This was an excellent place to stay! The location is so convenient for exploring the area.The house was fully stocked with everything we might need, the hosts were super friendly and helpful. They even baked us some special treats!We will definitely be staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exceptionally clean, and all of the furnishings were comfortable and quality. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay easy and enjoyable. You can tell a lot of care went into making this home comfortable and welcoming for guests. We would absolutely recommend this property and would happily stay here again!

Property was as described and absolutely wonderful. Our host was incredibly communicative and helpful. We had everything we needed. Walking distance to downtown if you don’t mind a really big hill. Highly recommend!!!

The property was a perfect location for our trip activities and very clean with all the necessary (and unexpected) amenities. Kitchen very well equipped which is a must for us as we do actually cook while on vacation. The deck was amazing both in the morning and in the evening.....Look for the meandering wild life!

We were beyond happy with our condo in Hill City. The view of the downtown area and 1800 train station was awesome. The size of the condo and the fact that we had AC in an unusually hot season was perfect, and our hosts personal touches that they left for us was much appreciated. Thank you for your hospitality:-).

This place is a hidden gem ! It was immaculately clean and inviting. The pics online don't do it justice - it is way more spacious. The location cant be beat you can literally walk into town in about 5 minutes to restaurants , bars. Winery and shopping. Perfect Basecamp for visiting the black hills !!

Lovely home in the heart of the Black Hills, organized, clean and thoroughly stocked with amenities in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. Very pretty views from the deck. Just what we needed after traveling for a month, to settle into a comfortable home for 6 nights. Host is very responsive and has thought of everything their guests might want or need. Thank you!!

Every aspect of our stay was exceptional - wish I could give an extra gold star to the Gold Pan Inn! Dennis was quick to respond to questions and his timing of information about checking in and out was perfect. The home is spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed and more. Hill City is centrally located for exploring the Black Hills, small enough to be easy to get around, and large enough to have a choice of stores and restaurants.

I would highly recommend this property. Our stay was wonderful! The house is very clean and has everything needed for a great stay. The owner is very responsive to any questions there may be. The location is great as it is close to the Main Street. We would definitely stay here again!
