The newer pool and hot tub complex adjacent to the beach gate was very nice. The unit was pleasant and well laid out and had an ocean view.

Beautiful property. Very nicely furnished and more well stocked than any properties I have rented in the past. Jan has anticipated every need from the kitchen to the beach. There is tons of storage for clothing. We have stayed at Villamare many times and I think this unit is my favorite. The beach view from both patios is great and dolphins were spotted. Being an end unit, there is quite a bit of privacy on the patios as well. Thank you Jan for creating a beautiful space.

Amazing condo at a great complex - new adult pool / hot tub and short walk to the beach make this ideal. Unit was clean, well maintained and has beautiful ocean views. Host Jan is responsive and friendly! Would go again anytime.

Jan was an excellent hostess. We had some special needs and she was very responsive. The place has a great view of the ocean and we loved being on the 5th floor

The condo was clean and accurately described in the VRBO posting. The host was very timely with her communications and also let us know that our condo was ready early, which was awesome. The property grounds were very well maintained. Overall, very satisfied.

Fantastic property in a centralized location! The unit is always being updated! Amenities such as pool, hot tub, beach access are excellent! Our property manager, Jan Meyer, is always available for any issues, which are rare! Parking is easy!

This is a lovely villa at a great complex. There is an ocean view from all rooms. Nice furnishings Villamare is a great complex - nice pools, including a new adult only one, walk to the beach, and a fitness center. It’s so convenient to Shelter Cove and its grocery store, restaurants, shops, etc. The host is very responsive and gave excellent instructions about the unit, checkin, etc.

Fantastic property, Villamare is our favorite and this unit is terrific. Comfortable beds, nice updates and furnishings. Only possible suggestion I might offer is to upgrade the tv in the living room, but otherwise everything was perfect! Great communication with the owner and hope to stay again soon!

We had a wonderful time staying in this particular condominium. The indoor pool is very close, and we utilized it every morning for an aerobic workout. Pool water was 88 degrees. Fantastic. We absolutely loved renting the bicycles for our 7-night stay. Riding the bikes on the beach was really neat and the tires don't sink in. Several walking/bike paths and many beautiful homes and in the area while biking. Check-in was a breeze. Two beautiful outdoor pool areas. Many sights to see on the island, like the boat harbor. The view from the balcony was perfect. Ocean and treetops. Check it out you will not be disappointed.

This is a great spot and a beautiful condo! The view is breathtaking and you can actually see both sunrise and sunset fr the balcony. We enjoyed the fun games provided and the indoor pool facilities. It is a quick walk to the General Store for any forgotten items. I highly recommend this place and Jan. Good communication and everything was as advertised.

Lovely vacation spot

This condo was the perfect place for our vacation. It had everything we needed for our stay (THANK YOU to the host for providing beach towels - absolutely essential) and was very clean. The host was super responsive to all communications. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach stay!

Our VRBO stay was absolutely fantastic! The place was **spotlessly clean** and incredibly **close to the beach**, which made walks and swims so easy. We loved having access to the **nice pools** for a refreshing dip, and the **easy parking** was a huge plus. Its central location meant we were **close to everything** we needed, from shops to restaurants. We had a wonderful, convenient, and relaxing stay!
