Hello, we are pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay in one of our Casiola vacation homes. We appreciate your kindness and hope to see you again soon!

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. I sincerely apologize that the cleanliness of the condo did not meet your expectations upon arrival. This is not the experience I want my guests to have, and I appreciate you bringing these concerns to my attention. I’m sorry for the issues you encountered with the odor, dishes, tables, and overall cleanliness. While I did offer to have someone come by to address the concerns during your stay, I understand your hesitation and appreciate the effort you made to handle things yourselves. I will be reviewing these points with the cleaning team to ensure our standards are consistently met and that additional attention is given to these areas moving forward. I’m glad to hear that the location worked well for your visit to the Orange County Convention Center and that you enjoyed the convenience of the area. Thank you again for your honest feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience. I hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better stay in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate your input regarding the pool size and the layout of the unit. We understand that it may not have been ideal for families with smaller children. We will take this into consideration for future improvements. However, we're glad to hear that the proximity to the convention center and access to the garage were positive aspects of your stay. Thank you for choosing to stay with us.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I sincerely apologize that the condition of the unit did not meet your expectations. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, as guest feedback helps us identify areas that need improvement. We understand the importance of maintaining a comfortable and well-functioning space, and we will review these issues with our maintenance team. Thank you for your honest feedback, as it helps us work toward providing a better experience for future guests.

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback and suggestions! I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay, found the amenities superb, and appreciated the convenience of the nearby shops. It's great that the early check-in option added to your comfort, and that we were able to quickly resolve the issue with the garage light. I apologize for the inconvenience with the washing machine and the lack of larger cooking utensils and pots for bigger meals. We will certainly consider upgrading our kitchen supplies to better accommodate large groups and ensure a more convenient cooking experience. Meanwhile, the maintenance was able to checked the washer when you were out during the day you reported it. He said that the water in the washing machine comes out cold but when you touch the inside it is warm, the hot water in that washing machine enters from the side and not just cold water. Your suggestion about providing information on places to donate unopened food is excellent. I understand the concern about wastefulness, especially when traveling for events with unpredictable schedules, and will work on providing our guests with information on local food banks or charities that welcome such donations. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us and for your thoughtful suggestions. We are committed to improving our service and facilities based on guest feedback. We look forward to welcoming you again on your next trip, hopefully making it even more enjoyable and convenient!

Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback. I sincerely apologize that you had experience this during your stay. Rest assured that we will use this as a training opportunity to better ourselves next time.
