Questa casa si trova a soli tre isolati dal Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Con quattro camere da letto, tre bagni completi e un divano letto questa casa può ospitare comodamente 10 (12 con un materasso gonfiabile, fornito dal proprietario). Quattro letti matrimoniali e un letto estraibile al piano di sotto. Ogni camera dispone di televisione via cavo a schermo piatto e connessione internet wireless. Al piano inferiore ha pavimenti in legno nella zona pranzo e piastrelle in cucina e zona giorno. Due divani e un grande televisore a schermo piatto con lettore DVD e cavo digitale rendono l'area ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata piena di divertimento in spiaggia!

ELEVEN biciclette (8 cruiser, 1 tandem, 2 bambini) sono disponibili per l'uso durante il soggiorno, nonché sedie a sdraio e giochi da spiaggia. Ci sono due griglie, una di propano e una di carbone. Un ampio patio esterno al piano terra è perfetto per cucinare e il balcone al secondo piano è il luogo ideale per prendere il sole.

Vi è un ampio parcheggio fuori strada in grado di ospitare fino a 6 veicoli.

Lavatrice e asciugatrice si trovano appena fuori dalla cucina. Questa camera serve anche il bagno completo al piano inferiore e il garage per biciclette.

Questa proprietà è ideale per una vacanza in famiglia, un ritiro per coppie o una settimana per ragazze in spiaggia. Non vediamo l'ora di averti!

Very family friendly house and appreciated all the games to keep the kids occupied. Everything was very clean. Only negative was we had to walk through a bedroom to get to the other bedroom.

My family was here for my son's wedding. Although we did not have children with us, it is a very family friendly home. We appreciated all the TVs for Sunday football. There were ten adults, and at no time did we feel cramped. There was plenty of space to spread out, if desired. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I cannot say enough about our host. Brandon was very accommodating and even brought us a new Keurig within an hour of calling him on our first day. I would recommend the Emmerson House without reservation.

The house itself wa. extraordinary: clean, beautifully decorated, with plenty of entertainment and amenities you could wish for. Terrific Weekend

This was the perfect place for a multiple day trip. I personally appreciated that there was a charcoal and propane grill but everyone else in my group had other things they preferred (pool table, outside sitting area, outside garden)

Family friendly home

House had many things to make a family vacation enjoyable even on bad weather days. Tv in every bedroom board arcade and lawn games and pool and ping pong. Having the bikes was great as well.had a great time

Perfect home for a nearby family wedding

We had a fabulous weekend! We used the bikes to ride up to the Virginia Beach Art Show on Friday. The home was the perfect size for our family as we prepared to attend wedding festivities both Friday and Saturday night. We actually walked to the wedding as it was only a few blocks away! We were also able to have extended family over for an impromptu brunch. Lots of room both inside and out for gathering. Highly recommend!

Family Summer Get-a-way

Our family lives in different parts of the country. Each August we select a place to stay that everyone can get to so that the multi-generational family (ages 6-50) can reconnect and make memories. This property was perfect for us. There was plenty of room on the first floor to gather for meals and play games. The outdoor area offered shaded and sunlit options for seating and convening. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The detail that was slightly unusual, but not an issue at all, was that out of the four bedrooms, 3 had direct hallway access and the other could only be accessed by walking through another bedroom. Once again, not an issue for us! The VIBE District was more than we expected! Short walk to the beach (perfect), quiet street, and just a street or two over there were plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, a farmer's market on Saturday, and quite a bit of night life. Something for everyone! I would definitely recommend this property!

Emerson’s Cottage is a winner

We had a wonderful mini-vacation at Emerson’s Cottage. It is a great house in a convenient location. The owners have lots of nice touches and amenities - modern appliances, Keurig coffee station, arcade and board games, lots of bikes, ceiling fans in all rooms, TVs in all rooms, etc. The outdoor space is well appointed too with a sofa, chairs, and a dining table big enough for 8. The yard is set back from the street so it is safe for little ones to run around. The communication with the owner was excellent. I highly recommend a stay at EC! DB

Overall it is a beautiful home & location. Lolly’s ice cream shop right behind the house was awesome! Beach a short walk away and beach cruisers make it even better. House is very accommodating and comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

Less than five minutes from the oceanfront and boardwalk, as well as shops, dining and activities (fun park is on 16th street), this property is at the heart of the Virginia Beach oceanfront.

Beach cruisers are fun for the entire family! The Virginia Beach boardwalk is the best place to "cruise" which makes the bicycle collection a must have. We have two arcade games, lawn games and beach toys for the whole family to enjoy. Large front yard, patio and two grills is the perfect setting to gather the family and enjoy the salty air.
