Villa Coralita è situata nell'esclusivo Oyster Pond francese. Questa villa fronte mare offre massima privacy, comfort classico con una splendida vista sulle barche a vela e sull'isola di St. Barth in lontananza. Villa Coralita è una miscela di contemporaneo creolo e stile mediterraneo senza tempo, costruita su più livelli con 4 camere da letto indipendenti e bagni en-suite.

L'ingresso si apre sull'elegante soggiorno e zona pranzo fiancheggiato da una cucina a pianta aperta e impreziosita da soffitti alti. Le porte scorrevoli si aprono sul ponte semiaperto, sospeso sopra la piscina di 40 piedi e il solarium più basso. La sala da pranzo si trova sulla terrazza coperta. Tramite l'area della piscina è possibile raggiungere il molo privato.

Su un lato di questa villa si trova la suite principale, adornata da un letto romantico, una camera da letto chiusa per un bambino, un bagno privato e un balcone privato. L'altro lato offre tre camere da letto indipendenti con bagno privato, ognuna con un balcone privato. Tutte le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata.

Per l'intrattenimento al coperto sono TV satellitare, videoregistratore, lettore DVD, un impianto stereo e una connessione internet WiFi ad alta velocità. Gli extra comprendono una cameriera giornaliera (tranne la domenica) e una cassaforte per oggetti di valore.

Great Property

Nice Home, not the greatest location. Mostly due to Hurrican Irma damaage from 2 years ago. So first, regarding the home itself, we liked almost everything about it. Communication while on property was excellent. House was in great shape, and very nicely laid out. Almost everything inside the property was wonderful. My issue was more with the area, and the listing's description of the area. They list a boat dock, however the boat dock is damaged on not really usable. Notwithstanding, the whole harbor itself is not really usable, as the markers were damaged during hurricane 2 years ago, and never secured again after. The beaches, which they say are 5 minutes away, are awful. Again, hurricane damage makes them basically non usable. The restaurants we had the same issue. If all the restaurants close by, almost all were closed, most with no chance of rebuilding due to such sever damage. We still had a great time, due to everything being only a 15 minute drive away. My advice would be - if you never plan to leave the house, it is a great spot. If you do want to leave the house, and go to the beach, or to a close restaurant, I would stay in a different location.

Villa Coralita review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay.The Villa was clean comfortable and the area was quiet.There is a great view of the marina from the upstairs deck and comfortable furniture and a nice table on the upstairs deck plus a grill.The pool deck has nice chase lounges and chairs and the pool is clean,perfect to swim laps in.The villa seemed freshly painted inside and out.The dishwasher,cooktop and refrigerator were newer and worked fine.There is no oven but we did not miss it.We always had an adequate supply of hot water for our showers and no power outages.When our phone did not work the maid let us borrow her phone to call the property manager who came over very quickly and brought a different phone that worked.When we came in to pick up our car at the rental place our escort was waiting and was easy to follow.The television was easy to figure out and worked well.The housekeeper was very nice and a great cleaner.We like the separation of the bedrooms in the villa.Our grill outside worked well.There are alarms provided and a security gate and we had no concerns for our safety. We had a great stay.

Amazing Villa - Beautiful Location

The location is perfect with easy access to French side beaches and quick access to the Dutch side for shopping. The Villa is exactly as it appears - modern, new, clean. The agents at Remax Island Properties where great to work with as well - we have worked with them previously and will do so again. Thank you!

Wonderful Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Remax was so pleasant and easy to work with (thanks Victoria!). The house is laid out perfectly for groups that want privacy. There is a common area with a kitchen, living room and balcony. The bedrooms are all separate buildings on the property with their own bathrooms. The pool is large and we stayed in it when we were at the villa. Our housekeeper, Ivorine, was wonderful and chatted with us each day about the island. We also hung out on the private dock a few evenings and walked up to Mama Pizza for dinner. We will definitely be back!
