Lasciate alle spalle le preoccupazioni ... Se siete alla ricerca di un appartamento sulla spiaggia diretta rilassante che è stato rinnovato di recente sei arrivato nel posto giusto. (Foto ristrutturato appena aggiornato!) Il nostro condominio di fronte all'oceano a livello del suolo è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi staccare e ricaricare le batterie. Cove del pescatore è un complesso tranquillo e rilassante sulla punta sud di Siesta Key. Abbiamo alcune delle migliori vista sull'oceano e tramonti sull'isola! Godetevi attracco gratuito e intercostali acque fuori la parte anteriore del condominio e del Golfo vista mare frontale sul retro. Ascolta il rotolo di navigare sulla spiaggia direttamente dal Lanai e camera matrimoniale. Cove del pescatore dispone di servizi a bizzeffe tra cui, una piscina riscaldata, shuffleboard e attracco barca gratuito per gli ospiti. Siamo anche a pochi passi da diversi bar e ristoranti, tra cui Turtle pub, Tartarughe di Sarasota Bay e Ofelia di on the Bay.

Il condominio è stato completamente rifatto, tra cui pavimenti in spiaggia in legno in tutto, nuovi contatori quarzo con bar per la colazione. piano vernice fresca al soffitto con tutti i nuovi stampaggio di base. Nuovi letti, lenzuola e coperte. Nuovo divano, sedie e tavoli occasionali. HD TV in camera familiare e camera matrimoniale. Nuove porte doccia e servizi igienici in entrambi i bagni! Abbiamo anche appena installato un nuovo frigorifero e lavatrice / asciugatrice nel condominio!

The condo was very clean and furniture was comfortable. The sunset views each night were the best we've ever seen and the location right on the water was perfect for swimming and shell collecting. A short walk to the main road made it easy to catch the free trolley as well.

Lovely updated property. It was immaculate and welcoming. We loved watching the sunsets. Paul was responsive to our needs and also questions upon check in. The second master could use a king size bed the queen felt small. The beach has a rather steep drop off which made gulf swimming impossible for us seniors which was a bit disappointing. 2 more chairs at the table in the lanai would make it nicer to sit around since there was 4 of us.

Clean place, comfy beds, had all cookware and kitchen utensils one would need. Outdoor hose was great to rinse off the sand. Proximity to beach was perfect and we loved being able to use the chairs. Only downfall is the last few stairs to the beach were often underwater making it difficult to access the beach.

Beautiful condo and the view of the ocean is unbelievable! We always rent an ocean front condo and this condo was the closest we have ever stayed to the water. Walked out the back door and you are on the sand. Our host always responded quickly. The condo had everything we needed and was the perfect vacation spot!

Beautiful views and easy beach access. Whole family enjoyed the condo. Location is far enough away from the busy village, but not to far to catch the trolley for dinner and a night out seamlessly. We hope to come back and stay again next year.

Great, quiet condo

Unfortunately we were only able to stay a few days due to Hurricane Ian, but we had a great time at this condo. The beach is right outside the back door and the pool was also very close. The location was close to shopping, restaurants and Siesta Key Beach.

Great Family Beach Getaway

This beach condo was super. It was steps away from the beach and pool...right outside our back door. We could sit outside and hear the waves! The kids had room to play as well, where we could see them, and the hose at the back door made for easy clean up coming in from the beach. The unit was well equipped and had a great layout. There were king beds, bunks for the kids, and lots of family space. Parking was right outside our front door and great restaurants nearby. We had a small issue with one of the doors and our host responded immediately and remedied the problem. Definite plusses all around and the week flew by! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

The property was a bit smaller than expected- but for us it was all about location. You literally are steps away from the water. They were renovating the beach (putting new sand down) so the beach in front of the unit could not be used during the day. We had to use the public beach about 200 yds away. Even though the host wasn’t at fault- he made an excellent effort to make it right. We really appreciated that. The property is definitely worth it if all you are looking for is a place to sleep and eat, but the rest of your time being on the water. I’d definitely go back.

Just Say No!

This listing does not match description! Unit bathrooms were filthy and not stocked! Owner had to order supplies on Amazon after I complained. Orders sent to unit on day 4 or 5 of my 20 day stay! Had to call owner upon arrival for entry directions. Rusty broken lounge chairs! No iron, vacuum, dishwasher machine soap to start. Internet sketchy and no instructions to control 3 different tvs. Owner lied and said he had ordered a deep clean prior to my arrival- he may have ordered it but it did not happen! Window blinds broken. Sent a cleaner out to unit on day 3 or 4- even she agreed w dirty conditions. Seems to me this out of state owner doesnt care or just can’t keep up! Just say NO! I have pictures to illustrate conditions.

Absolutely Filthy

We were so excited to begin vacation and were so crestfallen to walk in and see how dirty this unit was. Grease was all over the stove and on the coffee machine and pot. Food, dirt and sand on the floor, a dirty sheetpan with food on it in the oven, black liquid spilled and left in the refrigerator, a bucket full of dirty utensils and a silverware tray with food stuck on it, There was a condom wrapper, water bottle and other garbage behind the guest room bed. Sand from the previous guest was not swept off the floor or vacuumed off the rug. The sun room looks nothing like the photo. There were piles of sand, different furniture and full of old toys, may of which are broken and the outdoor furniture does not exist. There is one stained plastic chaise outside. Every vertical surface was covered in dust and grease including picture frames and baseboards. The owner was not terribly concerned and was "surprised" as it is usually so clean. Not the case. There was so much greasy dirt on the vents and glass bookshelf it is hard to tell when it was last cleaned. The morning of day two was spent leaving the beach to meet the people delivering the dryer and all the issues that happened and ultimately couldn't be installed so we could not do laundry in the unit. The beach was beautiful and I would return to another unit but this one is not managed. I would be so upset if my parents were the ones that rented it and had to clean it in order to enjoy their vacation.

This is not not even close to an acurate description of the condo. We manage this condo ourselves and take great pride in the appearance and cleanliness of the unit. We are frequently there doing maintenance and deep cleans. Please look at the fifty plus other 5 star reviews we have had over the last few years. The lanai actually looks better than the current picture as we purchased a new table and chairs, plus cabinet for provided beach supplies/toys. Recents updates include: Brand new front load washer/Dryer. New kitchen cabinets. All new kitchen appliances. New hot water heater. And New AC!!

spring break woes

We have been coming to Fisherman's Cove for years and love this location! My parents used to own a unit in this building and my siblings and I wanted to visit again. We were very happy to find a first floor unit that would sleep 7 of us which included 5 adults and 2 children ages 9 and 13. Most of the units are only 2 bedroom and we were looking for a third bedroom to accommodate our group. Unfortunately, the third "bedroom" is a bunk bed housed inside the previous master bedroom walk-in closet. The top bunk was just too stuffy and tight to accommodate my 9 year old so she slept on the couch. Once realizing that the couch did not pull-out to a bed, my brother rented a folding bed from a local company and slept on the lanai. Although an air mattress is available in the unit, there is really no convenient floor space to set it up and keep it dry and clean for the week. This unit should not be advertised as a three bedroom unit and the price should really be set lower in the two bedroom range. Furthermore, we were unfortunate to time our vacation during beach reconstruction! Due to the urgency of repairing the beach for the upcoming sea turtle season, the crew figured it must work non-stop around the clock. Instead of seagulls and ocean waves, we heard the roaring of construction trucks and beep-beep-beep of back-up signals all day and ALL NIGHT long for a week straight. By the time we left yesterday, the crew was past building A and now keeping building B up all night. I realize beach restoration is a good thing. We witnessed the last reconstruction in 2007 but at that time had known about it in advance and were able to plan accordingly. This time we didn't fare so well. Lastly, I want to mention a few items that were either missing or broken in the unit. The master bedroom ceiling fan did not work and this made for some stuffy nights. The living-room could use additional soft lighting to avoid the intense indirect bright lights of the lanai and dining areas. There is no dust pan, grapefruit spoons, and a limited number of forks, cereal bowls, and coffee cups. Additional shelf space and hooks in bathrooms could be installed for greater convenience. On a positive note, the unit is decorated nicely with a nice causal modern look and comfortable furniture. The water filter on the fridge was a nice thing to have but the ice dispenser does not seem to work. Overall, we are not likely to rent this unit again since it really does not accommodate us well.

With over 44 reviews collected across three rental properties I must admit this is our first review lower than four stars and I take it to heart. It was very unfortunate that the beach re-nourishment coincidently happened directly behind our complex over your two week vacation and I very much apologize for that!! Sleepless nights due to trucks moving sand had to be very frustrating and can without a doubt make certain other issues seem way more aggravating. The bunk room is great for little kids and my 8 & 10 year old boys love the space. We have contacted our electrician to have a look at the ceiling fan (this was the first I had heard of this issue) I'm so glad you liked the remodeled condo overall. We are very pleased with the updated results and all the new furniture. The condo is best suited for four adults and two children.

This was our first time to the Siesta Key/Turtle Beach area and we really enjoyed our time there. The condo was all brand new and very nice. There were plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils to use during the stay and a good starter amount of trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. There were also beach chairs and pool noodles available to use. We did notice that the freezer drawer would not open fully, but didn’t notice it until our last night when we were freezing bottles of water for the ride home because we didn’t utilize the freezer otherwise. The only other things we noticed were we only had 4 washcloths for 4 adults so we did laundry daily but the in unit washer and dryer were great. The master bathroom has no door on the shower so the floor gets really wet when using it. And there was no curtain or blind on the patio door so our son sleeping on the Murphy bed in the lanai wanted that covered. We were able to use a blanket to cover it. Those were minor details and we saw it as a trade off to being literally steps from the sand and ocean. The hurricanes really did some damage to the beach and there isn’t much access to the ocean right in front of condo. The water was pretty rough while we were there as well, but we found a lot of cool shells! Some units are still being worked on as well. We were told a beach refurb is planned for 2027 from another guest. Would definitely return, condo is exactly as pictured and wonderful!

A Long Awaited Beach Getaway

Great condo and property with direct access to a quiet beach and nice swimming pool. Tons of shells to collect, fantastic wildlife viewing (dolphins, pelicans, manatee). The unit is set up very well for up to 6 people comfortably. It could use a deep clean, and some updating to the bathroom plumbing, but was really fantastic! The area is perfect for a quiet, slower pace vacation, with only 15 minutes drive time (or free shuttle) to the north part of the key with all the hustle and bustle.

It's not very often you can find a great open-concept condo with amazing ocean views and close enough to the water that you can actually hear the surf. We love having Inter-Coastal waters out the front and great free docking space for a boat. The fishing in surrounding waters is tremendous. Being walking distance to a few pubs and waterfront restaurants is also a huge plus! Fisherman's Cove has all the amenities to make a perfect relaxing vacation.

Fisherman's Cove is an amazing location for a family vacation!! The convenience of being on the beach makes ALL the difference... you really can't get any closer to the sand! Being on the Ground level is the best! Great for young families with kids needing naps or wanting a break from the sun. You can enjoy lunch in the air conditioned condo and be back to the beach in just a few minutes. We really enjoy having a drink on the patio and watching the sunset over the water... It's a regular Corona commercial!
