This was a perfect place for our family of 5 to stay. Loved the location between Monterey and Santa Cruz. Had all the things needed for a comfortable stay.

Lori and Kevin were excellent hosts. They were very responsive to communication. Holiday House was perfect for our needs. It was well-appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The highlight is the fabulous back de k with a view of the ocean. It was a great morning coffee spot. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated. We'll definitely come back again.

Excellent beach home!

We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday House and highly recommend it! We loved the view and close proximity to the beautiful beach. We saw many whales on our stay in July, just awesome!!

Holiday Heaven

The Holiday House was perfect for our family. The location was ideal, with nearby beach access. The house was very clean and came equipped with every amenity imagineable. We look forward to booking the Holiday House in the future.

Great location between Monterey and Santa Cruz. Walkable to a beautiful beach. Hosts have done a great job ensuring anything you may need is in the home.

Lori’s place is beautiful. The location is great. Just walk down the street and you get to stairs down to the beach.The house is really cute and it is located in a quiet neighborhood.As a warm welcome a bouquet of flowers and some Bundt cakes with a note from Lori awaited us.The kitchen was well stocked - not always a given as we found out last year for the first time.The boys loved the ping pong table.We have stayed at lots of different places in the area but this was our favorite.

We are repeat customers. This is a great getaway just a block walk down the hill to an incredible, uncrowded beach. We even got to swim with humpback whales just 50 yards away from us!

Spring break fun

Great location between Monterey and Santa Cruz activities. Nice beach nearby. Quiet location and house had everything needed for cooking, cleaning clothes, and owners were easily available via text message

Best vacation!

We loved our stay. The ocean view was spectacular. It was a short walk to the beach. The sunsets were beautiful. The chocolate chip cookies and dog treats were an extra bonus.

Nice little place

We had a great spring break visit. Had family staying up the road at the KOA and it was great to have our own place but be close. 15 minutes away from most tourist locations. House was clean and had everything we would need. Would stay again!

Great little get away

We had a great time staying there. I would definitely recommend it if you want peace and quiet, kinda close to the beach. The only drawback is if stairs bother you

Great location with views!

Had such a great stay at the "Holiday House"! The place is in such a great location and so close to the beach! Spotless inside and had everything you could possibly need. Definitely will be our go to place when we go back to the area. Owner was so easy to communicate with too if you have any questions or concerns.

We had a great experience. We wanted to be away from the crowds and everyday noise.

Everybody had a great time. The dogs enjoyed running and playing free at the beach.

Wonderful Stay

The Holiday House was exactly what we had hoped for. The home is very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfy and the deck was amazing. The deck has great ocean views and is a perfect morning coffee spot. Looking forward to renting again next year. Lori was great to work with.
