Eleganti e di ispirazione classica con porte ad arco e soffitti a volta, i Sabbatical semplicemente delizieranno! Direttamente dall'altra parte della strada dalla spiaggia ea pochi passi dal centro della città di Seaside rende questa posizione ideale. Il grande portico anteriore, completo di altalena, vi invita a godere l'aria fresca del mattino. Meandro dentro dove sei accolto dal soggiorno formale completo di camino e divano letto. Due camere da letto queen, ognuna con bagno / doccia privato, completano il primo piano. Salire al piano superiore della cucina elegante e molto ben attrezzata con doppio fornello e piano cottura a induzione, balcone posti a sedere e grande tavolo da pranzo abbastanza spazioso per tutta la famiglia per affollarsi intorno. C'è un balcone generoso fuori dalla cucina con vista sul Golfo per il vostro piacere. La master suite over-size, anche al secondo piano, è assolutamente delizioso! Perfect location!

The location was perfect! Close to the square and beach access. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The upper balcony was perfect for a morning coffee and people watching with a view of the Gulf. The house does have a lot of stairs and steps but we needed the added exercise. The house was so close we didn’t even get the teens bikes. They walked everywhere.

Truly... we get it every year except the COVID year when we had it but all was on hold... that said, i wish there was a broom to sweep sand as It is quieter than the vac and also wish there were new coffee cups and the rusty porch railings were fixed.otherwise perfect 💕

July Stay at Sabbatical

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would definitely stay here again! The property location and amenities were great and accurate. You can't beat the closeness to the beach. The primary room's king bed was so comfortable and the separate A/C for it was a dream. The 30A road noise/people didn't bother us from our room at night. The 2 bedrooms downstairs were good with great bathrooms and walk in showers. We do wish the primary bathroom was bigger. It was so nice to have a smart tv in every room and the kids played board games that were available. Kitchen was nice, however, that part of the house did to cool off well - probably due to all the windows and French doors on that side. The only real problem we had was roaches. The management came and brought us traps and spray right away. We aren't super freaked out by them but I could see how it may bother other visitors a lot. Hopefully they will be gone next time or for the next people. Thank you for letting us stay and use your home - it really is lovely and we would stay again for sure.

Sabbatical

Our stay in Sabbatical was amazing. We have taken our family to Seaside for over thirty years and have stayed in a different house every time. Sabbatical is one of our favorites. Not only is the house wonderful, the location is great as well. The house is very clean and updated. The upstairs kitchen and dining room was so enjoyable. We loved hanging out on the porch overlooking 30A with beautiful views of the gulf in the morning. And the master bedroom is huge. Plenty of space for our children and grandchildren!

Weird house layout but with a great location

This lovely house has the ideal location for visiting Seaside and especially the Red Wine Festival being only 2 blocks away. We were 6 adults ages 55 to 80 and the weird layout of the stairs in the entrance area was difficult to understand as to why it was designed in that manner as we have never seen anyplace like it and we are all in the real estate business. The only other issue was in the primary suite where the bathroom was tiny for such a huge bedroom suite and the claw tub in the center was unusable by older adults who would have to climb over to access the tub and the shower curtain surround was not practical at all and a safety hazard with no hand railing or bars. We did have some trouble closing the doors to the upstairs porch which looks to just need realignment. All other features were fine.

The kitchen and dinning area opens up to the upstairs porch with Sonos sound, great for sitting, visiting, games, cocktails, etc. When you stay at Sabbatical, you may ask yourself Sabbatical or Serenity?

Central Ease & Beauty

Super convenient to everything! Feet from the beach access, the center of town, the bikepath... The double front covered porches were perfect for people watching. We watched the half-marathon & 5K runners go by. The interior architecture, color pallate and furnishings were beautiful. (There are stairs between rooms.) Not easy to re-latch the top of the doors to the porch, but great to have the doors open with the breeze.

Has such a quick and easy beach access . Just one block to town center resturants . The only down side is this home has multiple step levels and stairs that could be a problem for some with mobility issues

It is multi level, so there was a lot of up and down which would be my only negative. The view is great and the house has most of anything you need. Great Location and Service

Perfect location and great balconies with a view of ocean from the upper and a fun porch swing on the lower. Kitchen off the upper balcony is great hangout area, a lot of nice smart TVs throughout house. Owner provides nice touches such as shelves of books, games, puzzles, cards and DVDs for young and old. Agree with previous reviews, lot of stairs that can be difficult for elderly or toddlers of certain age. We had 74 yr old parents that were fine and a 3 yr old, they were actually fun for her. I'm not one to comment on service bc I think it should be what it is and I'm hesitant of a bias review, but Homeowner's Collection was on point with all communications and provided quick service to any issues that we had.

Dowtown is out your backdoor. 2 large guestrooms down with large closets and baths. Huge master up. 2 main sitting areas in Master and Downstairs. Kitchen with balcony is great gathering place.
