Golf Villas at Mauna Lani Resort

Upon inspection of the property it was noted that the sheets were stained but not dirty. When sheets are washed and stains do not come out they are generally discarded. This should have been done. Big difference between dirty sheets and stained sheets. Amenities in the garage include 2 paddle boards, 4 Bikes, 2 coolers, 2 surfboards,3 boogy boards,snorkel gear, & umbrella. There are also 7 beach chairs of which one was broken. The one chair and umbrella had been folded and put back in garage by previous guest and overlooked by cleaners. we have 3 times the usual amenities supplied by most units and to complain about one chair and one umbrella seems a stretch. This guest never apprised me of the issues until after they departed, not allowing me to remedy. The owners of GVG2 & management go out of there way to maintain the unit in the best condition possible. One needs only to look at all the 10 star reviews. And remember, management is just a phone call away. Aloha, Mgmt.
