This is a nice neighborhood on Hickory Lake not far from Sun Life Marina where you can rent boats. There is a good restaurant at the marina too.

Kelli was amazing and addressed all our questions and household needs. The property was perfect for our group and the adult kids especially loved the basement game room which was perfect for meeting the "quiet hours" requirements. We also rented a pontoon boat for the week and couldn't of asked for better service or price!!! Thank You!My only feedback, and not necessarily negative, some bedrooms do not have dressers or night stands and those would of been nice to have so we werent living out of our suitcases for the week.

Everything we needed was there, and the space worked perfectly for our trip.Kellie was a great host. This home is beautiful lake front property. There are lots of deer that roam the area. The back porches (top and second story) are perfect for early morning coffee, and the view is beautiful. There are lots of seats out there to sit on. There are three steep steps right inside the front door and there is no rail, so if anyone in your party has mobility issues, they can go up a ramp on the outside and through sliding doors. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of prep area. There is a small sitting area on the main level with a kitchen nook table. There is a huge table in the lower area of the entry way by the front door. There are two lower levels with steep stairs down, and there are lots of comfortable beds. There are plenty of towels and linens but bring your own shampoo, none is provided. Host had good communication and worked with us, answered us promptly.

This location was perfect for our family reunion! It easily accommodated our group of 9 adults and 1 toddler, with ample space for us to spread out. It was close enough to get to the attractions of Nashville within about 30 minutes, and had beautiful views of the lake.

Property seems to be outdated but we enjoyed the overall charm of the house. TVs need upgraded. Mirrors should be in every room. There were outlets that didn’t seem to work. There needs to be more seating in the little kitchen area. We went and bought camping chairs to accommodate our large group. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay with a safe neighborhood feel. Awesome fishing from the dock.
