Beautiful, Home away from home

The stay was comfortable the hospitality was excellent! The view was so beautiful! Great condo for a big family very comfortable and relaxing! Joey was very polite and helpful with everything we needed!

Family Getaway

Beautiful view of the ocean!!! Huge terrace with plenty of seating for a large family. Condo had everything we needed, very comfortable. 8 spas and 3 pools, always found a spa open and pool area was never crowded. Would stay here again!

Great place---Amazing View!!!!!!!!!!

Loved everything from the great view to cleanliness of condo. Will definitely go back & recommend to friends & family. The owner was very helpful in answering questions and responding timely.

Increíble

The stay was perfect thanks to Joey and his professionalism. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this property. Rising high above the Pacific Ocean, it overlooks a vista of serene calm unmatched by any of my previous travels. Dolphins can indeed be seen in the early morning, and, my god, it changed my life. What a fun place!

Beautiful location, peaceful stay

The Condo was beautiful. Had everything we needed including beach/pool toys. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our food. The location even though not in the City was very peaceful. It felt like we were the only one there and that was nice. The only thing but not really complaint was that the elevator did not work most of the time. That just ment we had to workout everyday.lol. I just felt bad for those on the top floors. Thanks again for such a great stay. We will be coming back.

Lack of needs

While the condo was clean and the ocean front view is pretty, the condo is a bit older and not maintained as well as needed. The beds were uncomfortable and there were no extra sheets or covers. We were there during a time of the year when Tijuana is still cold at night, and some nights were in the 30's-40's and there was no heat of any kind in the condo, not even little space heaters you could move around. As well, there were just a few basic towels but not enough if we wanted more than one towel, as sometimes ladies use 2, and while I personally always bring my own soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. there is usually this type of thing provided, as well as an iron. I think the house could have been better stocked to accommodate a more wide range of people staying there, as I was there on business. Overall, it was ok.

best trip ever

the view was spectacular and the place was amazing...We even got to see dolphins one AM. The staff was very helpful and made you feel at home. I would highly recommend stay at Mar-Y-Sol Joey Toll was very helpful gave great directions. Would go back again,

Awesome view of Ocean!

We had a great time at our stay here. We loved the convenience of being so close to the beach. Condo was clean and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. Only issue we had was that the pool had no chairs or tables. We had to sit on the floor while the kids played in the pool. The gym had no equipment and appeared to be under construction.

So Beautiful and Amazing

Pictures on listing do it no justice. I woke up this morning and saw dolphins from the balcony so up close!!! Beautiful place to stay and planning on coming back again!

Wonderful and Beautiful Place

Definitely a wonderful and beautiful place to stay. Very clean and big place to relax and enjoy the weekend. The beach is almost private as it is a quieter building to hang out and you can drive within minutes into downtown Rosarito for some food and drinks. Plenty of parking and security is there day and night. We then came back and went into the jacuzzi in the evening time.

Overall it was a nice place to stay

The place grew on us, initially the place feels a little out of town and very quiet, however we soon realized we had the pool and beach all to ourselves and loved it. The positive things about the apartment were the views and general maintenance / pools were amazing and beach access. Downside to the trip the jacuzzis did not really work, they only got hot at night with no bubbles, the gym was out of use and not available, the entrance to the building needs some work looks really dingy. Overall we had a good time, had the beach to ourselves and nobody bothered us.
