Great views and deck!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has beautiful views and a wonderful deck to look out over Shadow Mountain Lake and Grand Lake. The three bedrooms and two living spaces was nice, but the couches in the basement looked very well lived in. We also thought the beds were pretty uncomfortable. But the kitchen was well equipped, and had all the basic necessities. The location is really convenient to downtown Grand Lake and to the other lakes for fishing. The property management company was really easy to work with and responsive.

Wonderful Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect house for a small group, and the views are beautiful! Our group had four adults and a lab - plenty of space for us all. House comes with everything you’ll need. Short trip into downtown. This is our second stay here, and we will for sure stay here again in the future!

Stay at Rustic Inn

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Rustic Inn is our favorite place to stay in the Grand Lake area. We love the views and the pet policy. The location is convenient. We plan to be back on our future trips.We only have two issues to share: 1. The refrigerator cycled on and off every few minutes. It often caused a vibration when on that was noticeable throughout the house (particularly at night). Although the refrig. worked great while we were there, this may be a sign the appliance is in decline. All the other appliances worked great, and quietly.2. The dining room lighting was too dim to be useful after dark. It would also be nice if the overhead lights were adjustable.Overall, the Inn was fabulous and we will be back!!!Written by Dave, Susan's life partner.

Holiday getaway

Great Stay over 4th of July

We loved this house so much. Good views of both Shadow Mountain and Grand Lakes. Check-in and out were very easy. We will definitely consider this spot for our next stay.

Perfect Getaway

This cabin is great for Families! Brand New deck, new gas grill, and FANTASTIC views of Grand Lake and the surrounding areas!

Enjoyed the cabin. Location us perfect. Close to the little town of Grand Lake and close to Rocky Mountain National park. Cabin perfect size for our family and had everything we needed.

Great Place to Stay

This cabin was perfect for our family of 4 to bring in the New Year. The mountain and lake views were SO beautiful from the deck! It was amazing waking up and drinking coffee to that view every morning. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and it had a huge family table to eat together and play games. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

Staycation

Great stay. Watch out for the cow moose. She made an appearance in the driveway as she strolled down the slope. Great time even with some rain and cool temps.

Great Rockies Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Idyllic quiet setting in the Rockies, just minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP) and the charming town of Grand Lake. Perfect spot for day hikes in the park or exploring the local surroundings. Cabin was well equipped, spacious and great view of Grand Lake and the Rockies. Highly recommend for a quiet get away and chance to enjoy and explore both RMNP and Grand Lake.

Great location

It would have been nice to not have to go to the office to check in and out. Great location and it was perfect for our family of five. I realize that it’s a pet friendly place but didn’t like all of the urine stains on the carpet 🤮

Beautiful cabin with spectacular view!

We loved staying here… the new deck is amazing and we loved watching the fireworks right from the deck! Great deck furniture. Well stocked kitchen! Nice grill. Loved the Keurig and Alexa! Close to town! Great time!!!!

Overall pleasing stay

The view is incredible and the property is clean & comfortable. Saw a mama and two baby deer outside one morning. Having to deal with a 3rd party rental company (lack of flexible check-in, extra paperwork, waiting weeks for security deposit refund) despite renting a VRBO is a little frustrating.

Vrbo is a third-party booking platform and while they have a standard range of policies those listing their homes can adopt, independent homeowners, and rental companies (neither being third parties but the direct representatives) can all utilize the platform for marketing. This means that check in procedures and many other policies can differ from home to home on Vrbo. In fact, all of our policies and procedures do align with the professional standards Vrbo requires. A Grand Time

Very nice accommodations with a patio that had spectacular views that we enjoyed with coffee and cocktails. We would definitely stay here again. Only a few minutes to the heart of town.

Reviewer Comments: The home was great. Views from the side deck were just amazing looking down on Shadow Mountain Lake, Grand Lake and the mountains. Appreciated all of the furniture (tables and chairs, and outdoor sofa and coffee table) out there. Kitchen had plenty of supplies for all our cooking needs. The grill on the deck was also appreciated. We would definately recommend this place.
