Chris was a great host, very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. The cabin was great, rooms were clean and comfortable. lots of beds and sleeping areas. were able to set up tents out on the big yard as well. the hot tub and fire pit was great and the bbq at the back is top notch. Very close to grand beach as well. Highly recommend!

The house is exactly as it was listed! Every room had a TV and you will be able to use free streaming or log in to your account.There are extra towels and blankets. The kitchen was well equipped. The host responds to your questions quickly and send clear directions The kids told us they enjoyed their stay and would like to come back! Would just like to request placemats for the white table. Thanks!

Great stay

We had a great stay, lots of room for everyone. Hot tub was a great addition! Lots of information provided, & lots of smart home features that were great.

Great Location!

This is our second year in a row staying at the Grand Beach Cabin. Well run, owner is very responsive if you have questions at anytime during your stay. Thanks again can't wait to be back next year!

Great getaway

The place was clean and the perfect size for 10+ people. Neighbours were great and friendly. The beech is a short walk from the cabin. The stay was great would go again

Nice beach house

Fantastic place, large, modern and clean. It is in the perfect location, walking distance to everything. We plan to book it again next summer for a large family reunion as the owner purchased the lot next to it and now has a huge yard to use.

Beautiful Cabin

The experience we had was great. Property Manager was nice and friendly to accomodate all of our needs. Cabin was spacious and the hot tub was also a nice bonus. Very close to the beach so that was a big plus as well.

Family get together

Lovely cabin. We appreciated that they allowed pets. Easy to reach the owner, if needed. Close to the beach. Has 2 fridges, which was very helpful for our large party.

Cabin accommodated 9 people comfortably. Kitchen was well equipped with most items needed. Lots of instructions and requirements that needed to be adhered to. Host was responsive to questions. A 5 minute overview of how to operate the lights, satellite TV and music and where to find what would have been appreciated instead of or in addition to the manual. There were a couple of discrepancies between the information found in the contract, the guest manual and the checkout list. Ie. check-in time and cost for disposal of garbage. We didn’t have an opportunity to use the BBQ or hot tub, but they were both good items to have access to if the weather had cooperated. We had a good time and the cabin met our needs.

The cabin was an amazing place for meeting with family. Spacious for all ten of us (5 adults and 5 children) and the pups to stay comfortably!! The large green space beside the cabin was a hit with the kids for playing volleyball, football, soccer, frisbee, you name it! We all enjoyed having fires and hot tubs in the evenings!! Close to amenities such as the beach, food places, stores, mini putt, a park and so much more! We all had a blast! Chris was also very reachable at all times with any concerns.

Overall nice amount of space for large group of people, host is friendly and prompt with responses. Check in was simple, kitchen had all supplies needed except for a clean sponge. But there was a dishwasher. Lots of tvs, books, etc. nice yard space. But owner very picky about what is eaten on deck/fire pit area. However, lots of instructions and manuals to read through (spent the majority of the drive from Winnipeg reading it out loud) - I would say we are a responsible group of people but I did not feel like we could properly relax as there were all sorts of fees for damages (understandable, but claims to charge 3x the cost, large hot tub water dumping fee if necessary etc) that being said we were expecting a pristine cabin if there’s all these rules and it was simply average (floors and walls scuffed, water in one of the bathrooms didn’t drain well, a bit older style, deck was older but owner strict about not eating sunflower seeds on deck, etc). I would not bring pets or unruly children to this cabin. With the price charged bath towels would have been appreciated as well. We have no issues with cameras but they were pointed right at the seating areas and hot tub rather than just street/entryway. Accidentally tried opening a locked door with our passcode as we were looking for a closet/pantry and was immediately called/texted by the owner asking why we did that.

I am glad you had a good time however the manual asks simply not to allow your guests to spit sunflower seeds on the deck as they can get stuck between the boards, I don't think that's a big ask.. The camera points towards the road not at the hot tub , bath towels are located in the upper stairs left side closet. As far as the lock your guest try opening , after 5 attempts Nest Yale wifi locks send a message to the owner of an attempt to open, I never once asked why, I simply stated to let your guests know that is a utility room that they don't have access to which is also explained in the manual but they still tried to open it. Thanks for letting me know the tub was slower to drain it was easily fixed and you could have asked while you were there and it would have been addressed - took 2 minutes. Yes we will charge 3 x the repair cost only if you don't report the damage. We have had things damaged that were reported and we didn't charge anything. The hot tub dumping fee would only be charged if contamination occurred - ie pouring soap for bubbles which has happened in the past. As for the missing sponge, they are normally located under the sink, ill have the cleaning staff , confirm and if needed add some more. Thanks for bringing that to my attention. Great Cabin

Awesome Cabin to rent, clean with modern conveniences. 5 min walk to the beach. Owner was available to answer any questions. Will recommend it anyone going to Grand Beach.
