This was our second stay at this unit. We had to do some cleaning ourselves but the unit was fine. I would stay here again, I hope that the unit is a little cleaner next time.

This condo has a lot of potential, however the place needs an overhaul. It is outdated aesthetically, technologically, and otherwise. We had issues which were dealt with when reported, but they need to come inspect this place to truly appreciate the problems that exist there.

We go to orange beach every year. This was by far the best experience. So clean, had a full kitchen, ease of getting in the condo - arriving and leaving. It was a perfect week

The condo was very nice and spacious. Kitchen well equipped. The balcony was very large and comfortable. The ocean view was nice but we were too far away to hear the ocean. There was no view of the sunrise or sunset. Excellent location.

We loved every minute of our stay here and hope to come back again next year. The condo had everything we needed and the view was the best part of waking up each morning! The large balcony and bathroom were extra nice.

Awesome vacation!

We loved our stay on the beach! This is probably our favorite of all the places we have stayed before. We will definitely try to stay at Grande Point again in the future.

Perfect Family Getaway

This was the perfect location for a family getaway. The beach/pool areas were not overcrowded at all. Quick elevators, everyone staying there was pleasant. The condo was roomy and just as described in the listing. We hope to stay in this area again soon.

This was our first time staying at this condo complex & we will definitely be coming back! We appreciated the clear communication about our rental & the check in/out process. The unit we stayed in was decorated very nice & had plenty of room for our family of 6! We loved all the seating that was available, it had plenty of bathrooms & the view from the balcony was great! The condo complex was older & the particular unit we stayed in could benefit from some updates to the bathroom fixtures & a deep clean to get all those details the maid service doesn’t take care of in their surface cleaning, but I wouldn’t say the unit was dirty & it all served its purpose for our week long vacation & wouldn’t stop us from returning. The grounds at the complex were very nice, it was close to lots of things to do, we liked having the indoor & outdoor pools & hot tubs & being at the end of the beach it was more quiet/less people on the beach than previous spots we’ve stayed.

Wonderful place,wonderful time

This property was exactly what we were looking for. We loved the location and all of the amenities there. The condo itself was super nice and grandparents, parents, and kids all enjoyed it.

The family spent Thanksgiving week here at the beach. We were lucky with the weather, and our stay was fantastic. We will be visiting again.

Great Balcony

The condo was as described in the listing. The balcony was huge and we appreciated the location at a quieter end of the beach. Plenty of space for four adults and three kids.

Family Vacation

We were very pleased with the property! The condo was well equipped, and amazing very clean and very roomy! Directly on the ocean, very easy access. We will be staying here again. We had a family of nine and it was very spacious for us all. The grounds were very well kept the pool very clean. And I think my favorite part was the very big spacious balcony.

Would stay again!

Great place! Location is convenient to beach, pool, and fishing. Condo 312 is overall clean, except if we walked barefooted our feet were dirty. Check in and out was easy and communication great! Overall, would stay again!

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! It is very hard to keep the grout clean on those floors. When walking from the beach to the condo, your feet/shoes get so dirty and then it is brought into the unit. And, guests spray their sunscreen inside of the condo (we prefer they didn't) which is very hard to get out of those floors. I have alerted housekeeping to do a good steam mopping when they clean next!

Awesome getaway

This is a beautifully decorated, spacious condo with a great view of the beach and harbor. We have stayed at a lot of nice places in Gulf Shores / Orange Beach over the years but this was truly one of the nicest yet. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again.

Great condo!

Our family of 5 had a great time here. Plenty of room and it was extremely clean and comfortable. This was our third time staying at Grande Pointe but the first time with a condo on the ocean side(the other two were nice as well, they faced the pass). Would definitely recommend it. The property managers stayed in touch and checked in with us, making the check in and checkout process a breeze. Hope to go back !

Grand Pointe

I highly recommend Grand Pointe because of the site. Large, uncrowded beach front and beach side of the building. We were there with family and grandkids loved the beach and pools. Lots of open spaces for walking and exploring.

Beautiful Condo that is clean and spacious!

Pictures do not do it justice! It is huge with a huge balcony and it was so comfortable and homey. Everything was spotless and we had everything we needed for a great vacation. Owner was so very responsive and worked with me to back up our dates due to an incoming hurricane so we could still enjoy our vacation. Would definitely stay here again!
