We had a wonderful stay at this townhome in Five Points! The home was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was excellent—convenient to downtown Lewes, the beaches, restaurants, shopping, and everything the area has to offer.We especially enjoyed the Five Points community and how easy it was to get around from the townhome. The property was exactly as described and provided plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy our time together.We would definitely recommend this townhome to anyone visiting the Lewes area and would happily stay here again!

Great home base in Lewes!

House is comfortable and welcoming. Location is great for walking to nearby restaurants, the pool, the biking trail - or a short drive to the beach. No complaints from our crew who very much enjoyed our stay!

Wounderful place to stay with family or friends

Everyone in our family enjoyed this home. Spacious,comfortable and clean. Easy access to Rt1 in order to explore other areas. Host was great. We would stay again.

Fantastic house, better than imagined!

My family had a wonderful stay and the property owners were so incredibly helpful and responsive. The house had every possible thing we needed and then some…beach chairs, games, kitchen needs, etc. So much care and consideration was made down to every last detail. We’ll be coming back again soon for sure!

Beach Babes

Each year my girlfriends and I go to the Delaware beaches for summer vacation. We have stayed at this place twice now and absolutely love it! The condo is very comfortable and the kitchen is super well stocked. The back patio is adorable and the pool is only a short walk away. The location is close to a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, and the outlets. Our host, Pam, was very quick to communicate with our questions. We will definitely be renting here again!

We absolutely loved the rental! It was spacious, well equipped for all our needs, and located in a safe, family friendly area. We took advantage of the beautiful 2 mile trail around the development and saw some turtles along the way. The rental was decorated so cute with a cozy patio, which was our favorite! It was very clean, had tons of bath towels, games, and lots of nice beach chairs we took advantage of. Check in and check out directions were clear and detailed and communication with the host was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this rental!

Family of Five Beach Getaway

We were very impressed with this property. The pictures do not do it justice. The cleanliness & comfort exceeded our expectations. The home provided everything we could have needed from cookware to plenty of towels. It's located close to restaurants & grocery stores. We enjoyed the community pool & the Village at Five Points was quiet & felt safe. I would highly recommend staying here. Hope we get a chance to visit again!

Great place

Unit itself is excellent- clean, well appointed, much bigger than it looked online. Spacious patio with nice furniture. Beach chairs to use and some toys as well. Area is great 10 mins to lewes 20-40 to rehoboth depending on traffic. Great pool, great restaurant for breakfast and lunch and a seafood spot for dinner. Grocery store and cvs adjacent to the area as well. Would give it 10/10!!!

Spacious townhouse includes, off street parking and many amenities

This very clean and beautifully decorated townhouse has many amenities that a family with kids would love. Perfectly located so that you can get in and out without the crowded Rt 1 traffic. So many options ie. a day at the beach by shuttle, or stay and use the pool in the community. The community complex is created with a town center that has a sports bar, restaurant and ice cream shop. Easy walking or bike ride without going on the the highway to the grocery store and other retail shops. Highly recommend this home.

Great spot away from the hustle and bustle

This is the third year staying here and it was a great time as usual. Not busy. Traffic never an issue getting to/from the beach or restaurants/breweries. Great waves at Cape Henlopen public beach. Walkable neighborhood amenities great (pool, restaurants-fish on is fantastic, Arenas coffee shop). Minor gripe One star off for the first floor carpeting and furniture which could definitely use some updating, and mid floor shower/tub could use a good renovating. Xbox one a good bonus. Kids and adults both had a great time. Another successful family vacation. Thanks again

Great Stay in Lewes for All Ages!

This house was exactly as shown in pictures and in the description. I usually clean our rentals as soon as we arrive because nothing is to my standards, but this house was immaculate, saving me time and energy. It also had everything we needed and although I did, I didn't need to pack our entire house! Linens, towels, paper products, spices, games, beach chairs and supplies...everything!!! The Village of Five Points had places to eat, swim, and play all within walking distance. The town of Lewes is quaint and welcoming. Parents, teenager, and grandma all agree that the best beach is at Cape Henlopen. We hope to visit this great house and community again sometime! We appreciate the details and thought that the hosts put into making one's stay comfortable and wonderful!!!

Great Anniversary Weekend at the Beach

Great property! Close to everything we like …. Beach, Restaurants and shopping. Super for the active renter too. Got in plenty of good runs and bike rides on the rail trail near by.

Excellent Well Appointed Home

This home is very comfortable and well appointed. Everything you need has been provided EVEN LINENS. This is a definite plus since most homes do not provide this. Home is very very clean. Communication with the owner is great. It is in a great location and its very quiet. This is one of the best homes I have rented. Thank you very much Pam for providing a home of such quality.

Great place!

The picture's really don't do it justice of how great this property is. There was so much room for all of us and everything was so clean. We loved the outdoor seating area. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great home, great location

Had a great stay for a family beach week here. The house was perfect for our two families of four. We like the pool and proximity to the bike path and the beach is only a short drive away. The house itself was comfortable and nice - tasteful decorations and comfy furniture. Great stay!

Great Experience in Lewes Delaware

From the start this property looked especially appealing. Knowing the area, I knew that restaurants, attractions and shopping would be easily accessible. Pam is great at communications and responded quickly to all my questions. Their home is immaculate, comfortable, and well thought out. Having linens and towels provided made the trip even easier. Everything we needed was provided. My wife enjoyed the puzzles and the family enjoyed nights of pictionary. My 8 year old REALLY enjoyed having his "own" area to play xbox and watch TV . The Master Suite is perfect. I highly recommend this property. Thank you!

Fantastic lewes weekend

Everything about this place is awesome…..clean, beautifully decorated, good location, quiet, and safe. The only bummer was the arrival process as the owner gave us the wrong code and we had a tired and cranky kid. But that was resolved within about 30 minutes and all was well. Would definitely stay there again!
