Casa ariosa, luminosa e spaziosa nello storico quartiere di Morningside.

Due grandi camere da letto, due ampie zone soggiorno, sala da pranzo intima, cucina a vista, bagno spazioso.

Lavatrice e asciugatrice moderne in casa.

Spettacolare patio e pergola rendono la vita all'aperto un piacere. Un cortile lussureggiante e accogliente lo rende il tuo santuario privato.

Posto auto coperto per la tua piccola auto e molto spazio sul vialetto.

Quartiere tranquillo e accogliente situato in posizione centrale; a pochi passi dalla baia, grande negozio di alimentari, due ospedali (Dr's Regional e Driscoll per bambini), ristoranti, negozio di dollari, palestra.

A meno di 30 minuti in auto da casa alla spiaggia. 10 minuti a piedi dalla parte anteriore della baia, altri 5 al magnete per bambini Cole Park. 10 minuti dal centro, 15 minuti dalle attrazioni Concrete Street Ampitheatre, Whataburger Field, American Bank Center, Hurricane Alley Water Park, The Lexington, Texas State Aquarium. 10 minuti dal centro commerciale La Palmera e da numerosi ristoranti. 30 minuti a N. Padre Island, a 40 minuti da Port Aransas. La fermata dell'autobus è a un isolato di distanza.

Ho riempito la mia casa con opere d'arte originali, oggetti d'antiquariato funzionali, deliziosi tappeti - e NESSUN disordine! Molte persone quando entrano nel mio commento di casa sulla "buona energia" ADORERAI chiamare questo posto a casa per il tuo soggiorno qui nel Corpus Christi. Come diciamo qui; "Mi casa es su casa!" (la mia casa è la tua casa).
** NOTA BENE ** Durante la tua visita, potrei rimanere nella proprietà; nella piccola "casita" nel cortile sul retro. Puoi vedere l'edificio nelle foto del patio / pergola. Ho un ingresso privato dal retro della proprietà e mi sono assicurato di poter andare e venire senza invadere la tua privacy. (Le porte francesi nella foto non vengono utilizzate.) Posso essere disponibile per qualsiasi domanda o suggerimento; altrimenti avrai la completa privacy del patio e del cortile - questa è la mia priorità!

NOTA ANCHE: C'è un gatto residente! Lei lascia la casa con me, ma se hai gravi allergie ai gatti, questo potrebbe essere un problema nonostante il fatto che la casa sia mantenuta super pulita. Sentiti libero di chiamarmi per discutere!

For being an older home, this property had everything we needed to be comfortable. Its central location in Corpus Christi was ideal. The host, Brenda, welcomed us with the assurance that she was only a text or call away. Her info booklet was quite helpful. When searching I was drawn to the colorful artistic vibe in photos. The real thing did not disappoint. I would stay here again.

Well-kept property both inside and out. Beautifully decorated, homey, cozy and private. All the comforts of home away from home. The owner was easy to talk to and gave my sister and I wonderful tips as to the best shopping and nearby restaurants with yummy food and restful atmospheres. We highly recommend Casa Calypso!

A weekend away

An unique and quirky little property... a great older home with a ton of artistic touches. Brenda was an excellent hostess and she ensured to not make her presence known during our stay. It was a wonderful place to stay and all the amenities made it a comfortable spot for our family to gather.

Clean, funky home with responsive owner

We had a lovely stay. The house is very clean and the owner is incredibly accommodating and responsive. The house is well equipped with everything one could possibly need to feel at home.

Cozy & Colorful

We had the best stay, great location central to everything. Very artsy decor which we loved and the house was bigger than we thought. She has a true talent for interior design! Owner was so friendly and made us feel so welcome, she even gave us recommendations for places to go. Would absolutely stay here again.

Quick stay in corpus

Overall the location was great and the host was helpful but the decor was very strange with lots of nude images and the main bedroom smells very musty. Otherwise we definitely enjoyed our stay and being so close to the coast.

Perfect family vacation

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful home. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We slept great!!! Kitchen was well equipped to make family meals and even to bake cookies. Was perfect to be able to work remotely while there as well. We would definitely plan to stay again on the future. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Month long retreat.

Lovely, quiet home with artistic decor. A very well equipped kitchen and beautiful back yard space. Comfortable beds for sweet dreams. Close to the bay area with great walk paths.

Great visit with Granddaughter

This was the perfect place for us to come and see our granddaughter. The house was very comfortable, great location/neighborhood and Brenda was very accommodating . A big plus was that my husband is on a walker and she had a shower chair. I would definitely recommend this home.

Secluded, peaceful, open and airy. Quaint neighborhood excellent for walking. Great for artist retreats - writing, music, etc., or a central base for exploring our wonderful Corpus Christi!

For the price of a (mediocre?) hotel, you can stay at Casa Calypso, a little bit of magic in the heart of Corpus Christi. From the moment you enter the front door, you will feel the peaceful vibe. I have created a private sanctuary of a house that I'm now sharing with travelers with an adventurous spirit. The backyard is truly a hidden delight; relax under the pergola or do some power-lounging in the hammock. Summer nights out there are entrancing. Or just sit on the couch in the a.c. and watch the birds out of the super-sized sliding glass doors. Prepare a meal in the open kitchen while visiting or watching TV. Have a romantic meal in the dining room surrounded by original art. Practice yoga or stretching in the big open front room. Or brush up on your piano playing skills on the baby grande.
