As advertised. Very clean. Property management company was very responsive. Great location! Beds are on the softer side so those with bad backs allow extra time in the morning to stretch. Just a personal preference and not a ding on the property.

Fabulous location and amenities; just replace the beds

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best location and price/amenity combo of you have a dog. Yes, it’s cheaper because you only have one bathroom and no hot tub, but we can make it work. The only drawbacks are the uncomfortable twin and queen (full?) -size beds. The unit would benefit by placing a king headboard with shelf, two XL twins (=king), and remove the side tables in the smaller room. Kings are needed!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great right on Main Street with several restaurants and shops a short walk away. Communication was clear and check-in was easy. Bed wasn’t great. Bathroom has some water damage over the shower that should be addressed, but the unit was very clean otherwise.

The rental was clean and provided everything needed for our stay. The view and location is amazing. You walk out the door to a mountain view and Main Street just steps away. The property was perfect! Walking distance to everything we love on Main Street and well stocked for a family of 4. Check in was extremely easy and when the parking pass was missing the manager was quick to help fix. Checkout was also extremely easy and we had an all around great weekend.

Weekend Getaway to Breck

Nice place to spend a family weekend. Great to be in town and within walking distance to so many stores and restaurants as well as to hiking and biking trails.

Great for skiing stay

Great location, right by lots of eateries & shopping, and across the street to rentals/slope access. Beds were a little hard, but accomodations were very pleasant.

Amazing spot in town!

We loved our stay here! The location is perfection for walking up and down main street. There's also easy access to lots of hiking! The trailhead for Quandary is only a 10 minute drive from the doorstep. We summitted Quandary and came back to town with tons of options for a hearty meal within steps of the front door. This place will be our first option for our return trip to Breckenridge

Great Place!

This place was in an ideal location in downtown Breckenridge. The check-in process was easy and the cleanliness of the place was a 10. We were very impressed with the rental company as we had a question after we arrived and they immediately texted back a response to our question-very impressive! We would love to stay here again as it was the perfect mini-vacation 😁. Thank you for your hospitality.
