However, your husband indicated that he did not want the leak to be repaired at that time. Therefore, maintenance shut off the water to the line and scheduled the repair for after you departure. During maintenance's visit, your husband informed them of a couple of loose screen panels. Maintenance informed him that they would send the screen company to replace them as soon as possible. Unfortunately, it seems that your husband did not communicate this to you. Several days later, we received a call from you reporting that the dishwasher was leaking again. Once again, maintenance promptly responded to address the issue. The property owner then decided to replace the dishwasher, which was done on the same day. We would like to remind you that you originally reserved this property from November 7, 2023, through December 6, 2023. If the issues were as severe as you claim, why did you choose to extend your stay through December 23, 2023? The plumbing and drywall repair was originally scheduled for after your departure. However, since you extended your stay, we asked if the work could be performed during your stay, which you kindly accepted. The property owner even offered to refund you two full days for a few hours of work each day. Unfortunately, you demanded a much higher compensation and are now retaliating through this review.
