Questo meraviglioso condominio si trova al 2 ° piano dell'edificio sulla spiaggia nel favoloso Sea Isle Village ed è stato recentemente ristrutturato. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo, con un doppio rotelle e un bagno privato. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno situato proprio fuori dalla camera da letto nella hall. Il soggiorno e la cucina aperti sono il luogo ideale per radunarsi. La cucina ha tutto il necessario per cucinare il pescato del giorno e la sala da pranzo ha molti posti a sedere per tutti. Questa unità ha un ampio ponte che si affaccia sul golfo e sulle dune di sabbia. Ci sono 3 televisori nell'unità e un DVD e un lettore VHS. Questo spazioso condominio può ospitare 5 persone. Siamo spiacenti ma gli animali non sono ammessi e non è permesso fumare. Sono richiesti i pass per il parcheggio. C'è un parcheggio per 2 veicoli. Il pass per il parcheggio del golf cart è disponibile presso l'ufficio in loco. Venite a godervi le brezze oceaniche dirette che questo vero condominio dell'isola ha da offrire! Great place

We love Sea Isle Village. We've stayed in numerous units on the property over the years and this one was right on par. Very clean and well furnished. Perfect for our family.

Beach days!

Had a great time here. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the stay. Great location for beach access and getting around town without being right in the middle of it.

Great location!

So convenient to the beach! And the covered deck was a great surprise- it rained all weekend but we were still able to enjoy the outdoors while our neighbors were stuck inside. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this condo. Loved how there were stairs at the back door that lead to the walkway to the beach as well as the grill. We will stay again….

WONDERFUL stay!

We had a wonderful Stay at SIV#30! The best part was the rear exit and entry from the patio that no other condo had. As well as the fully stocked and precious interior design. We will be back again!

Great place!

Great property and location close to the beach. Property management provided all the information and were in constant contact. The place is very clean with amenities needed for a nice and comfortable stay. Short drive to many dining choices. We’ll definitely be back.

Great Spot

Wonderful condo! Clean, convenient and so close to the beach! My only complaint-ish were the bed sheets were so starchy! But other than that, it’s a great spot and we will definitely stay again!!

August stay 2020

Great property with easy beach access and lovely view of the dunes. Our unit even had stairs down to the beach walkway - walk was about 200-300 yards to the beach. Unit was recently updated so everything was new and in good shape. Comfortable and well appointed’ plenty of room for two tall teenagers. Thank you for sharing your property

This place was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was super happy with this condo, and the communication with management was ultra responsive at all points. The view from the porch is great. The proximity to the beach trail perfect - like 60 feet andthen maybe a 200 yard walk to the beach with a shower bench along the way. Everything we needed was provided for (bring your own coffee of course). My 5 yr old asked, “Can we live here!” I intend to stay here again.
