchased a new cable & remote. Definitely no pride in ownership on this unit.

Overall it was great! The place was smaller than I expected but that's my fault for not looking at square footage!! The elevators would sometimes work. However it was never overcrowded and everyone working around there was great!! We had a blast and definitely would stay there again.

Good location

It’s small but clean and has 2 bathrooms! Love that it’s on the beach but not in an overcrowded area. Right across from lartigue’s seafood market (our fave) and has multiple pools.

Worked well for what we needed

This property worked well for what we needed. The only thing I didn’t like was that the confirmation email said a parking pass was included with my rental but when I called to check on it, the rental company said this is the only property that it isn’t included with and I would have to pay extra.

Great Location and Beautiful Beach

Reasonably priced, excellent location. Pools were not overcrowded. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation, although, upon arrival, dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher unwashed, blender had dried food particles in it from use, pull out sleeper couch sheet was full of sand, trash and cereal under couch (visible when couch pulled out to sleeper), no comforter for couch (sheet only). Futon in upstairs bedroom is not comfortable but we made it work. Information on who to contact regarding cleanliness needs to be updated.

Perry good stay...

The condo itself was nice. The only issue was the amount of noise at night by other guests. There were very loud people in the pool after it was supposed to be closed. I attempted to call security, but they did not answer.
