It was ok
The location was good. We were walking distance to the ferry, restaurant and a small supermarket. The place itself was not what I expected from the pictures. It needs a lot of repairs. The doors are damage, bathroom sink was clogged. It was fixed after reaching out to the owner. The futon is old and mattress was not comfortable which I think they need to replace it. The bed in the bedroom was fine. The fridge is rusted on the outside so they should replace it. It kept leaking water on the back. The place in all needs to be remodel for it to be rented. I

The condo is exactly as pictured online so that travelers can make their own decisions regarding whether this is the right vacation rental for them before booking. The futon's frame was just replaced, and the homeowner has not received previous complaints regarding its comfort. This is also the first time the owner has heard of an issue with the sink. It's our understanding that the owner was able to promptly respond to fix the issue. The owner looked into your concern with the bedroom door and found that one corner is starting to delaminate. Regarding the refrigerator, there are a few smalls spots outside that are rusted. The owner has addressed both of these concerns and we're confident this issue will not recur for future travelers. good location but needs a make over
This place was in a quiet area and located not far from town.
It could be a nice place to stay but the maintenance is lacking and it really needs a make over.
The futon mattress needs replacing. the vanity / sink and faucet need to be replaced. the crazy electric shower contraption with the dripping shower head need a rework.
Most of the lights had burned out bulbs, The paint choice was dark and drab. the toilet needs a new flapper to stop it from running all the time. I mean Basic upkeep is totally lacking.
It worked for me because I spent little time there, and I didn't care to play maintenance man during my limited stay. Who ever manages it needs to find a new job!

The condo is accurately depicted in the photos so guests have an idea of what to expect. Based on your review, the homeowner has replaced two light bulbs and fixed a small toilet leak. Even though no other negative comments on the futon or sinks have been received, the owner has been informed of the issues you mentioned so any possible adjustments may be made. Worst stay I've ever had
I don't understand how this is listed as a "Premier Partner" unless this is a title you pay to obtain. Upon arrival the room was supposed to be unlocked and the key on a table. It was not. We attempted to contact the property manager since he was apparently too busy to meet us upon arrival and he would only respond via text and would not call. The room looked nothing like the photographs which were brightened to improve the look of the place. There were dishes in the strainer and the coffee pot was still half full when we entered. There was liquid coming out from under the fridge. The fridge smelled like it had defrosted while shut and was stale. The air conditioners were so small they could not cool the tiny living spaces down and this was further hindered by the fact that there were only screens in the window fixtures which allowed all the cold air out and all the outside noise in. There is no outside lighting so at night traversing the stair can be difficult.

As such, we use only professional photographers and never photoshop the images on our listings. We understand that the homeowner let you know that they would do everything they could to assist you with your unexpected early check-in even though another reservation was checking out that morning. They apologize that the door was not unlocked for your arrival, but they were able to get you the keys to the property within 10 minutes of you reaching out. The owner would have been happy to discuss any of your concerns over the phone had you indicated that you would prefer to talk instead of text. They are dedicated to the experience of their guests, and they have addressed the small oversights with the coffee pot and the fridge with their cleaning team. The windows in the condo are Miami windows that are approved by the complex's association, and guests are able to open the screened sides to allow the breeze in or close them to better utilize the A/C. The outdoor lighting is also approved by the complex, and the homeowner is checking with the association to ensure that there aren't any issues. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your experience in the condo, but we are looking forward to helping the homeowner continue to provide the 5-star experience that they are known for.
