Bellissimo 2 letto, 2 bagni a casa in un posto bellissimo. Tubac Golf Course & Spa dista solo 3 km. Tubac Village Center è a pochi minuti a piedi. Lo scenario circostante è stupendo e il cielo azzurro è infinito. Rilassati nella nostra casa ben arredata o fai un tuffo rinfrescante in piscina a soli 25 piedi di distanza. La cucina è dotata di tutti i comfort moderni pronti per la vostra cucina gourmet e comprende una comoda area per la colazione.
La sala da pranzo / salotto è grande e il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare comodamente 6 persone. La confortevole area salotto ha una nuova TV a schermo piatto, un lettore DVD e un lettore di musica digitale bluetooth / cablato. Wifi è disponibile in tutto. Nell'angolo del salone c'è un camino Kiva che ti terrà caldo e accogliente nelle fredde serate invernali. L'area del patio posteriore è deliziosa - osserva gli uccelli ronzanti, prendi il sole - non rimarrai deluso. C'è un garage con spazio per un veicolo. Goditi la vita all'aria aperta - eccezionali sentieri escursionistici per tutte le abilità, fantastico birdwatching, golf a soli 2 km di distanza, ciclismo, passeggiate - l'elenco continua.

Wonderful location and home

Our stay at Paul and Alyson’s home was positive in so many ways! It is a lovely condo and location is excellent! The private pool and hot tub was a few steps away! We definitely hope to rent again in the future! Thank you!

What a gorgeous home this was! The owners do an amazing job to make their guests feel honored to be there. This home is decorated with the most beautiful decor that perfectly suits the surrounding area! We will definitely be back!

Tubac Barrio

First time staying here, and we really enjoyed the stay. House was exceptionally clean, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was extremely well supplied. We ran into one slight issue, and the owners, even though they were on a different continent, had it handled and taken care of in record time. 1. Excellent location in Tubac 2. Instruction folder on specifics of property(TV, water heater, furnace, internet, etc,) is the best I have ever seen. Very precise and clear. 3. Owner is very prompt in answering any questions or issues. 4. Would definitely stay there again.

Cielito Lindo neighborhood, lovely accommodation for our 8th January birding the Tubac area

This rental has the charm of an artist’s special touch. Colorful framed depictions of historical events, animals, birds, Native American and Mexican items, colorful decorating. The location is quiet and well located for walking to the many galleries, shops, restaurants, and the Anza Trail. Our stay this year was limited by the Covid pandemic, but was made more pleasant by the time spent staying in this unique home. We highly recommend it. The owners are very accommodating, keeping in touch with renters. As avid birders, we hope to return to Tubac in 2023.

Great find!

Loved this house! Authentically decorated with all the amenities you could possibly want, it was a delight to come home to after days on the road traveling. Paul was quick to respond to concerns. We found the neighborhood safe and friendly. While there are no national brand chains in Tubac ( grocery store, pharmacy) they are a short 15 minute drive up the highway. The beauty of the mountains and the proximity to nature make up for any inconvenience of having to drive to get services. First class property!

Lovely month in Tubac

We enjoyed our month at Paul and Alyson’s lovely home! It was the perfect location for walking to the village and near to the Anza trail! Paul was very responsive to a few needs...an excellent communicator! The home was very comfortable and very clean, well appointed with tasteful art of the Tubac area! The neighborhood is charming! We definitely would return if available! Thank you!

Well appointed and great location

We had a couple of things go wrong but the owner had them fixed speedily. Very comfortable. Recommend this place for your stay in Tubac!

The very best vrbo we have stayed in. The hosts are thougtful; bikes, shortbread, wine, coffee etc

The HOA has a party at the pool every Wednesday, the hiking and golf were exceptional. Just perfect! JC and PS

Beautiful property

This property is in a wonderful location. It’s an easy walk to downtown, to the Anza trail, or just around the neighborhood. From the patio, we overlooked the pool area, and enjoyed the hummingbirds who frequented the feeder. The house itself is comfortable and well equipped. Paul is very easy to work with, and any issues were handled promptly. We enjoyed spending the winter in Tubac, and look forward to doing it again sometime.

The Perfect Tubac Family Getaway

We had a great time during our stay in Tubac, and this house was perfect for our needs. We took advantage of the pool and jacuzzi off the back patio, went for walks and bike rides in town, and ate In the local restaurants. The house was beautifully decorated, very well appointed and was absolutely fantastic in every way.

We spent a month in this lovely house. The location is great. There is easy walking to the downtown area, as well as the Anza trail. The pool area is very nice and largely pretty quiet. The house is decorated nicely, and we had everything we needed.

Great stay in Tubac

My husband and I spent a month enjoying this wonderful home. It was close to all the local attractions in a great little community. The house was very clean and comfortable. Paul, the owner, was available for any questions we had and responded quickly. Thanks again for making our stay so wonderful.

Very nice experience

I have been working temporarily in Nogales Mx. This unit is comfortable, in a pleasant location, close to the freeway and local eateries. Since I was working, I did not have much chance to enjoy Tubac, but staying here was order of magnitude better than staying in hotel. Communication and response times were very good. Paul went out of his way and accommodated a special circumstance I had during my stay. (Thanks again Paul.)

Having only bought the property in March 2015, we have made, and will continue to make improvements to the fittings, fixtures and decor, such as upgrading the kitchen worktops and creating a front patio area to catch the early evening sun.

As well as the beautiful weather, which is pretty much guaranteed, there are many activities to enjoy locally. If you like to hike, there are extensive hiking trails for all levels of ability in the mountains and valleys, including the famous Anza Trail. If you like to play golf, the nearest course is just 2 miles away. If you like to birdwatch, you will not be disappointed. if you like to ride horses there are stables nearby. If you like history, the Tubac Presidio State Historic Park is on your doorstep, the Tumacacori State Historic Park is 3 miles away, and the Mission San Xavier del Bac is 36 miles away. If you fancy a trip to Mexico, a 20 minute car journey gets you to Nogales. Or maybe a trip to the vibrant center of gastronomy, Tuscon, which is only 40 minutes by car.
