Questa proprietà di lusso non è mai stata disponibile per il noleggio ... fino ad ora! Splendida cucina con splendidi mobili in mogano ed elettrodomestici inossidabile di fascia alta. Aprire grande sala con grande lanai a forma di L schermato. Sdraiati nel tuo letto con un'incredibile vista panoramica sulla spiaggia e dormi al suono del surf. Vi attendono splendidi mobili di design e lenzuola personalizzate. Tutto ciò che puoi immaginare in una casa vacanza è qui… ..e altro. Questa proprietà è stata progettata e attrezzata per l'uso del proprietario e ora è a disposizione degli ospiti.
Paniolo Hale è spesso indicato per la migliore posizione sull'isola. Situato in un boschetto di vecchi alberi maestosi e un paesaggio lussureggiante, è un'oasi su questo lato asciutto e soleggiato dell'isola. Entrando in Paniolo Hale, ti sentirai a casa e sarai avvolto dai bellissimi fiori ovunque sulla proprietà.
Ci sono due ampie camere da letto, entrambe con vista sull'oceano. La camera da letto superiore ha il proprio bagno, due letti queen size e un lanai con vista sull'oceano per godersi quel caffè del mattino. La master suite si trova al primo piano e si apre sul lanai schermato. Questa è la più grande pianta disponibile. Vive e sembra una casa. Non ci sono altre unità sopra di te e la tua porta d'ingresso è un ingresso privato. Parcheggia proprio di fronte senza lunghe passeggiate per trasportare bagagli e generi alimentari. Nelle vicinanze si trova l'area barbecue per preparare i pasti.
L'arredamento è tropicale e confortevole per sedersi.
Tutto è pronto per quella speciale vacanza in paradiso. La vita non è migliore di così.
Vieni e resta, vivi l'Aloha Spirit e incontra le persone amichevoli di quest'isola. Ma fai attenzione, potresti voler rimanere per sempre.

Peaceful

Had a relaxing week here. Endangered Monk seals use the beach in front. Loved watching the sunsets then staying on the beach for the stars to come out.

Peaceful Paradise

We loved staying at this property! It is a well-equipped condo in a quiet complex (with nice neighbors) on a lovely beach. There is no AC - but you can open all the walls/windows and get wonderful breezes and ocean sounds (and porch and windows are all screened). Upstairs gets a bit warmer but the upper deck is wonderful for star gazing. We stayed in August, when the surf was calm and were able to swim and snorkel easily - and see monk seals and spinner dolphins. There is a pool on site, but it has a TON of bees. The office has a book share/swap. The defunct Sheraton next door still has a little general store - which was great when we ran out of milk. Scott was super responsive and gave us recommendations and tips about Molokai. We (me, spouse, 11-yr old and 15-yr old) would happily stay here again. Wonderful experience.

Thank you for the wonderful review about your recent stay on Molokai. You have accurately described what a summer vacation in Molokai is like. Calm oceans, amazing blue water, and white sandy beaches. You also mentioned that it was comfortable because of the breezes that blow through this unit, because of its elevated position, which is not the case with other units directly on the beach in the afternoon sun. We loved our stay at this wonderful condo. We spent a lot of time in the lanai which has an amazing view of the coastline. And it is SO nice that it is enclosed so no bugs!Plus you are just steps from the beach - we loved walking down to Make Horse. We also appreciated the well stocked kitchen.A memorable time for a family of 5. :-)

Paniolo Hale is between Kepuhi Beach and Make Horse Beach. Bike riding, hikes and swimming are at your doorstep.

Well-equipped and great location

We spent Christmas week in this beautiful condo. It exceeded our expectations. Both bedrooms were large with very comfortable beds. The kitchen had EVERYTHING including well-sharpened good knives. There are 5 beaches within a 10 minute walk, great sunset views and a comfortable couch. Our only quibble is that there was construction going on everyday on the outside of the condo next to us but that is a non-controllable thing. Highly recommend and we hope to come back.

The best location on Molokai

This is an extremely comfortable property that gave my husband and myself, and our two young adult sons plenty of room. The wrap-around deck can be accessed on the first floor through multiple doors that open wide. The view from the deck upstairs is really wonderful. (The view downstairs is lovely too). The kitchen is well-stocked with pans, dishes, cloth napkins, etc. We are family that loves to cook, and cooking was easy and fun. The unit felt like a real family used it---not like a sterile rental. N.B. It has a beach house feel, not a high-end luxury condo feel, which was perfect. The west end of the island, like much of Molokai, has suffered from the recession, drought, and then the pandemic, and there were properties that we passed on our drives and hikes that had been abandoned or at least very much neglected. Paniolo Hale in contrast looked maintained. We loved our stay--the beaches, the hikes, the water activities, and especially the people we met. I hope we can return. If we do, we will definitely stay at Paniolo Hale again!

Amazing!

This property felt like a Swiss Family Robinson treehouse overlooking the beach. The sounds of the many types of birds and ocean waves were a constant reminder to relax, enjoy, and be in the moment. As all the other reviews stated, the kitchen is well stocked with equipment (and decent cutlery which I find rare in rentals). The bedding was as advertised, super comfortable! We had the beautiful beaches that are walking distance from the condo mostly to ourselves if not for a few others. You will not find more beautiful beaches with so few people anywhere else in the world! Believe me we have tried! If you are lucky enough to to stay here, you will understand the magic this place has on you! Hope to return. My only suggestions for the management would be a counter top dish rack and maybe a crockpot. Be sure to stop at the Molokai Ranch coop for some tasty cuts of meat and support the local ranchers!

Paradise Found!

My husband and I spent an amazing week at this property. The views speak for itself. We spent the nights star gazing on the second floor balcony and then went back down to the master bedroom to fall asleep to the sound of waves. We both love to cook and this was the BEST fully stocked kitchen we’ve been in. Every pot, pan, accessory and gadget you could need to make a gourmet meal. Also, my husband is tall, 6’5” and most rentals have standard height shower heads, which he needs to bend down to get under. This shower head was high enough he fit under it. There was nothing we needed or would have changed, this place was PERFECT! We visit Molokaʻi every year and hope to be able to stay here again.

Such a beautiful vacation home!

We were right on the ocean where seals crawl out of water and join you on the beach. We the beaches almost totally to ourselves. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Scott is great to coordinate with and such a nice man. I highly recommend this for a majical time that you will never forget.

Neat and spacious West Molokai condo

Wonderful large unit with views of the ocean. Steps away from long unspoiled beaches, great for hiking ,surfing or relaxing. We would love to come back!

Paradise

What a great stay. A few issues, all minor. Very open which and was refreshing. I'll remember this place fondly. One night we heard what we believe to be a seal. No AC, which was a concern. We went in July, occasionally was a bit warm but was fine, and I run hot. This place was excellently furnished and nice. We would love to go again.

Exceptional!

Better than expected. Took our breath away as soon as we entered. Fully stocked home, even included beach chairs, boogie boards, kites & snorkels. Very comfortable beds, inviting living area and a lanai that begs to be lounged in. The views are awe-inspiring! Thank you! We will be back!

The view is spectacular from this comfortable condo

From the condo, it's a short and beautiful walk down to the beach. We saw whales everyday. Locals came to surf. Gentle breezes blew from the ocean through this lovely condo. The furniture in the living room was very comfortable, so it was great to sit and relax in the evenings. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed cooking our dinners and eating out on the lanai overlooking the ocean. Molokai is a very special place on earth where the people are friendly and enjoy a quality of life.

Outstanding Rental!!!

Staying at this Paniolo Hale unit was fantastic! Very Clean and spacious. And the beach is right outside your door! The grounds were lush and beautifully landscaped. Felt like true Hawaii.

Incredible Property Away From Everything

We had a great trip and greatly enjoyed our stay. We stayed the week of July 4th and it was very quiet and not even remotely crowded. Great place to stay for some R&R. The lanai was one of our favorite places to relax. Pool was nearby, grill was right across the parking lot and the unit had everything we needed for the week! Looking forward to coming back again!

Fabulous Condo

My husband and I spent two weeks in H4 this spring. This was our 4th visit to Molokai and by far the best unit we have stayed in. We especially loved the screened porches that allowed us to keep the doors open all day and night and being lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves at night. The unit had everything we needed and was large and luxurious for the two of us, we loved choosing between the upper deck for sun or the lower screened lanai for total relaxation. The complex itself is peaceful and lovely, beautiful beaches near by, wonderful walks and friendly neighbors. One cannot go wrong here.
