The property is located in the private beach area, great views! We enjoy our stay, the kids were upset about not having a private balcony, otherwise we had an excellent stay!

Loved our stay. The bay window gave us such a pretty view of the beach. The bed was so comfortable. We loved how close we were to the beach and the pool was great as well. Our host sent us all the info we needed for a great stay. Everyone we encountered was so nice and we would book again.

Would stay again. The beach chairs with the unit were sooo nice. However, there was not any pot holders or oven mitts to remove any food from the oven. I’m always afraid to use a dish towel because they’re to bulky. There wasn’t a dish drainer either, so I made due with stretching out the dish towel. Just minor inconvenience, but overall a good stay.

It was everything you would expect for your first vacation to Panama!! We fell in love and look forward to going back next year most definitely !! Very clean beautiful view everything is very convenient!! The host r always there and just a message or call away!! Well supplied in the condo

Great location. Host was quick to respond to any questions. Swimming pool was large with a nice size kiddie pool. Easy walk to the beach. Pizza place and ice cream was within walking distance.

Great, short stay

We enjoyed our visit! Great unit and host! Loved that we had chair service for our two days at the beach. The host was quick to respond when we had a question about the air conditioner.Would visit again!

Great vacation

Every year my wife and I stay at Top of the Gulf. Great place to stay and we’ve never been disappointed with our room. This room was just as great and the owners were very nice and easy to deal with. Will definitely be staying again.

Love it!

We found this gem last year and liked it so much we stayed again. It's a great place for kids and adults. Right on the beach and the pool is great as well. The condo is updated and has everything you could need. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Quaint little condo with all the basics you need for your stay

The property was great. You have everything you need...laundry area near the elevator, vending machines, and a snack shack in the pool area. Very close to eating establishments, shopping and entertainment. Being right by the beach of course helps as well. Cool place

Condo was great...clean. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great; it was like we had our on little private beach (not overly crowded). The only complaint I have is that the facility needs new washer and dryers.

Beautiful Condo!

Very beautiful condo and has a nice scheme to it as soon as you walk in! Host was awesome with communication before, during, and after our stay. We had no issues and love Top of the Gulf! Shower had great pressure, had everything we needed in kitchen, Roku TV was great for relaxing at night time with tons of channels, and the bed was comfortable with really nice sheets and down comforter. We will be back again to stay! 10/10!

Something’s were missing.

Location to beach was excellent. Overall the studio was very clean. The major problem was the kitchen. Kitchenware was too high to reach and no ladder to help. Wish there was a broom.

Not as pictured online. Sort of rundown.

Ceiling outside the door was literally falling and all electrical wires were exposed. Online description makes you think view is more than it really is. You have a great view of the parking lot and if you can turn your neck enough you have a side shot of the beach off in distance. Place needs some updating. Otherwise ok place if you aren’t looking for something really nice and upscale. Lady at checkin was telling each person same thing “oh your room has an awesome view- you will be looking down at the fish from That view” ummmmm nope- unless there are fish in parking lot.

Hello Barbi, Thank you for taking time to write a review of our property. I appreciate how you want to help the VRBO community and share your experience. I would like to call out some of your concerns in the review. The ceiling that you are referring to is not in the condo. Your review is mis-leading to other individuals. The ceiling is in the walkway of the condo complex.. The ceiling is not falling through, it has been cut out to get to the main water lines in the complex as they are working to upgrade several of the lines. We communicated this to you. The only exposed components in the ceiling is a large gray water line. Again, this is not in the condo. Our online pictures are 100% accurate. The picture with the floor to ceiling window is the view from our condo.. I wish that you would have reached out to us to let us know how unhappy you was with our condo while you were staying there. We take pride in ensuring each guest has a great experience and we are also always available if you reach out to us.

Condo issues

We noticed a strong musty smell as soon as we arrived which eventually got into out clothes. We also could not sleep at night due to the A/C unit being so loud. The cable would lose signal every 5 to 6 minutes and would take 2 to 3 minutes to come back on. All of these issues was relayed to the owners.
