Piano terra 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni villa. A pochi passi dalla piscina e dalla vasca idromassaggio. La villa è splendidamente decorata con tema costiero. Si trova a 200 metri dalla spiaggia e vicino al Wyndham Hotel & Casino. C'è un bar sulla spiaggia chiamato "The beach bohio" una volta calpestato la sabbia. È possibile avere cocktail, cibo e sedie a sdraio in affitto.

La seconda camera da letto è una piccola camera da letto migliore per i bambini. Il letto è un doppio (pieno) che può ospitare comodamente 2 bambini.

Palmas Doradas è vicino al Tennis Club e ci sono anche due spettacolari campi da golf all'interno di Palmas del Mar.

Palmas del Mar è una località balneare nel sud-est di Porto Rico. Il terreno è di circa 2.750 ettari. C'è una scuola, 25 quartieri, piccoli negozi, circa 15 ristoranti, 2 porti turistici e uno yacht club. Noleggia un golf cart per muoverti durante il tuo soggiorno. Troverete un supermercato dove è possibile acquistare la spesa durante il soggiorno. Ha una sicurezza di 24 ore all'ingresso del cancello e in ogni complesso.

The check-in was very easy and the guard (Angela) at the property was very helpful. The location was amazing and nearby the beach. The apartment had everything we needed. We are already planning our second trip to the same location to celebrate my retirement. Thanks

Great trip

My wife and I stayed here with our twin 4 year olds. The property was great. The pool is steps from the apartment and beach is a very short walk. We would stay here again next time we are in PR.

Amazing

The condo was set up great for a couple! Had all the things a person would need! Ground floor nice patio and grill! Steps away from the pool and the beach! Quiet and well maintained! Would highly recommend Villa Serene!

Cozy

The condo was great - cozy and quaint. Close to the pool and ocean. We had some technical challenges with the TV and kitchen, but we never called to get them addressed. All in all - great place!

This place was awesome!! Great, safe community - very clean and beautiful. We had our two daughters with us (11&12) and they were able to play outside and in the pool just steps away from our patio. The apartment itself is very clean and stylish. They have some amenities available like sunscreen, bug spray, aloe, etc which was a nice bonus! Beds are comfortable! GREAT communication with the owner! Always quick and thorough in responses. Overall, this is a wonderful rental. (We wish it came with a golf cart even for an extra fee! LOL!) We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Thanksgiving Wedding & Getaway

This property completely exceeded our expectations. It was contemporary and clean! We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. You definitely don't need a golf cart staying here. You can do no wrong staying at this property. Ground floor, pool and beach steps away. What could be more perfect! Thank you Magda for opening your home to us. We'll definitely be back.

This property was just right for my partner and me. What I am impressed with is the listing of this property exactly what the owner/property manager writes is exactly what you're getting! The property was very comfortable for me and my partner. I was not in Palmas on vacation I was there on business. I got to enjoy the relaxation and peacefulness of the property. The perfect get away

This is the second time we have rented this property. The pool is just steps away, the beach is just a 5 min 10 if you stop to feed the turtles. The house is very clean and well kept. We love spending time here. And are looking forward to staying again.

Five-Star Rental

My family and I loved this property. The apartment is beautifully decorated, spotless, wonderful linens, equipped with everything you need, in excellent condition and the view is lovely. We will definitely be returning. Magda was a kind, helpful and wonderful host. Overalll the property has the quality of a 5-star beach resort hotel with a familiar feel.

Exactly what we wanted!

Lovely unit just steps from the pool and a minute to the beach. Stayed 4 weeks. Very comfortable. Magda was very helpful and timely when we had connectivity issues. Would be happy to return.

This property is in a great location in relation to the beach and pool, and has an attentive property manager who was very prompt in answering any questions I had. The property is secure, yet easy to find and access. Overall, I had a great stay in this beautiful community.

A perfect family vacation

Villa Serene was a perfect place to stay for our family of four - myself, husband and two three year old sons - just looking for a week of relaxation. The space is very nicely decorated and the floors are beautifully tiled throughout. Linens, towels and beds were great and there was T.V. with access to amazon prime and Netflix in each room. We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen and there were two grocery stores just 15 mins away, as well as a small convenient store 3 mins away by car. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking. There were a few toys, beach toys and beach chairs, which was great to have! We spent lots of time in the pool, which we mostly had entirely to ourselves throughout the stay. The beach was nice for walking and dipping your toes. While we were there the surf was strong but the waves were beautiful. We did venture out to Luquillo Beach, about 45mins away, with calm waters great for young kids. We also checked out El Yunque, went horse back riding at the Carabali Rainforest Park, and spent a morning in Old San Juan. Everything was within and hour of Villa Serene and it was a relaxing clam place to come back to after any adventure of the day. With in the area of the villa we would definitely recommend the nature trail and La Pescaderia, a delicious restaurant right on the water. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to relax and spend time exploring Puerto Rico.

Nothing compares to a ground property just steps from the pool. The balcony is situated in front of a green area 20 yards from the pool. We have many friends that come and visit us and the balcony is extended just by placing a few chairs in the yard.

If you forget something, just walk in; no stairs and no elevator. Parking spot is in front of the door.

This villa used to be the vacation rentals from the hotel next door. It is a small but very cozy property with everything you need. You will be walking distance to the beach and hotel. The hotel has 2 restaurants and a place to have breakfast.

It is tastefully decorated and renovated. It has new floors, bathrooms and fixtures. It is just wonderful.
