We’re very sorry your stay at Beach on a Budget fell short of expectations. Thank you for calling out these specific issues — pet hair, the pullout mattress and linens, ants, unclear washer/dryer location, and problems with check-in messaging. This is not the standard we expect. Since your stay we have: - Performed a deep clean of the unit and updated our pet-hair removal checklist for housekeeping. - Had pest control treat and monitor for ants. Thank you for the review. We are addressing the window issues, we have ordered all new windows and they will be replaced. This is a very nice affordable and pet friendly 2br condo, ground floor with easy access to the beach, pool, and tennis courts. Thank you for recognizing we do take care of issues very quickly and although not sure what you mean by the bathroom and kitchen we will investigate and fix/upgrade as necessary. Gulf Coast Getaways
