The host was extremely quick with answering my questions pre-trip. The layout of the home was great for our family. The beach was a short car ride away.

The place was very clean and nice. We had a large group and really no issues, only a short distance to beach. The family room is big and spacious! House is well stocked for cooking and serving,Perfect for big groups. The water pressure in one of the bathrooms was pretty poor, and ice maker dosnt work in freezer. One suggestion is to take a couple mirrors if have a large group for when trying to get ready, there is plenty of room but only mirrors in bathrooms. We would definitely recommend and would book again

We enjoyed the house very much. I feel it is important to note that one of the king bedrooms shares a bathroom with the bunk room area so if you are planing to have 4 adult couples, one will be sharing the upstairs area and bathroom with the kids. It worked out great for us with 3 adult couples and 4 teenage boys. Great location. Very cute house.

Perfect beach house

We have stayed at many beach homes in port aransas for over 10 + years and by far this is the best one!! The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my elderly parents, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of beds for my guests and a convenient location! Would 100% stay here again!!

Great house!

We loved the amount of space we had. 4 king beds were definitely a plus and the kid’s space was perfect. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. So convenient to the beach!

Plenty of space!

Great place that provided plenty of rooms and bathrooms. All descriptions were accurate and everything was clean. Plenty of pots, pans, plates, etc (including a crockpot). Best of all, no problems with the AC.😊

Great Family Vacation

Great Place

This home was roomy and accommodating for our group of 11 adults and 2 kids. The home is beautiful and the open concept downstairs was great for hanging out with everyone. I would say the only drawbacks were the property doesn't have beach access (although it is only a short drive) and there was very little cleaning supplies/necessary kitchen items available.

If you have younger than teens, that space can sleep more. Bring kitchen towels and beach towels!

Nice Beach House - Centrally Located

The beach house was clean and had lots of room. It is centrally located - close to the beach, groceries, and dining. The check in process was easy. The living room and kitchen are downstairs along with one bedroom. Upstairs there are 3 additional rooms with king size beds, 1 small room with a bunk, and a living area with 2 twin beds and a kitchenette. The parking is tight but having a garage helped with that. Overall a night house. We would stay here again.

The furniture is difficult for comfort as most is for very tall people with long legs. A couple of recliners instead of the big bulky blue chairs would be a wonderful addition.
