Godetevi un lussuoso stile di vita di mare in questa casa sulla spiaggia contemporanea. Questa casa sul lungomare è situata su un privato lotto 3 acri con vista panoramica a Tatamagouche Bay, appena fuori dalla Stretto di Northumberland. Vantando le acque più calde a nord della Carolina, la spiaggia privata offre grande piscina con una costa rocciosa per l'esplorazione e banchi di sabbia espansiva con la bassa marea. Questa casa dal design personalizzato dotato di un open space, con decorazioni in riva al mare di ispirazione per tutto. Godetevi la cottura in cucina gourmet completa di elettrodomestici in acciaio inox e controsoffitti quarzo. La stanza bella grande con finestre abbondanti, offre vedute mozzafiato per l'acqua, un camino e soffitto a volta la masterizzazione. La sala da pranzo adiacente offre ristoranti sul lungomare per 8. Tre delle quattro camere da letto vetrina vista d'acqua e tutte le camere offrono materassi e lenzuola albergo di qualità. Il Master camera da letto al piano superiore offre un posto vicino al finestrino, perfetto per il curling con una lettura spiaggia, oppure si può gustare un caffè al sole del mattino sul balcone privato. Al piano di sotto, il ponte espansiva offre sole o all'ombra, in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Schermi a scomparsa sul lanai coperto creare una stanza all'aperto accogliente completa con un set di sezione e pranzo all'aperto. Sedie Adirondack o un letto Lounger offrono anche ritiri per godersi la vista. Questa struttura si trova in posizione centrale sulla costa nord della Nuova Scozia, appena fuori rotta Scenic 6 (Sunrise Trail), a 10 minuti da Jost Winery, 20 minuti da Tatamagouche e 25 minuti dal Northumberland Links Golf Course.

We had a fantastic visit at this beautiful beach house! Pictures do not do it justice!Well stocked kitchen and lots of towels, etc.Lots of wildlife! We saw a mother bear and two cubs, two seals, a bunny, deer, herron, hawks, Canadian geese and a raccoon that we surprised when we said hi!I would definitely recommend this home and visit again. Make sure you bring all your supplies as there are not amenities close by.Thank you Trevor!

Beautiful home and if you want quiet and remote this is it! Crystal clear skies at night. Host was very receptive with a couple easy issues. All the amenities and more. Clean and comfy! Just a couple heads up to prepare... everything, grocery and dining out is a drive and the main road into Tatamagouche is closed indefinitely so you have to drive on 8 miles of literal dirt road. Grab groceries on your way in. And there was evidence of a black bear on the steps to the shore line.

It was a wonderful house in a beautiful location and so well equipped. In the living area the house was bright, cheery and very comfortable. The covered outside deck, with great furniture was a super spot to relax and to enjoy food and drinks. The outside area surrounding the house was secluded, quiet and peaceful with a pleasant view of the water. A pathway led to the staircase which took us to a rocky beach. Easy to access the water. Only problem we encountered was the dishwasher which was not clean and did a very poor job of dishwashing. We cleaned the inside of the dishwasher (several times) and by the time we left, it was functioning perfectly.

We were 4 male golfers who stayed 2 nights. It is a beautiful spot, close to both Fox Harb'r and Northumberland golf courses. Right on the water with stairs to a smooth rocky beach. It was exactly as described and worked perfectly for us.

The whole family loved staying at this beautiful cottage by the sea. The cottage is spacious and very tastefully and comfortably decorated. It had everything you could possiyneed for a most satisfying and peaceful vacation. The host was gracious and welcoming. Five state all the way.

Excellent, private location

This property was in an excellent location on a beautiful beach. It seemed very private and we had the beach to ourselves. The house was clean and ready upon arrival. We definitely would stay here again!

Lux Stay

Exceptional property, quiet but plenty to see and do. Seal watching at low tide, with a resident bald eagle. Beaches near by and plenty is shoreline in your backyard.

Beautiful location

Both the property and house are beautiful. The rocky beach was a lot of fun for exploration and skipping rocks. House is fully equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. Town is about 20 min away with all the amenities you need.

We had a very enjoyable trip. Very nice place that was setup great for our group. Views of the bay and wildlife were outstanding. Couple of tips - plan your shopping to minimize your drives. We needed to heat water on stove for coffee maker, but it worked ok.

Spectacular

Beautiful, clean, and very private home. We spent days out and about or just sitting at waterside in the quiet watching the eagles and cormorants. Evenings we usually cooked in the exceptionally well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a week here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is spectacular, completely private with a wonderful view out over Tatamagouche Bay. The kitchen has every amenity you can think of, plus. We were particularly tickled to find the outdoor shower and never even used the ones inside! And Trevor is so friendly and was great about answering all our questions and responding quickly.Our only disappointment was the "beach," which isn't really ideal for either swimming, walking or kayaking (which is why we rented there). It's all slippery rocks and shallow very far out. But gorgeous Blue Sea Beach is a few minutes' drive away and heaven for swimming and walking. Overall an excellent stay, very quiet and peaceful. Oh and we saw a whole bunch of seals sunning themselves on the rocks at low tide, bonus!

Northumberland golf accommodation

The home is actually nicer than the photos. The setting is secluded, remote and private. We had visits from bald eagles and a family of deer. The views across the bay are beautiful and relaxing. The outdoor deck area is perfect for an outdoor barbecue dinner which we did twice. If you are staying in the area and want comfort, privacy and luxury stay here. Oh, and we preferred Northumberland links over Fox H'rbr. Both are very good but Fox is twice the price.

Beautiful Home

Nice property in a very peaceful area. Everything as depicted in photos. Had issues entering property due to electronic key system. If renting be sure to download key before arriving as there is very poor mobile reception in this part of NS making uploading app very difficult.

The home is lovely and well appointed. Some of our guests would have liked drapes as the morning sun is bright.As we were there in the winter it would have been nice if the heat had been turned on prior to our arrival. And this would have made the homeowner aware of the heat not working in the lower wing. We tried without success.There was no dry wood available for the fireplace which would have been nice to have readily available.We also had a windstorm which pointed out that the French doors in the Master Suite (lower) were unlatched and we needed help getting them latched as it was an unusual method.All in all, we had fun. It was supposed to be a lazy vacation and would come again. The homeowner could step it up if the winter season is something he is serious about pursuing.A "house-book" available on the island may have been of assistance instead of contacting the owner or looking through every door/drawer.In the end he made it right, and we are all adults with a sense of humour and no harm was done.

Beautiful beach house with fabulous views

We absolutely enjoyed our week long stay at this very special property! The beach house is even more beautiful in person than it is in the pictures. Large windows showcased the beautiful views. Kitchen - large and well equipped, perfect for hosting memorable seafood feasts! Oysters and clams down the road at Bay Enterprises; lobster at Chase’s; groceries in Tatamagouche. Blue Sea Beach was a treat a low tide. Loved the Saturday market at Tatamagouche. Perfect retreat for downtime and relaxation. Trevor was an attentive and warm host. Thank you so much for sharing your home! We look forward to our next stay!

Wonderful property, a few issues

Property is stunning. Bright and beautiful, well-laid out, terrific for groups of friends or families. The property seems new but we did have a few challenges - the ceiling leaked all over our shoes in the front entryway, we messaged and it was clear it was a known issue with the bathtub upstairs. There was no propane which we found out Saturday evening when trying to put on our dinner so that was very disappointing. There are many broken hinges in the kitchen cabinets. There were a million mosquitos, totally normal for that area by the water but a screened in room may be nice. Wonderful place, but paying over $2k for two nights we expected a bit better attention to detail. If those things were fixed it’s terrific.

We wanted to love this place.

Upon arrival, we found that the house had not been appropriately cleaned. We did contact the owners and were offered an extra night of stay, but we unfortunately could not take them up on that offer and did not hear back from them. There were half filled cups on the porch, used water bottles in one of the rooms, a couple of dead bugs on some linens, and the garbage was overflowing in the metal shed in the backyard. When we opened some of the cabinets in the kitchen, we found mouse droppings in with the dishes and by the toaster. In addition to the cleanliness issues, there were bears and porcupines that visited daily to the property. They have a beautiful deck, but it wasn’t safe to use that space or to grill. We arrived after check-in on the first night and upon getting out of the car, hoards of mosquitos came out of the grass and clung to our clothes as we were trying to get our luggage into the house. Bugs seem to be an issue in general. We would often find ourselves waking up to find spiders or ants crawling on us in the night. The deck and gutters had hornets everywhere. The weather was quite warm and the downstairs common areas stayed cool, however, all of the bedrooms were exceedingly hot even while running the air conditioner all day. Some of the rooms have no curtains, so the heat coming in when the sun is up early warms the place quickly. Due to the warmer water in June, there were jellyfish everywhere. It made beach play exceedingly difficult for the kids.
