Soggiorna nel lusso in questo posto bellissimo, spazioso, molto pulito, tranquillo e sicuro, situato in posizione centrale nella Baia di San Francisco / Silicon Valley, ideale per famiglie, turisti e viaggiatori d'affari che desiderano un posto tranquillo ma non troppo lontano dall'azione . Questa lussuosa casa si trova vicino a numerosi negozi, ristoranti e servizi. Fornisce un facile accesso alle principali autostrade per le città vicine, le imprese e le attrazioni.

A proposito della casa:
Questa imponente casa unifamiliare situata a Union City, in California, dispone di 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni completi, un'enorme suite padronale e un bellissimo cortile. Ottima disposizione con grande entrata e scale curve che portano al secondo piano. Ampio soggiorno con soffitti alti cattedrale. Camera da letto al piano inferiore con bagno completo. Camino personalizzato con facciata in granito nel soggiorno, uno dei tre all'interno della casa, di cui uno all'interno della camera da letto principale. Cucina recentemente ristrutturata con splendidi ripiani in granito e pavimenti in legno recentemente rifiniti. Garage per due auto. Grande angolo d'angolo ... ideale per un soggiorno molto piacevole per la tua famiglia e / o il tuo gruppo.

La casa è arredata con gusto con letto king size California in camera matrimoniale e vasca idromassaggio. Due letti queen size nelle camere due e tre (piano inferiore). Due letti singoli nella quarta camera da letto. Abbiamo anche un divano letto matrimoniale, un letto pieghevole a due letti e un materasso pieghevole a due letti. TV 55 "in camera familiare con oltre 300 canali. Internet wireless ad alta velocità in tutta la casa. Pianoforte in soggiorno. Cucina completamente attrezzata. Anche nella zona si trova il mercato agricolo e un grande centro comunitario. Troverai anche Costco e il commerciante Joe entro 2-6 miglia da casa nostra. La casa si trova a un isolato da un parco con accesso a campi da tennis e da basket gratuiti. L'area ha le migliori scuole di Union City, tra cui la premiata scuola elementare Delaine Eastin a circa 2 miglia a sud.

E se sei una persona all'aria aperta e vai in bicicletta, fai escursioni, birdwatching o semplicemente ti godi la natura, il Coyote Hills Regional Park è un ottimo posto da visitare, a soli 3 miglia di distanza da casa nostra, con quasi 1000 acri di terra protetta da scoprire . Il Lago Elisabetta è a soli 10 miglia di distanza se ti piace passeggiare per questo bellissimo lago. Anche il campo da golf di Lake Chabot si trova a 20 miglia a nord, il miglior valore per il golf della Bay Area in un ampio layout. A sud, si trova il parco divertimenti Great America e lo stadio Levi's, tutti a 20 miglia. Prendi la 92 direzione ovest e ti porterà direttamente alle spiagge e ai ristoranti di Half Moon Bay.

Had an excellent stay - house was very clean, roomy and well stocked. We definitely appreciated three full bathrooms. Convenient area too with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful clean and impressive property in a great neighborhood.

Property owners are great people who accommodated an early arrival, warm greeting and showed us around the beautiful home. I'd highly recommended the property and it's my only choice anywhere in the bay area. Excellent value!

Family holiday

Rahel was a fabulous host and after the madness of New York relaxing by the pool in a quiet residential area only 30 minutes from the City was just what we needed, lots of shops and restaurant only a couple of minutes away and everyone was so friendly and helpful, if we ever venture back to San Francisco I would 100% stay at this propert again

Extended family visit

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kids used the pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub and common spaces. We especially loved that one bedroom was on the first floor so folks who have trouble with stairs could have access to everything. The hosts were communicative and kind. While I wasn't there for the walkthrough, we appreciated knowing the details for the property. We had a great week, and loved staying here.

Great Place to Stay

We have had a wonderful time staying here. We found the house clean and in order and had everything we needed. The backyard was a gem as well, with swimming pool and hot tub and fire pit, which we used all - quite relaxing and peaceful. We found the area convenient for our needs with various shops and restaurants close by. The house is located midway between south bay and San Francisco, so easy to go anywhere. The owner, Rahel, was very friendly, easy to communicate and responsive. Overall, highly recommended place to stay. We will come back soon.

Family event

Our family of 7 stayed in this house during a wedding event. The home was beautiful, well-maintained and cozy. We were so busy with wedding events that we didn’t cook or spend much time here, but it would have been great for a quiet retreat. The hot tub was wonderful and Rahel was a great host. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Home

We were met by the owner and enthusiastically showed around her wonderful home. Everything one could hope to be supplied was readily available and graciously offered. We could not have hoped for a better experience, or for an opportunity to meet a more welcoming homeowner anxious to share her lovely home.

Thanksgiving in San Francisco

My family’s first Thanksgiving in San Francisco and we had a fantastic time. Thank you Rahel for making it happen. Your home is warm and very inviting and comfortable. We all stayed around the kitchen making Thanksgiving dinner. Our MOST MEMORABLE holiday away from home and we’re all grateful!

Very very Nice.

First off all the reviews before this one are true, about the owners Rahel and Mulugeta and the condition of the house. Everything worked out well for my mother and family of eight adults. The house was roomy and very comfortable. Be prepared to take your shoes off inside the house , and relax and enjoy your stay in this affordable gem of a home in the Bay Area.

Beautiful home, unbeatable price, and excellent owners!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation to California. This house was beautiful, exactly as the pictures showed. We had 6 people traveling so the four bedrooms and 3 full baths were perfect for us. We especially liked having a bedroom and full bath downstairs. Rahel and her husband met us at their home the day we arrived. She even left us a basket of goodies and bottled water in the refrigerator. She also checked on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. She definitely makes her guests feel welcome. The neighborhood was great and was close to several restaurants. We went to Menlo Park and Palo Alro several days and the commute was easy. We will definitely stay at this house again and highly recommend it! Rahel is excellent to work with and she responds very quick to any questions I ever had.

Dated property, not young kid friendly

We stayed for a week with our 5 children. Property manager was super nice and quick to respond. The house photographs well, but in person it was dated, although we still really enjoyed our stay. There was breakable decor everywhere on the main level, so I had to rearrange quite a bit to be comfortable that there were no accidents. There were many features are not available to use, like the 3 fireplaces, or all of the plates/cups in the hutch, or half of the front door. My recommendation is to not display items that cannot be used. The neighborhood was nice and quiet! Overall the house was fine, once I got over the initial disappointment of the photos vs. reality. Would stay there again if the price were to go down, I don’t think it’s worth its value.

Hello Sandy - Thank you for staying with us. It is me, Rahel, the owner who received you. Whereas we value feedbacks greatly, we do not believe what you wrote is accurate or fair. We have served many groups and families with and without kids for almost 8 years now. As stated in our profile, the entire house and backyard as pictured are available for our guests, except the garage, which is used for storing house supplies, cleaning materials, etc. The house has large double doors. We leave one door latched rather than swinging around. But, you could have unlatched that door too if you wished, although that would have been totally unnecessary. We never had any complaint regarding this issue since we started business 8 years ago. As for decorative items in the house, you could have asked us to remove any items you did not want there. We are only minutes away and could have taken them to the garage or closet. The kitchen cabinets have plenty of kitchenware, probably more than any family would need. I am not sure what else you wanted. We always advise our guests to call or text us if they need anything specific, ahead of time if possible. A great majority of our guests do not need anything else. But for those few who do, we are normally there in minutes. Finally, we wish the price was lower too, except that the cost of maintaining such a property in the Bay Area is very high and the third party fees alone are more 25% of total. Sorry for the lengthy response. I just want to make the record straight. Thank you for your business and best wishes. --Rahel

Beautiful home, highly recommended

We found Rahel’s house very beautiful and clean inside and outside, exactly as pictured and as described by many reviewers. The outside was nice and relaxing. We enjoyed the gazebo by the pool and the fire pit. The inside is spacious and well-furnished. All beds were well made and comfortable. The master bedroom was especially spacious with large walk-in closet and bathroom. One bedroom and bath is downstairs, which is convenient for someone who doesn’t want to go upstairs. Rahel is one of the nicest persons you will meet. She welcomed us upon arrival and showed us the house. She had a gift basket for us with chips, cookies and bottled water, etc. That was nice. The neighborhood is great and convenient for everything you want. It is close to highways and plenty of shops, groceries and restaurants, all within about a mile radius... Stay here and you will not be disappointed. Highly recommended! --Emanuel T.

Clean & Cozy

My wife & I stayed here for a week. Rahel (who we thought we would be meeting but unfortunately never did) was very nice to get us some roses & a gift basket before our arrival. We never got to thank her in person but her husband was there to receive it. Not a big deal or a problem, but it would have been nice to know that they are both hosting as I was surprised to hear a male answer the phone & door. He was courteous, just took us by surprise a bit. The kitchen has way more cookware than most rentals we’ve stayed in. Very comfy master bed. Some water in the fridge was nice. No salt though, but there was pepper. Hosts were very accommodating to requests & went out of their way to be helpful/thoughtful. We weren’t expecting a tour when we arrived but we got one. Guy was very nice but it was more thorough than we preferred because part of the fun for us when staying at rentals is looking through it & finding things ourselves but the host seemed to have good intentions. We were a bit disappointed that we couldn’t use the fireplaces as there was no tools/wood. There were only 3 face towels (relatively minor inconvenience , more of a note to the hosts) so we definitely needed to wash. Neighborhood is safe, peaceful & beautiful. A great location away from big cities/attractions, but not too far.

Thank you for staying with us, Noah. We are always grateful to our customers. As you know, a house like this needs multiple people to run. From management to cleaning, we have quite a few people who handle different tasks. Therefore, it is not always possible to meet everyone. As for the house tour, we like to show our customers where things are. This is a big house with several facilities. That way, customers do not have to spend time searching for certain items. And this is stated on our profile. In your case, despite our showing, we had multiple calls, one near midnight. The showing is meant to avoid such things. In those rare cases where someone just wants a key in a box, this house is probably not for them. We leave many towels inside rooms and cabinets. It is more than enough even for large groups. I am not sure why it was not enough for just the two of you. But we could have brought more if we knew. In any case, I am glad you had a good time here. As you said, we went beyond usual to accommodate you, including allowing you to check-in early and waiting for several hours. Thanks. --Rahel

Lovely Owners but property below standard.

Having just returned from our weeks stay in this property, my family and I were very disappointed in its appearance. What we found was quite different from the photographs on Homeaway, which were obviously taken some time ago. In short this house is in need of painting and a good clean. There were cobwebs, grubby curtains and stained pelmets in the master bedroom/bathroom, blinds which did not close correctly and the blind in the family room has slats missing. There was no gas in the fire pit for first night. Although this was quickly rectified following a text message the following day, it’s the kind of detail you expect not be overlooked when booking an ‘Executive Villa’. The pool and hot tub were lovely however it did not appear that the twice a week pool maintenance was carried out as stated by the owners. Having stayed in a number of Executive Villas over the years, when we have vacationed in the USA, this home is way below that standard in our opinion. Grubby white carpets, trip hazards of multiple rugs everywhere, master bathroom lock sellotaped together, broken bathroom floor tiles taped together, undressed double beds in two of the rooms we used are a few examples that have influenced this opinion. We met the owners upon arrival and they are a lovely couple. The welcome pack they provided was much appreciated after our long drive from LA.

Hello Steven - First of all thank for staying with us. We appreciate it. Having read your review, we are not sure what to make of it. You seem to have been very happy and appreciative when you left and never said anything to us for help. With a 1.2 million dollar home, we have been serving so many grateful guests from all parts of the world without significant issues for some time now. That's why we are Premier Partner of VRBO and Superhost of another booking site - which only a few rental homes achieve. We always treat and serve all our guests the same way. We receive all in person and show them all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen and even the outside, making sure that things are good and in order. We ask for any special needs from customers. Occasionally we get special request or two, which we provide when possible, even sometimes buying on the spot. We didn't hear anything from you. You held a birthday reception in our house involving locals without telling us and without paying for it - as our guests normally do - and we didn't even raise the issue. The fire pit gas of course runs out when used for extended period of time. Although that doesn't happen that often, we do have extra cylinders in the garage when needed. The pool is cleaned once a week by a professional cleaner (not twice as you said). And the automatic pool cleaner runs daily for 3-4 hours to make sure that the pool stays clean. We upgrade our house periodically. In fact we just had new shower doors and new floors in our bathrooms when you arrived. You might have seen a tape on one tile which the contractor left for drying. We shampoo carpets regularly. I am a clean freak myself, that's why our guests write how clean the house is. All beds were properly made as always, one of which was being used by your daughter immediately. The pictures shown in our profile were taken by a booking site about a year ago. What you see is what you get. Many even comment how familiar the house looks. Finally, in any home, it is always possible to find a thing or two minor issues, but taking it way beyond is, I think, unfair and uncalled for. I hope readers note. Beautiful, spacious house

My family and friends stayed here for a week and we absolutely loved the house. The host came out to meet us and show us around and he was very friendly. The house is very clean, plenty of space for all of us (8 in total) and the pool and jacuzzi were great for kids. Location was convenient for shops restaurants and highways. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you hosts!!
