Questo condominio Keauhou Akahi con una bella vista sull'oceano spazzare si affaccia sulla nuova riemerso Akahi piscina e 9 ° tee del famoso Kona Country Club Golf Course. Accomodato con TV HD a schermo piatto via cavo, internet ad alta velocità, letto matrimoniale king-size Tempur-Pedic, lavatrice / asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, vasca, doccia, letto aggiuntivo murphy con materasso matrimoniale, ventilatori a soffitto e bar umido lanai. Con un ampio balcone e giorno c'è spazio abbondante per intrattenere o semplicemente rilassarsi e rilassarsi. Svegliano al mattino per le immagini ei suoni dei club canoa outrigger pratica per la prossima gara e permettono ai nostri splendidi tramonti da togliere il fiato. Forse si scorge balene crociera in mare aperto o un branco di delfini che nuotano da. Situato in posizione strategica nei pressi del centro commerciale Keauhou con generi alimentari, negozi e cinema a disposizione.
Il campo da golf Kona Country Club è ora aperto anche per il vostro conveniance! Molto vicino a questa proprietà!
Il ristorante italiano Amici Vista al Kona Country Club è aperto per pranzo e cena ed è a pochi passi dall'appartamento! .. È possibile prenotare la cena presso il nuovo ristorante Kai Lana, premiato dallo chef Sam Choy, a meno di un miglio di distanza. Vi sentirete completamente rilassato con tutto il necessario in questo condominio completamente attrezzata.
I proprietari della Unit # 210 apportano costantemente modifiche per garantire che le proprietà siano mantenute nell'integrità fisica. A partire da marzo 2018, i mobili del soggiorno e della sala da pranzo sono stati restaurati e sono stati aggiunti nuovi, più comodi e luminosi cuscini colorati. Hanno anche aggiunto nuovi fan.
La sala da pranzo ha una nuova penisola in granito e luci pure!
Tutti i vecchi mobili in lanai sono stati rimossi e sostituiti con un tavolino con 4 sedie e due nuove chaise longue!

Amazing view to wake up to every day and our favorite spot to watch the sunset. The area around the condo is quiet and lush. We enjoyed being out of the super touristy part of town but still having plenty nearby. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing Host and Experience. Five Stars!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The KA210 unit was a little taste of heaven, offering an AMAZING view, great access, & easy living. It is up a few flights of stairs, so be prepared... but also note that is why you have the most amazing view of the beach and the gorgeous sunset. The place was clean, well maintained, had AIR CONDITIONING, and everything worked well. Pool access is right across the way, and we fell in love. The only note is that the place does not allow you to leave food behind. Food in Kona is expensive! It would be nice to be allowed to leave food behind for others instead of throwing it out. Of course hosts do not want to be held liable for food quality and safety, but dry goods, oils, and non-perishable foods would make it easier upon the next guests. Overall, this was an amazing opportunity to stay in a 5-star place and we are grateful to our hosts and the surrounding community.

Spectacular view

This is a great property if you want to be in this area of the big island. View is stunning. We pretty much lived on the lanai. Whale watching and golf course watching. A few minor flaws but overall a great condo

Kona Oasis with an Exceptional View!

Centrally located to Kona and other attractions. The layout worked very well for us, and we really loved having two bathrooms.

The flat is on the third floor and even though there are inside air conditioners the bedroom gets fairly warm. It would be nice to have some spices to do some cooking. Delightful Stay in Kailua-Kona (South)

Located just South of town. Convenient access off main highway. Top floor, great view. Four-building complex. Large living space including dining and living area. King bedroom and Murphy bed felt like 2nd BR. Overall Clean and well decorated. Attractive outdoor lanai with cooking grill and sink. Completely furnished kitchen and two bathrooms. Also, beach chairs and towels were a great addition. Full laundry was convenient, too.

The communication from the property management was very helpful. They were also very prompt to answer any questions. The condo was perfect for our needs. We attended a wedding at the nearby Outrigger resort which was a five minute walk. The condo had a spacious master bedroom with bath. The second bed was a murphy bed in the common area which had a folding wall for privacy. The condo was well equipped with a full kitchen, beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. Be aware that this condo requires the ability to climb stairs to the top floor. There is no elevator. The best part of the stay was enjoying the spectacular views from the lanai. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, immaculate, spacious condo with gorgeous views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I spent a wonderful week here and highly recommend staying here. We came for a vacation full of relaxation with little on the agenda, and this was the perfect place to hang out, mix cocktails, and cook many of our dinners at home while enjoying them on the lanai and watching the incredible sunsets. It’s also a short drive to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and sights if that’s more your thing. We also appreciated the eclectic collection of books, CDs and DVDs (when’s the last time you listened to Boyz II Men, I ask? Not recently enough, is the only right answer). The condo and grounds were all well-maintained and peaceful, and this felt like staying in a friend’s home rather than an impersonal hotel room. Two happy thumbs up!

Adorable with Amazing Views

We loved staying at this property. The value of this property was outstanding. Compared to the hotels in town, we paid about half the price for on of the best ocean views in the Keauhou area. As per other reviews, yes, there is road noise from Ali'i from people commuting from South Kona, and yes, it is a top floor unit so you have stairs. If climbing stairs to a top floor unit and road noise are going to bother you, then this amazing little gem may not be for you. However, we loved our little bird nest above the pool. Total privacy on the lanai, and the murphy bed with the privacy screen around it was a great fit for our family of 4 to get a phenomenal condo at a great price. The condo was peaceful as it had mostly local residents and very few vacation rentals. Please be respectful of the permanent residents if you choose to book this unit, tourist life is a lot more busy than local life. This condo is also an older condo than some of the other condos, but for us, that only made its charm even more appealing. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Ocean Views

The stairs are a good reminder to be mindful, to not overpack (there's laundry in the unit), and to be grateful you can still do the stairs! The condo had what we needed to cook our meals, eat them comfortably, and do the dishes. the owners have thoughtfully provided A/C which wasn't necessarily needed every night - but was sure appreciated when needed. Comfortable beds - including the murphy bed with handy screens for making a private space at night. Clean, comfortable and easy to be there. You cannot beat the ocean view. It's so lovely to watch it, and the golfers on the 9th hole of the Kona Country Club teeing off. Friendly, quiet place. Nice pool. Easy to walk down to several beaches and to the boat harbor. There's a fun weekly farmers market with food, crafts and music at the Outrigger down the road. Easy access to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and to golf. We really enjoyed the place. Best View at Keauhou Akahi

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the third unit at Keauhou Akahi that we have stayed in, and it was by far our favourite. Out of the four buildings at Akahi, this building sits further back, giving this particular top floor unit the best view of the entire complex. Yes, there are lots of stairs, but it didn't bother us. It is very tastefully decorated with a blend of modern and traditional Hawaiian décor. It was super clean. It didn’t come with any spices or supplies in the kitchen but was otherwise very well equipped. They supply a roll of toilet paper and some hotel sized toiletries in each bathroom, but if you are staying for any length of time, you will need to bring your own. The management company sent us the odd text to check in on us which was convenient since we had a small issue with the toilet in one of the bathrooms. They promptly sent a repairman over to fix it. The location isn’t in town and about a mile walk to the closest shopping centre. I knew this and personally like the location of this complex, as it is conveniently located between Historic Kailua town, coffee country and the wonderful snorkeling at Honaunau. We will be visiting Kona again next year and will try to book this same condo.
