Questo bellissimo e moderno cottage lato oceano a 3 piani con 3 camere da letto e 31/2 bagni, una camera da letto al primo piano, due camere da letto al 2 ° piano. Ogni camera ha il bagno privato completo.
A soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, il Triple S Marina si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla casa. L'ospite ha anche l'accesso al parcheggio del rimorchio e della barca. Questa casa con vista sia sull'audio che sull'oceano! Ottima posizione con accesso alla spiaggia aperta! La proprietà è situata proprio tra il suono e l'oceano, con splendide viste su entrambi! Molto, elegantemente arredato e progettato. C'è una doccia esterna per il gioco dopo la spiaggia.
La cucina è all'ultimo piano ha elettrodomestici di alta qualità e la sala da pranzo ha una vista grandiosa. Ci sono tre grandi balconi in legno (uno su ogni piano) e una doccia esterna per giocare dopo la spiaggia.

Beautiful well maintained home. Very convenient location, beautiful views, and an ideal floor plan for those traveling with extended family. Host was responsive when a few questions arose, and quite friendly and kind during our interactions.

Quick walk to the beach. Pretty view of the sound. Clean home. Good for the price and our last minute choice to go to Atlantic Beach. About 1 mile walk to the pier via the beach. Overall good stay. Our only complaint was the patio furniture was very rusted and paint peeling especially the table and chairs. Other than that great stay, easy check-in and checkout. We had a great time!

Beautiful Accommodations

Our family stayed here and absolutely loved it. We could easily walk to the beach and several unique places to eat and shop in. The owner was very helpful and gave great advice on places to go. The house was beautifully decorated, spacious and very cozy!

Beautiful home, perfectly located!

Mary’s property was perfect for our family. A short walk to the beach and wonderful water views from the decks. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a fantastic location and I appreciated how she connected with us and made sure all of the info was easy to access. Mary is a delightful host and we loved her home. We will definitely be back!

Quick beach getaway

Went down for a long weekend and took the boat. House was in a great location and right across from a marina which was convenient. Quick walk to the beach as well. House was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen worked as expected. Mary was easy to communicate with. Good experience overall

It was nice and convenient

Everything was great. A couple things that I would like to mention the ants are terrible around the back porch & it was a short amount of toilet paper and paper towels. It’s not that big of a deal but the house sleeps 8 people and 5 rolls of toilet paper just isn’t enough. Overall 5 star experience!’

Showers and Sheets

Shower heads were gross, we cleaned them, but they need to be replaced. Sheets in one of the beds were not clean and tiny ants were in that same bedroom. Towel rack was barely hanging on the wall in one bathroom and outside furniture is rusty and flaking off, not safe for young children to be around in my opinion. Owners Management team was not helpful and very rude. We will never stay at this property again even though we loved how close it was to the beach.

We booked at the last minute so had to settle for a house that was a little farther from the beach than we had hoped, however, we were very pleased when we got there as the view of the sound looking back at Morehead City was very nice - particularly at night with all of the lights. A nice breeze coming off the water made sitting on the porch very enjoyable. We were surprised at how few bugs we encountered. The beach is an easy walk - probably the equivalent of two or three blocks. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and the living room and bedrooms were very comfortable - the air conditioning worked great! We're hoping a boat is in the future and this would be a great place to stay with the Triple S Marina just across the road. Thanks Mary!

Great place to stay!

Very clean and lovely home. Nice full size bathrooms in each bedroom. Beautiful view off the third floor balcony which is where the living room, dining area and kitchen are located. Owner very quick to respond to all questions. Wonderful place to vacation!

Very Nice Place To Stay

Our family get together was great in this home. We enjoyed the view from the deck especially all the lights from the Morehead city port. The location was close to everything and a short walk down the street to a beautiful beach. Mary the host was excellent to work with and very accomodating.

Family fun

Great checking in and communicating with the owner. A few items in need of updates, repair. Got a workout for the week with the kitchen upstairs, so I had no guilt missing my workouts! Central location, could go to most attractions in under 20 minutes drive. 10 min walk to the beach was bonus. The beach is huge, lots of shells, families and fun!

Great view of the marina!

Great location. Easy access to beach and marina. Short ride to shopping and restaurants. Every bedroom has en-suite bathrooms! Great value for the price.

Very clean. Wonderful location. Very good communication. Loved each bedroom had its on bath.

Would definitely stay there again. Short bike ride to everything. Stayed a few days alone and felt totally safe.

Great Location

We were in the area for a baseball tournament. The house was conveniently located for getting to games and soooo close to the beach for our down times... the house was clean, kitchen well stocked for items needed. If we are in the area again we would definitely rent this place again.

Great house is a great location

Shared this house with my friends from out of state for a four night stay. The location was away from the crowds that gather around the pier, and the house has wonderful views of the sound. The kitchen was very nice as we cooked many meals for the six of us during our stay. We will definitely look to book this locastion again. Thank you Mary!

Great location near the beach and marina.

This Atlantic Beach 3 level townhouse was perfect for our family. It is located a short walk to the beach and the Marina is just across the street. The home was clean with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. Although we didn't find a hairdryer, the home was supplied with shampoos, conditioners, hand soaps, dish soaps, laundry detergents, and cleaners. It was great to have the large patios and upper-level deck on the shady side of the house for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Having 2 off street parking spots was convenient as well. I would stay here again.

great beach rental

We rented this property for a girl's weekend to celebrate 30 year's of friendship. This property was perfect for 3 women with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The half bath on the top (3rd) floor was nice to have. Mary keeps the rental well stocked with everything you could need. The location is nice - only a quick 3-5 minute walk to the beach with a nice beach access area. We will definitely plan another trip!

Disappointed/Not enough info

The overall house was very nice, however I was unaware there was 3 flights of stairs and the kitchen was on the very top floor. This was necessary information considering there were members of our group with disabilities and had difficulty climbing stairs. This information would have cruel in a final a decision to stay at this location. There was also hair in the sheets of 2 bedrooms, the kitchen floor was not swept, kitchen counters needed to wiped clean, dishes, utensils, and kitchen towels needed to be washed before use, cigarette butts in the toilet, and a water bug behind the curtain of the lower floor bedroom. This was a nice size home and understand it may be easy for certain areas to missed. If there is a hired cleaning staff, it is suggested the owner check the property thoroughly prior to next guest arrival and disclose all information in regards to the property.

Dear Stephanie, The elevator inside the house wasn't made for commercial use. We heard bad accident happened like the elevator we have... We want our guests enjoy the beach and have a great vacation. For our guest's safety we kept the elevator private. Before you booked you read the rental agreement on the very bottom says No access to the elevator in the house. We are very sorry that you got very very angry because you have No access to the elevator. In the description says 3-story house the Kitchen is on the top floor. Our cleaning staff spent about 5 hours each time when our guests departure. We change and wash all the linens and towels, clean all the bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, stairs and kitchen. We will keep all the good work let our guests have a great stay and wonderful vacation. Best Regards, Mary

Perfect Family Beach Getaway!

We had an excellent experience at Mary's Beach place! The accommodations are in excellent condition and clean! There are 3 bedrooms each with it's own bathroom which was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and everything we needed for a weekend beach trip was provided. There was little to do to checkout which was great. The only thing was beach chairs were provided, but we prefer the ones that lay back so we brought our own as the owner's are the foldout one's that are more for lawn events. Also bring your own umbrellas! The place is easy to get to the beach, just a short walk or a drive with parking available to tow your stuff to the beach. It is also very convenient to restaurants, grocery, gas and more. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to a friend and we may even be back!

Great Beach Rental & Location

The house and host exceeded our expectations. The beach house was incredibly clean and nicely furnished. The views from the upper levels were great looking out to the marina side of the island and the ocean off in the distance on the opposite side of the house. Location is away from the main causeway which provided a very peaceful stay away from the more commercial areas in Atlantic Beach. Beach access was a short walk from the house and the marina was located directly across the street in the opposite direction. Pictures provided by the owner are accurate. Host provided amenities that were unexpected such as beach towels, laundry and paper supplies and enough kitchen utensils to make meals at home. Host was easily accessible to answer questions about the property and provide recommendations of things to do & see in the area. Our family would definitely return to this property on another visit to Atlantic Beach.

GREAT property

We've just returned from a long weekend at Atlantic Beach (3 adults, 2 toddlers). We all had a fabulous time due to the nice, comfortable accommodations and great location of this property. I should also add that the owner, Mary, obviously takes good care of this place and was nice enough to check on us (we had to arrive a day late) before and after our stay. The open kitchen and living room was a great layout for our family and everyone appreciated the comfortable bedrooms (each with a bathroom). Also, the beach is not a far walk (you don't have to cross the main road), although I'd recommend bringing a wagon or something like that to pull beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We'd love to come visit this property again.
