This house has the easiest access to the ocean you can hope for. You just step outside and across the street is a guarded and quiet beach. It was an easy barefoot walk to the ocean and there is a public wash station on the way back to the house. Once home, you have a very nicely laid out vacation home with plenty of nice appliances. We made every meal at the house. The pool is also clean and well maintained. It was a treat to have it in the afternoon.If you're an ocean person, this house shines with its ease of going straight onto the beach and into the water.

Expectations exceeded. Very comfortable. King bed and bedding was super comfy. Towels were new and fluffy. Shower heads have strong water pressure and double as handheld showers. It was great to have a washer and dryer and dishwasher. We loved that beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels were provided. Plenty of dishes, glasses, mugs, and silverware. Off street parking for one vehicle is really nice. The view is unparalleled! Access to the beach and walkability to great restaurants and shopping is also fantastic. This house was built in the 1980’s, but is updated in all the ways needed. The house is roomy and comfy. The leather couches, pillows, and throws… so comfy. We didn’t use the private pool because we aren’t pool people, but it looked very nice, too. Host was great at communicating. Things to do in area include an arboretum, wetland (birding) area, a jellyfish museum, and a butterfly world, and of course, the ocean and intracoastal waterway. We hope to rent again for sure!

Marc was super flexible with our arrival time and met us at the gate. Gave us a tour and made sure we were settled. The beds were super comfortable! The location was perfect. And it was nice to have a pool to jump into every now and again.

Winter vacation to Deerfield Beach

The pink beach house was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of living space to make us feel at home and perfect location- across the street from the beach and within walking distance or short drive to many restaurants and shops.

Awesome location in front of the beach, close walking distance to restaurants (also on the beach), and friendly locals. Host was great. House was stocked with everything you need, including beach accessories and even the often-forgotten cooking essentials, such as sugar, salt, pepper, spices, etc.

Family vaca

It was a great location so we were no obligated to drive the kids to the beach they could just walk to it as well as restaurants close by allowed them a great amount of freedom. Check was great we arrived early and our host was very responsive and accommodating!

Relaxing & Enjoyable Week

Great location across the street from the beach. Very comfortable home that is well equipped. The hosts are friendly and very accommodating. We would stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone who is considering a place to stay in Deerfield Beach.

The Pink House is amazing...from its location...to its coziness...to its vibe...to its owner. This will be our go-to retreat in North Broward County. The beachfront neighborhood is chill and low key...just what we were looking for in a weekend stay. Marc (the owner) is fantastic. Thank you, Marc !!

Great host and location

Marc was great to work with. He allowed us a late check out when we arrived a day late due to flight cancellation. Really loved the location of the house. Nice beach right across the street with lots of shells and fun waves. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great place to stay, great host.

Took a trip on short notice with 3 kids and what a great place to make great memories. Clean and well furnished in so many ways. Location is perfect, close to family friendly beach area. Kids had a great time. Excellent host and communication. Thank you so much.

Awesome family vacation at Marc’s Place

Best location for an active family, steps from the beach and a short walk to restaurants, ice cream. The little pink villa was just the right size to give everyone in our group the space they needed, was clean and well stocked. Marc was a great host, very helpful. Hope to be back soon!

Fabulous Location!

This is a fabulous location, great view, you can easily walk to the pier and restaurants, etc. It's a 15 minute drive to FAU. The house is cute, comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed and more. The Owner/Property Manager was great to deal with. We will definitely stay again!!

Absolutely amazing! Impeccably clean, awesome location, super comfy beds! Thank you for giving us the ease of a true vacation. The property had everything you need and want. We appreciated all the basics provided like soap, toilet paper, and condiments so we didn’t have to spend a fortune at the grocery store. We loved the view and the vibe!

Wonderful Getaway!

My nephew and I booked a 3 day weekend at this little pink house. It was the coldest weekend of the year, but one of the best getaways I’ve had in a long time. The location is second to none…oceanfront and a short walk to the pier and restaurants in Deerfield Beach. The home was impeccably clean and Marc, the owner, was very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. We will definitely return!

Give Deerfield Beach a Try

Exceptionally well stocked home located on beach walk along Deerfield beach. It was nice to be on ground level with easy access and lots of light. The best VRBO's are those where you work directly with the owner. In this case, Marc and Debbie live next door so it went perfectly.
