La nostra unità No Smoking & No Pets è stata ristrutturata 4/17 e dispone di una grande camera da letto con un comodo letto king size e TV via cavo a schermo piatto. Nuovo divano letto queen size con materasso premium da 6 "e nuovo comodo bilanciere installato nella tana 20/06/17.
Ha un'ampia porta scorrevole in vetro che conduce al balcone coperto privato adiacente con tavolo e sedie con vista sulla piscina esterna.
La cucina completamente attrezzata ha ampi nuovi armadi Hickory naturali, ripiani in granito, alzatina in ceramica, fornello elettrico a quattro fuochi con forno, tostapane, nuovo grande forno a microonde, nuovo frigorifero / congelatore full size, macchina per il caffè e numerosi utensili da cucina in acciaio inossidabile.
Il soggiorno / sala da pranzo ha un divano letto queen size e una comoda poltrona a dondolo per rilassarsi e guardare la seconda TV via cavo a schermo piatto, ha un camino dal pavimento al soffitto e tronchi elettrici che possono essere utilizzati per "atmosfera" e / o riscaldamento.
Oak Square dispone di una piscina all'aperto e di una grande piscina interna riscaldata.
Le piscine coperte sono aperte tutto l'anno.
Ci sono due ascensori situati convenientemente e un parcheggio coperto per veicoli personali, anche un parcheggio pavimentato aggiuntivo per barche o rimorchi.

What an awesome stay we had in this Gatlinburg condo! Downtown location - easy walk to everything in downtown G'burg. Super clean, comfortable, had everything we needed & great communication with owner! We will be back & hope to stay here next time! The pool, hot tub, balcony were very nice - we just didn't use them this trip.

Very nice room, clean and comfortable. Excellent location - many downtown locations are within easy walking distance. Not a major issue, but I would say that parts of the facility are in need of a refresh - however that did not detract from out overall enjoyment of the stay.

Beautiful little condo designed like a cabin inside! Our family of four had a great stay! The sofa pulls out into a couch to accommodate children. Perfect location for walking to all downtown Gatlinburg shops and eateries. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was as posted and was easy to get around. Great central location for Gatlinburg shops in walking distance. One area of concern. If using the oven would want to bring oven mitts or something to take pans out of the oven.

Thank you for being our guests and for letting me know you did not find any oven mitts nor any flat oven pads to place hot items on. I am going up next Sunday afternoon to do maintenance on all my condos and will bring up a new heavy oven mitt and two flat pads to place hot items on. I am sorry I did not know another guest had removed them from the condo. Had I know about it I would have ordered more and had them delivered to the cleaners to place in the condo. Please remember us for any future premier downtown lodging needs. Please contact any owner as soon as you find a issue and I believe anyone would try to get anything corrected asap. Very clean room. Close to everything possible. Lovely balcony to relax and the host is awesome with communication

Elaine and I grew up in the Northwest corner of South Carolina and have lived and worked within a 20 mile radius of where we were born. I am retired after working 47 years in the same place and Elaine retired in Feb 2018. Our parents sometimes vacationed in Gatlinburg so when we met we realized we both loved Gatlinburg and the mountains so it was just natural that after we married, we continued to visit here.
This area has always been very special to us and now we actually fill like we are "going home" when we start on a trip to Gatlinburg.

Elaine and I have been vacationing to Gatlinburg for almost 50 years. We started short getaways here right after we were married and have raised two sons that dearly loved to come up to have fun in the pools, creeks and walking to the many water falls.
God has blessed us with two grandchildren that are always wanting to go up to Gatlinburg for all the same reasons that our boys did plus now there are many other shows, rides and more new adventures each year.
After much prayerful consideration, we decided to purchase property in downtown Gatlinburg so we would have the safety, convenience and accommodations we wanted
in our retirement.
