Questa bella casa ha due livelli. Il livello inferiore della piscina dispone di 2 camere da letto con letti king size, 2 bagni e una camera familiare. La camera familiare si apre sulla terrazza della piscina e dispone di un divano letto. Il livello superiore ha soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina, 2 camere da letto una con un re e una con due gemelli e 2 bagni. Ci sono porte tra le unità, quindi se hai un grande gruppo puoi combinare entrambi i lati. Perfetto per riunioni e grandi riunioni di famiglia! Lati combinati 20 posti letto. Ogni lato ce l'ha. piscina privata che può essere riscaldata in inverno. We had a great time. However the pool was kinda merky the pool next door was crystal clear. The hand rails on the stairs inside the house were very dirty. We had to clean them. Kitchen was very accommodating. A couple of the pool chairs were ripped and unable to be used. Great place but could use some love.

This is our second year staying in the house. The setup is great and it works well for our family. It could use some TLC, but that doesn’t affect the stay. I really appreciate that they are willing to do more than Saturday to Saturday as most others do in KCB. That makes it very worthwhile for us!

The house has potential, but several maintenance and upkeep issues affected our stay. The home was warm and musty on arrival due to the AC settings, there were a few dock and bathroom maintenance issues, and the kitchen was not fully stocked for the number of guests. Overall, the property needs better preparation and maintenance before check-in.

Great location

Clean, well furnished, paper products and toiletries furnished, kitchen had everything necessary for meal preparation. Overall a wonderful place to stay in the Keys!

Love this house

Great place to rent. Owner is a super nice guy, had a little issue from the previous renters owner came over almost immediately and took care of it. Look forward to staying at this beautiful property again.

We had a wonderful week together in the Keys at this fabulous house! Loved the pool, location, dock etc. plenty of space, bathrooms and it worked out perfectly.

Great location in Marathon for boating and close to restaurants. The house has plenty of room, updates are evident and everything worked great. 2 story layout was fine for us. It’s nice having the swimming pool to relax in after boating and fishing. Host responded to questions. Can’t wait to visit again.

Nice big place!

Very grateful for this nice place after our original host for another property cancelled at last minute. Host was very responsive when toaster went out and delivered us a new one!

It was a great place for my large family. We were able to get the connecting house. The house could use some restocking of kitchen supplies and linens.

Beautiful home on the water

Beautiful, clean home with a pool on the water. I was worried with it being a duplex, but privacy was not a problem. Even outside, there was a privacy wall. We had everything we needed. If I had any suggestions, it would be that maybe the mattress could be upgraded. I would definitely rent this home again. It was great for my family of eight - mostly adults.

Fourth time renting this property

Perfect location. Minor requests handled immediately. Quiet neighborhood. Nice pool and dock. Well stocked kitchen, but owner may want to refresh cookware and silverware, and toss redundant tools in the spatula drawer.

Family vacation 2023

We have stayed several times at this property over the years, cleanliness has never been very good. The property is now in need of some routine maintenance. We love the location, size of the property and the private pool. We will be back again.

Best location ever!

This property is perfect for large families and/or friend groups. Home is spacious and there's plenty of privacy with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. The pool, decks, and canal are bonuses! Amazing manatees swam up to our dock to be petted 3 days in a row! We saw shark and beautiful sting rays daily. Location is perfect! Neighborhood is friendly and safe. We enjoyed nightly sunsets at Sunset Beach, with the locals. If you truly want to experience the culture of the Keys, this is your place!

Nice place to stay

The house is a nice place and George, the maintenance person, is kind and responsive. The key wasn't in the lockbox, but George answered and told me how to get in. The linens in the master bedroom leave a lot to be desired; they seem to be from the 80s. The yellow bedspread shown in the pics wasn't on the bed, but it was in the closet to use, and it was badly stained. The kitchen was missing quite a bit, but George took care of us and got the things we needed. Location is great and we would stay there again.

Love the place

This is our third time renting this duplex...We love the layout and it has so much space for our group. The past 2 times have been great and clean, this time the place wasn't as clean as in the past. Some things were also broke but George was present everyday and took care of all the issues right away. George was amazing! I just would hope some more attention is given to cleaning the unit better. The space is perfect for large groups though!

Great location, size and condition

Location rocked. Not too far of a drive to Key West. Cabana was fun. Kids loved the pool. Worker great for our two families- one up and one down. Loved all the patios and bathrooms. However there was no TP, no paper towels, no garbage bags....first time at a rental that don’t have. Things were broken, emailed owner on these items New bed pillows strongly suggested. Did not get good response time for owner, at one point had to go through VRBO customer service to get answers.

7/15-22/2023 stay

This property was nice. I saw a couple things that could have been cleaner or in better working order. It was great to have a pool and pool towels provided as well as dock space. The location is very convenient for boating and getting around Marathon. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax when we were home. It was also nice to have an additional refrigerator in the garage and a bait freezer. We had difficulty with the wifi. The property manager came and spent quite a while trying to make it work.

Great Experience

We had a great experience and loved our stay. The local property manager, George, did a great job communicating with us. We had a large group of 8 on our side and another 6 on the other side of the duplex. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans, we had towels and pool towels. The swimming pool was great, and the location along the canal was beautiful. Within an hr of arriving, we had a manatee and her baby swim up to greet us. We were disappointed that we couldn't use the Cabana Club especially since we had paid for it. It seems the property itself does not have a membership there. When we communicated that with the property manager, he was quick to refund that portion of our bill. Thankfully we had our own pool otherwise we really would have been upset. Overall the property was really clean. It would use some fresh paint as you can see where it has been touched up and painted half way up the wall and then stopped. Obviously, that doesn't affect the stay but more as a note to the owner. Also, one of the bottom steps had a loose tile. Would definitely stay again. Great for large and small groups, with or without kids.
