Very clean, really enjoyed the deck space. Lots of room for our group to sleep. The downside was parking. It’s a smaller shared driveway and we had 2 trucks with trailers and 2 other cars. We luckily had a friend nearby that let us put our trailers at their house for the weekend. Everything else exceeded our expectations and it was a great price for the space, I would recommend this property and I would stay here again.

Come ready to relax. There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t provided by the host. Sleeps plenty! Two masters, one master has a king and queen bed. I didn’t fully understand that from photos but was perfectly suited for our situation.

We had an excellent stay! The house was in a nice location that was peaceful and quiet, while still being easy to get to. It was well furnished and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. One of our favorite parts was the great outdoor deck, which was a very enjoyable place to sit and relax. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

We stayed two nights. Check in was easy. Kitchen was great. Water was hot and the beds were comfortable. Listing was a little misleading. They indicated “No Pets” but the basement and areas of the first floor had a strong odor of wet dog. They left a bottle of Febreeze, which we used several times but the smell of wet dog never went away. The linens and towels were very tired and stained. There was also no Internet access. There was an Internet router next to the television, but it was not connected. This meant we were not able to use the Internet or watch television. I reached out to the owner via text and did not get any reply from them. Overall, a nice house, but could not give it a rating of five.

The house was very nice, in a peaceful area with pretty views, and a convenient location for visiting many lake towns. The house also was more than enough room for 8 people with a well stocked kitchen and anything else you might need. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was everything we needed for 2 families. Tons of space, communication was amazing, and the property was amazing! My son especially enjoyed ping pong in the basement. Next time we come to the area will definitely look to book again.

Beautiful Stay!!

We had a great stay! The home is very cozy and welcoming-Super comfortable beds, a very up to date kitchen, and a beautiful deck. So much to do in the surrounding areas, would recommend checking out kayaking with boyne river adventures, only about 15 minute's from the property and so much fun!

Great time

Our family as well as our neighbors spent 3 nights at this property to enjoy Boyne and had a wonderful time. The property is cared for very well as well as stocked very well. We had a wonderful time. This property is approximately 20 minutes from Boyne Mountain.

This was our first time in the area, so this spot was perfect for us as it was short drives to many of the activities we wanted to check out. The space was perfect for our family and we loved sitting out on the beautiful deck, further enjoying the outdoors. Highly recommend!

My father built this house when I was a little girl and I spent my childhood coming up here and skiing in the winter and swimming in the pool in the summer and shopping in town with my mom. I got married and came up here with my husband and then we brought our children. Our boys have great memories of playing in the pond and the pool and enjoying the snow sports in the winter. Our sons always dreamed of bringing their families here and now we are lucky enough to introduce the area to our grandkids!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

It has been in my family for most of 44 years. We have such great times here and we would like to share our piece of heaven with you so you can create new memories with your family.
We also have a beautiful new swimming pool in our association that you can use, there is also a pond close and golf course just down the road.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

It is close to everything imaginable. The town of Petoskey is 20 minutes away ,great shopping and restaurants. We are really close to Walloon Lake,and Lake Michigan is close too! Just a short drive to the Mackinaw Bridge, leading to the upper peninsula.
