This place is VERY spacious! Tons of sitting and dining space, and can easily sleep 14-15. Very “Colorado Mountains” feel to it. Everything you need to cook for very large groups. Parking for 6 cars easy. Host had immaculate communication every step of the way.

We really enjoyed the property. The house is in a quiet area, convenient to both Frisco and Breckenridge. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Lots of wildlife, especially birds, to observe from the decks.We had a couple of requests that the management company responded to with lightning speed. They were awesome.We didn’t get a chance to use the hot in, so can’t comment on that.

120+ unique seats for all your friends (not including toilets!)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Quaint, charming, spacious, comfortable, etc etc. There is little more a group of families could want. What’s really special about the place though is the sheer volume of places to set your rump. Stiff chairs, soft chairs, old and broken chairs, they have every option for you and 119 of your closest friends. Not even including toilets! Consider the sorts of gatherings you can have knowing this. The next Comic-Con? A gathering of Pokémon card collectors? So long as it’s 120 or less, you’re covered.

Rental home was quite comfortable for our extended family ski trip. This is an older home with a rustic feel but some minor maintenance issues related to the property manager. We appreciated the large open floor plan on both the main level and lower level. The hot tub was a hit!

Cozy home perfect for large groups

The house was perfect for our trip. The location made it easy to get to the mountain, restaurants, and stores. The bathrooms were well stocked and everything was tidy when we arrived.

Good Views

Surrounded by Mountains and trees - the cabin is beautiful inside and outside. It was cleaned well before we arrived. Has many spots to sit and relax!

Wondeful weekend in Breck

Our party of 12 loved our stay at the Swan River Lodge. The property was spacious and well-stocked for the essentials. We loved the views, hot tub, and even enjoyed a couple of wildlife sightings from the main room!

Great place for a big group

Five bedrooms, tons of sofas and chairs, two kitchen tables, a pool table, and a big hot tub with amazing views of the mountains. It really is the perfect place to spend time with friends / family. Highly recommend this place.

Very spacious, great, and clean home

This place is huge with many large living spaces. Easy check-in/out. We appreciated the cleanliness and the central location near Breckenridge, Keystone and Copper. One improvement we would suggest is to replace the dim lighting in the kitchen and dining room.

Guys weekend away

Had a weekend getaway with the guys. There were ten of us. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and hang out. Good proximity to the marina and other activities. Can’t beat that view of the surrounding mountains.
