4BR Mountain Cabin - Skiers Paradise, lato pista, 14 posti letto

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear the rental was easy to access, felt spacious, and that the convenient shuttle service was a big plus for your stay. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and would be happy to welcome you back anytime.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear there was frustration surrounding the cancellation process. We do want to clarify that travel insurance is separate from the property’s cancellation policy. A reservation is not canceled “with insurance” through the property manager; rather, travel insurance is designed to help guests file a claim directly with the insurance provider when a covered reason affects their trip. We understand that cancellations can be stressful, and we always encourage guests to review both the booking terms and their travel insurance policy so they understand what may be covered. Thank you again for sharing your perspective.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We’re thrilled to hear you found the cabin beautiful and enjoyed the view and location. We’re also very sorry the hot tub wasn’t working during your stay. While we wish it had been fully operational so you could enjoy it, we’re glad the refund helped a bit and that our team was able to address it promptly. Thank you for your understanding. We truly appreciate you staying with us and taking the time to leave a review. We’d be happy to welcome you back for another visit.

Thank you so much for sharing this thoughtful review. We’re thrilled to hear the host was very responsive, that you found the place beautiful, and that the experience felt accommodating from start to finish. It’s also great to know the complimentary resort shuttle was such a helpful feature and made getting around easy. We really appreciate you noting the ski-in/ski-out details as well. You’re right that the access can feel a bit off the main path and that the nearby lift closes at 6pm, so it’s helpful for future guests to know the shuttle is a quick, convenient alternative in the evenings. Thank you again for staying with us and for saying you’d happily stay again. We’d be delighted to welcome you back for another trip to Boyne.

Thank you so much for the five-star review of 832 Mountain Cabin. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and are so glad you enjoyed your stay overall. It means a great deal to know this Boyne Mountain vacation rental provided a positive Northern Michigan getaway for your trip. We also appreciate you mentioning the issue with the internet and the TVs. We are sorry that the downstairs televisions were not working properly during your stay, even though the upstairs TV worked well. Feedback like this is incredibly helpful because it allows us to address problems that may affect the guest experience and make improvements for future visitors. Our goal is always to provide clean, comfortable, well-maintained vacation rentals with responsive guest service, quality amenities, and a smooth stay from arrival to departure. We are grateful for your note and for giving us the opportunity to improve. Thank you again for choosing 832 Mountain Cabin. We truly appreciate your feedback and would love to welcome you back for another Boyne Mountain vacation, ski trip, or relaxing Northern Michigan escape.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review. We’re thrilled to hear you felt this was an amazing spot for a family ski weekend and that you enjoyed the space, kitchen amenities, and having a great home base for Boyne adventures. We also appreciate you noting that the 10am check-out time was clearly communicated. Thank you as well for sharing the concerns. We’re sorry about the hot tub odor, grime along the sides, and it turning off, and for the stained throw pillows. That’s not the standard we aim for. We’ve flagged these items for immediate attention so the hot tub can be cleaned, inspected, and serviced, and the pillows can be replaced or professionally cleaned. And you’re absolutely right—please do let us know about any issues during your stay or before you depart. We respond quickly and would much rather address concerns in real time so you can fully enjoy your vacation, whether that means sending maintenance, bringing replacement items, or offering another solution on the spot. Thank you again for staying with us and for the helpful feedback. We’d be happy to welcome you back for another ski weekend.
