Le Sabbie del Kahana ha più grandi condomini 3 camere da letto (1850 metri quadrati) sull'isola e siamo una delle poche unità 3 camere da letto ai Sands of Kahana che ha l'aria condizionata nella loro unità. I nostri prezzi sono bassi perché prenotate direttamente con noi e salvare. Altre proprietà di queste dimensioni stanno affittando per quasi $ 500 a notte.

Immaginate una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano e cieli arcobaleno vividi da ogni punto di vista in questo magnifico tre camere da letto, due bagni condominio in Kahana Maui. Con oltre 1850 piedi quadrati, questa unità luminoso, arioso, e paesaggistico ha un ampio soggiorno, zona pranzo e cucina con tutti i principali apparecchi e ampio immagazzinaggio. Siamo al 5 ° piano e c'è un ascensore nel nostro edificio. Si può anche prendere le scale se si desidera.

2 ° seconda camera da letto è così grande che ha:

Il secondo bagno ha un lavandino vanity separata e spaziosa zona doccia.

La terza camera ha due letti singoli e vista arcobaleno sulle montagne e sul giardino. Aria condizionata e lavanderia centrale all'interno dell'unità aggiunge ancora più comfort e convenienza. Ospitato al Sands of Kahana, tutti gli ospiti hanno accesso al Kahana Beach, e una serie di servizi nel complesso, tra cui due piscine fronte mare, vasca idromassaggio Jacuzzi, ampio ristorante a bordo piscina, bar completo, impianti sportivi, pallavolo, campi da tennis, mettendo programmi di intrattenimento ospite verdi e quotidiane.

Completamente dotato di asciugamani, biancheria, articoli da toeletta, prodotti di carta, utensili da cucina e tutti gli elettrodomestici; è stato considerato ogni elemento della vostra visita. First time for our family to visit Hawaii; it was unbelievable. The view was unreal and the condo was spacious and comfortable for a big family of 7. When we arrived, everyone was excited. The property, beach pool and restraunt had everything we would have wanted. The communication with the property owner was outstanding before, after and during our stay. The location was perfect...so many activities, restraunts and shops close by. There is no question we will be coming back and booking this unit again. #familymemory

The host was great with communications immediately. Had concerns that one of the sliding doors did not lock and we had toddlers with us. Other than that, we love the Condo and it probably wasn’t the resort‘s fault but we were pretty uneasy about a murder on site and a couple days later a crazy guy that had been using the spa, Was drugged out of the ocean by the police.

The condo was large so it was really nice to have the common space and the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and the view was spectacular! The kitchen pots/pans and knives could use some updating but we made do. The restaurant (Captain Jacks) had the best fries and super nice staff. The location was close to all of our snorkel spots and the weather was just about perfect everyday. We all had a very relaxing vacation and would definitely book this condo again.

The BEST spot in the entire condo unit. Views of the beach and the pools are amazing. Large spacious unit. 8 adults and 1 toddler and we had plenty of space. Well equipped. Great communication. Adults and toddler all enjoyed the amenities. Parking after 9pm gets tight, but there is always space out front. Would recommend and woild book again.

Here’s a polished version for your VRBO review:We had a wonderful stay! The owner was very responsive and communication was excellent throughout our trip. We did have one bed with dirty sheets when we arrived, but he immediately sent the cleaning crew out the next day to take care of it. After that, we had no other issues during our entire stay.The condo was perfect for our group of 10 adults and was stocked with so many helpful extras — cooking spices, laundry detergent, toilet paper, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, and a cooler. The balcony was absolutely amazing at night and one of our favorite parts of the stay.We also loved that the beach here was less rocky than some of the other beaches we visited nearby. Having the pool and restaurant on-site was another huge plus. Definitely recommend the pizza place across the street too!We would absolutely stay here again!

The iron was missing otherwise everything as listed. Great for the 8 of us. There was plenty of room. The main issue was that the elevator was not working about 40% of the time. Unfortunately, one of those times was when we arrived. Hauling luggage and groceries up 5 flights of stairs was very difficult.

So glad to hear you had a 5 star stay at our place on Maui despite these inconveniences you experienced during your stay. I talked to my Maui property manager and they said the maids were able to find our iron in another bedroom closet. The building's elevator has not been an issue in the past years but I understand from my property manager that the recent heavy rains caused electrical problems for the elevator. The building maintenance workers have since corrected this issue for smooth elevator operation. When you come back to Maui, I look forward to working with you and your family again. I always offer discounts to my repeat guests and I can defintely offer you a great deal!

Our stay at the oceanfront apartment was perfect! The apartment matched the description and pictures in the listing. The breathtaking views from the apartment, proximity to the beach, restaurants and other attractions, amenities like pool etc makes it an excellent choice. They were very thoughtful and had kept beach towels, chairs and umbrellas which were super useful. I would highly recommend this place for families or friends who want to stay in Maui!

Amazing stay!

We had a group of 10 stay here and we had the most amazing stay! Absolutely no complaints. Our communication with rob was seamless from the time of booking to the check out process. The condo was immaculate and exactly as pictured and described in the original posting. The property was also wonderful with a really great restaurant right below. We will definitely be staying here if we find ourselves back in Maui!

Great view, clean and spacious!

Our stay was perfect. The place had everything we needed to accommodate a senior citizen and a family with kids and teens. There was so much space inside with easy access to the beach, pool, spa, and restaurant. Parking was free. Towels, beach chairs, kitchen utensils.... everything we needed was provided. We have no complaints and would stay again.

We are a family of 6. Mom, Dad and our four children. Mom and Dad are retired United States Naval officers. 3 of our childen are now in the Navy and one is stationed on Oahu since he loved going to Hawaii with us on family vacations. We are very proud and humbled by all 3 of them

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We first bought a 2 bedroom timeshare at the Sands of Kahana in 2003 sight unseen. We were promised by the realtor that sold us the timeshare that the Sands of Kahana units were the biggest 2 bedroom condos on Maui. We wanted a big place since we had the 4 young children at the time. When we first checked into our unit, we couldn't believe how big the unit felt. We then had a great family vacation and fell in love with the Sands of Kahana complex. So, we decided that we wanted to be a place outright that we could use anytime during the year. With our growing family we decided to get a 3 bedroom place. Although there are only a few 3 bedroom units in the complex, we were so happy to find a 5th floor, corner unit with two lanais that is right on the beach.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

There are fabulous ocean views from the lanais, living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. Since we have a corner unit we have a great ocean view but wer also get a great view of the ocean front pool right below us. It is comforting when we can look down below and see the kids playing in the pool and hot tub right below us.
From December to April you should be able to see the whales in the bay from our 5th floor lanai. In the past few years, a nice turtle reef has developed a few hundred yards south of the Sands of Kahana beach so you may see some turtles lying on the beach or some turtle heads popping out of the water.
