Excellent week with several families coming in for a wedding. Great having everyone in one large house together, made for a”Home Alone” feel with everyone passing one another throughout the week. I would suggest more pictures of the entire house, so that the tenant has a better understanding of the layout of the house. As stated in some previous posts, the walk-through bathrooms do make it a bit challenging when there are several families staying together. All in all, it was a great stay and everyone enjoyed being together in one big home.

Matt was a pleasure to deal with. Our beds were very comfortable. The layout of the upstairs of the house is challenging. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to comfortably watch movies together, play pool, use the hot tub, and the generous amount of beach chairs, paper products, & accessible cleaning supplies. However, the cleanliness and the maintenance on this property is several deficient. I have not in my 11 yrs of using VRBO stayed in a property that was this unclean an unmaintained. This property has so much potential. We have stayed in many properties that are older or quirky. If it was cleaner we would have really enjoyed ourselves.

The property was well represented by the listing and was perfect from cleanliness to amenties. The property owner was easy to communicate with and was very helpful throughout the whole booking process/stay. I would 100% recommend staying there.

We loved our stay at this house. The location was perfect. Love that it was in a neighborhood setting but also just a short walk to the beach. The owner was awesome to work with and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

This house came completely stocked with everything you need to cook, have a cocktails with friends, play games (so many games), a big hot tub, a huge-plush-comfy clean couch with super large TV, wifi, pool table and so much more. The owner was incredibly nice and the communication with us throughout was outstanding. We would 100% go back to this property and it will be highly recommended.

Great location and communication

Everything was very easy with the owner. Quiet location close to the beach (a few blocks). The house is laid out a little weird, but so big that it doesn’t really matter. Would gladly stay with my family again!

Fantastic Again

This was our 5th stay at this amazing property. Thank you for the great vacation!! We love everything about this home!! The pool table, hot tub, big patio, fire pit, big yard and large comfy home make for the perfect vacation!!

We had 15 people. Plenty of space 10 minute walk to the beach. The house was clean! We would definitely consider staying again!

Everything we could possibly need!

This was a great house with so much to do. The beach was so close and there were tons of great restaurants around. The house itself had everything we could possibly need, and the outdoor space was fantastic. Very grateful we found this place that met our entire groups needs!

Awesome Family Vacation

The house was huge, perfect layout large family room for everyone to spend time together. Matt was extremely hospitable, responsive, and accommodating. Everything was clean and well stocked. Close proximity to the beach!

Perfect stay!

Great house for a big family! We had plenty of room. House was fantastic and everything was just as stated. Communication with Matt was great as well. Would recommend to anyone needing a fun big house to stay at.

Yes the hot tub was nice. Only my two daughters -in- law used it on Sat. night. They lived it. Definitely dog friendly. There were dog dishes provided and the yard is fenced. Plenty of room to spread out. Highly recommend for families. Well stocked kitchen.

Great Stay

Had a great stay with our extended family. Check in and out were very simple and straightforward. Very flexible and helpful host. Overall location of the property was great for the beach and other activities. Space, both inside and out, was abundant for the whole family and dogs with everything we could need. Nobs on the stovetop were misaligned, but worked fine once you figure it out. Deffinetly a great option for large groups and families!

Very comfortable

This is a great place for a medium sized family. There were ten of us and there is plenty of space inside and out for relaxing and enjoying family time. The kitchen is well equipped. Apart from the strange layout of having to enter the back bedrooms through the shared bathroom/laundry, the house was perfect for our family needs. We liked it's proximity; close enough to the beach to walk.

Great Family Place

We loved the location, the patio, hot tub, yard and the spaciousness of the house. We were lucky enough to see a huge variety of birds visiting the elder tree in the yard, the owls, several bald eagles flying over and the friendly squirrels! The fenced patio and yard was perfect for our pup. We will be back! Matt was absolutely great to work with.

Wonderful cozy winter beach retreat

We loved this property for our large family. It is comfortable and graciously appointed. It has a well stocked kitchen and plenty of space to spread out. The kids and adults loved the hot tub. It is a short walk to the beach and there are groceries, restaurants and entertainment venues nearby. The host was responsive and a pleasure to work with. I recommend it for any season.

New Year’s Eve Vacation

A group of fiends and our kids rented the house for an extended New Years Eve get together. The house was the perfect size, well stocked and the hot tub was perfect. Matt was a great host who made everything so easy and answered all our questions promptly. I would highly recommend!!

Great place for a large group

This house was great for our group of 14, lots of room, close to the beach. It was super stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs and bikes. Matt was great, easy to communicate with and helpful, even allowing a little later check out on New Year’s Day. It’s an older house, a little funky layout with the bathroom walkthrough to the kids suite, but it worked for us. We loved the hot tub, especially after our annual cold plunge in the winter ocean. We would stay here again for sure!
