We had a great stay. The location was perfect was had a nice ocean view on the deck. The hosts were timely and informative when answering all of our questions. We had a great week.

Just a heads up to your clients that it's 3 sets of stairs with somewhat narrow stairs to get into the home, which was tricky for my friend with a 50lb suitcase. She flew in from Boston and had to pack everything in her one case and it was difficult for two senior-ish women. Otherwise, the house was clean and well supplied, close to the beach and breakfast places, boardwalk, etc.

You're right that the stairs in our 100-year-old building take a little extra effort — but most guests tell us it's well worth it. Being up on the third floor means you're above the street noise and greeted with beautiful views the moment you arrive. We also list it clearly in our description ("two flights of stairs") so everyone knows what to expect before booking. Thanks again for staying with us — we'd love to welcome you back!

Wonderful stay - everything super clean and in working order. Bedrooms were much bigger than we thought - great surprise! Good layout and the crib was great to have.

Beautiful home and great ocean view

We were so comfortable at this spacious and well appointed apartment and enjoyed the view and very close proximity to the ocean. Would love to rent here again!

Close to both the beach and boardwalk. Off street parking was a huge plus. Communication with owners was great. Highly recommended.

Perfect beach vacay!

This was such a great spot for our beach vacation! Bob was lovely right from booking and gave great details/information about the house prior to our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and perfect for our family of 4. The location was great - so close to the beach and a nice short walk to the start of the boardwalk. We do have two kids under 3 so the outdoor staircase was a small challenge but honestly not impossible and the view made it worth it. We will absolutely be back for hopefully many future family trips!

Great location and great condo

Loved the location and amenities to the condo. Steps from the north end of the boardwalk and beach. Condo had everything we needed for a nice long weekend. Bob was very accommodating throughout the process. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Home By The Beach

We are a family of four with two children under 8 and this house was wonderful. It was spacious and the proximity to beach and boardwalk were fantastic. Check-in was quick and easy. Everything was just as described. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in OCNJ

We had a wonderful girls weekend at this condo. The owner, Bob, was extremely responsive. He provided a comprehensive document with helpful information. He checked in with me during our stay to make sure all was good. The condo itself was extremely clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the boardwalk/ocean. Thank you, Bob, for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful, clean, and family-friendly location

We had a great week! The location is fantastic, quiet, clean, and with beautiful views of the ocean. We were close enough to the boardwalk to enjoy when we chose, but just far enough to be away from the noise for peaceful evenings. Bob was very helpful and friendly with our questions. Thanks!

OC Vacation

Had a fantastic vacation! This condo is a home away from home. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you'd want. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. I especially liked that the bedrooms were upstairs separated from the general living area. It made the condo feel larger. Plus each bedroom had its own bathroom which I appreciated. The beach and boardwalk were practically right outside the door. The owners are very friendly. When we had a slight issue with vrbo while initially reserving the property, Bob called us immediately and the issue was resolved. Would highly recommend this property!!
