Property very clean and comfortable. Location is awesome. Parking could have been a problem but the garage space solved that!

This beach Cottage was exactly as advertised-clean, comfortable, cozy, convenient access 1 block to beach, and cute. It is walkable to the Newport Neach Pier, and many fantastic restaurants are nearby. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The on site parking garage is a bit tight, but it worked well especially on the weekend when parking on the street was scarce. On site washer and dryer is convenient as well. We would stay here again and highly recommended this beach bungalow!
Beach access is located right down the street-literally one block away!
On site parking garage and has washer/dryer for laundry
Fashion Island is minutes away and has some great eateries-this is R& D Kitchen

Great location

Loved the location…short walk to the beach and nearby shops/restaurants. Only a 25 min drive to Disneyland which is what we came to do. Would stay again!

Cozy Cottage

Wonderful location, well stocked kitchen, beautiful and inviting decor. Perfect for a weekend getaway with lots to do from eating out to relaxing on the beach or going on a harbor cruise.

We would definitely stay here again

We had a great time on this trip. We would definitely stay here again, close to everything and very walkable. The bathrooms, kitchen and living room are all very tidy and clean and included all the amenities we needed.

Would love to visit again

This property was perfect for our family of 5. Fully stocked, clean kitchen and immaculate bathrooms! Loved being a quick walk to the beach & restaurants. Would love to visit again.
