Benvenuti in paradiso!!!! Nessuna strada da attraversare per arrivare alla spiaggia! Siamo di 2 ° livello. Uscire di casa, direttamente sulla sabbia !! Siamo situati a ca. 120 metri dal bordo delle acque! Dune a piedi West è un rilievo, 1 piani duplex. 1650 sq. Ft. 12 posti letto. Dispone di due camere matrimoniali con bagno privato, la camera da letto 3 condivide un grande bagno con la 4a camera da letto che ha due letti a castello !! Il luogo ideale per una vacanza in famiglia o ricongiungimento !!!! Affittare entrambi i lati per un totale di 8 camere da letto e 7 bagni !!!! (Vedi il nostro elenco di altri VRBO # 739.867)
Amerai relax sul ponte mentre i bambini costruiscono castelli di sabbia in zucchero, sabbia bianca sotto !!!
Ci sono due piscine e un campo da tennis in questa comunità gulfront di Morgantown.
C'è un sacco di shopping, golf, sentieri, mini-golf, andare carri e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Non mi va di andare a mangiare fuori? Nessun problema ... la cucina è ben accessoriate con tutto il necessario ... o alla griglia al di fuori sul pozzo barbecue e guardare il bellissimo tramonto mentre vi rilassate le preoccupazioni di distanza !!
Quindi, chiudete gli occhi e immaginate voi stessi sul balcone con il fresco, dolce brezza che soffia e il suono tranquillo delle onde dell'oceano che si infrangono. Oltre ... questo è quello che sta per SPIAGGIA ... Best Chiunque fuga può avere !!!

We love that it is pet friendly and that the beach is, too. The place was very clean. There was a good washer/dryer set up that we put to good use every day. Our unit was not ready for check in at 4, but our host messaged us to let us know and that it would be ready during the 4-6 check in window, which it was. This is our second consecutive year for this rental. We hop to make it back next year.

This is a spacious beautiful condo on the beach. We loved that it is dog friendly and the community is great to walk your dogs in the evening. It's also quiet and more secluded which was great. However, the cleaning crew need to be replaced. After a day or two there were dirty rings in the toilets so they obviously hadn't been cleaned. A thick layer of dust was everywhere. We had to wipes shelves and tables down before we could put our stuff down. Both of the newer showers had rings of mold all around the bottom. That would be easily removed if they had actually been cleaned. It's such a nice condo to be that messy. Hosts were wonderful though and we appreciate you allowing us to stay at your condo!

Beautiful beach house!

My family had an excellent spring break stay in this home! It is roomy, comfortable and easily accommodates large families, especially if you are bringing pets. We found it very clean and inviting. The absolute BEST part is the location, just off the sandy shores of the Gulf. The neighborhood is nice and walkable, again very convenient if you are bringing pets. We will absolutely stay here again!

Great location in a quiet area of Morgantown. Decor and furnishings are a little dated and the main open area would benefit from another couch/loveseat.

Great neighborhood in Fort Morgan

Loved this property for its space, location to the beach, and overall set up. Wish it was closer to neighborhood pool but that’s the only drawback—- if you have several younger kids recommend renting a golf cart to go back and forth to pool too. Beach is walkable with small kids.

The very first paragraph in our description clearly states that we are ‘2nd Tier’! No where do we say, we are on the beach! In fact, our photos show that we are not beach front-but you can definitely see the beach from our balcony as we are only 2 houses from the beach with no streets to cross. Apparently you have our listing confused with a beach front.

We loved the property and couldn't have asked for a more family friendly beach atmosphere. It was our first time in Fort Morgan and we are already planning our next trip! The whole family loved it, especially the two grandpups. Check-in and checkout was a breeze. The easiest on any property we've ever stayed in. Having a complete kitchen and a grill in the outdoor made it so simple for laid back evenings after a day at the beach. Plenty to do just down the road if you are ready for a break from the beach.Our youngest grandchildren were begging for more days.

Comfortable family spot with good water views!

DuneWalk West provided plenty of space for our family of 5 and we felt like the pictures did not do it justice. Our favorite spot was the porch and its view of the water. Great for soaking up some awesome Gulf breezes and sunshine! It’s located in a more secluded part of Morgantown, which was nice for privacy’s sake. We enjoyed having access to the community pools as well. Would stay again if we returned to the area!

Spring Break 2023

This place is amazing! The beach house is right on the beach. You literally open your doors to the sound of the ocean! We loved that the beach was like having your own private beach! We highly recommend! The house is roomy and minutes away from Gulf Shores!

The duplex was clean.The community pool and tennis courts were not able to be used because the weather was extremely hot. It was great having 3 1/2 bathroom since there was 7 of us. The trek over the sand dunes was tiresome .

Vacation 2024

Everything as in the pictures. Owners super easy to communicate with. Lots of room for our Family vacation. Short walk to beach. They do have beach toys, chairs and various yhings for family on the beach. Our family was extremely pleased.

Family stay

Great location! Had a great time. However the house needs some maintenance. Beds were confortable however the top of the bunk beds were dirty and full of tiny mosquitoes. There was some leaking from the ceiling, and some of the furniture was old. Over all we had a good time.

Nice Unit!

Easy access/walk to beach without crossing any roads. Unit is a duplex with no common wall with the other unit so nice separation/privacy. Property Manager was very available and responsive through VRBO messaging.

Family getaway

We love staying in the Fort Morgan area. We had a good view of the beach from the house. The house has some issues- Hall wall is plastered but not painted and the ceiling in that area leaks. Sofa is very lumpy and not comfortable to sit on. Dining table was broken but usable. The house was spacious and gave us plenty of room for the family. As I said, we love the area and were pleased with the beach access

Lightning fast customer service

Battery was dead on door lock, so we could not get into house. The owner fixed the problem quickly and without drama. Given the remote location of the house this issue warrants comment.

Because we are so close to the beach, saltwater can sometimes corrode the battery to the keyless locks that are used for entry. For this reason, we keep a separate lock box, with a key, so our guest never have to wait for a locksmith to get in. Thank you so much for your review! A friend and I took nine teenage boys for a beach trip. We had plenty of rooms and bathrooms. There is plenty of seating in the dining area and living area. Easy access to the beautiful beach. The unit had lots of privacy since it doesn’t share a wall with the other unit. The kitchen is well stocked except for Tupperware. The unit was not ready upon arrival and we had to wait about 30 minutes for it to be cleaned and inspected. One of the pools was closed due to a One of the pools was closed due to a leak. Overall, we were happy with the unit and location.

When Ron isn't golfing and I'm not playing tennis.....you will find us at the beach!!!! We have 3 rescue 'fur babies' that go everywhere we do! I wouldn't want to vacation without them and that's why we offer a pet friendly vacation home!

We fell in love with this house and everything it has to offer! It has the most beautiful, panoramic, unobstructed views of the sandy white beach and Gulf of Mexico!! It is very spacious and i love offering the option to rent both sides out as one house for large families and groups at an affordable rate!!
