? Are the pictures trying to show the place is outdated? Not sure of the intension here. Thanks for sharing. The exterminator had been there just before your arrival. We had thought it was aired out by the time you checked in. Apologize for this inconvenience. We try to do monthly extermination as Florida is known for many pests that we try to keep away from the Loft. We appreciate you choosing us to host your stay.

Thank you so much for sharing such a beautiful spot with us. You would never know that you busy city with all of the peace tranquility that you have at Brandon Lake. It had everything we needed to feel at home. The people in the community are friendly and welcoming. Watching all the wildlife was so interesting and cute. I have never cried when I left a vacation until I came to Brandon Lake. I’m so happy to have found this beautiful place and hope to be back again. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us.

Nice location and screened porch. Overall perfect for 4 people with nice amenities. The mattresses are not the best. The key box was difficult to find in the dark- when standing at the entry door it’s behind you in a corner.

It’s unfortunate you had issues finding the lock box, we tried to be descriptive in the directions. Nobody has complained about the bed until now. May be a personal preference. The majority have been satisfied. We hope to have you back sometime soon.

Check in was super easy. Place was clean and beds were comfortable. We were only in town one night for our high school daughter’s lacrosse tournament, so we appreciated the washer & dryer to clean her uniform. It met our needs for our brief stay.

Always happy to go back to Parson's lake Path. Nice location with the lake at the front. I recommend to all for your journey's in the Tampa area.
The path circling the lake, with the activity center and the pool.
Lots of nice birds around for those who enjoy them.
Another view looking across the lake toward the unit.
