Hi Claire, It is disappointing to receive your review as we have been dealing directly with you regarding this matter. After receiving your complaints on arrival, we immediately offered for our cleaner and maintenance man to attend, however you declined this offer. Following a thorough investigation into the validity of your complaints, we made a fair and reasonable offer of compensation for you. You had already secured the booking at a heavily discounted rate and to be quite frank, we did not feel that some of your complaints warranted compensation (including too many keys on the key ring and no restaurant recommendations provided). The property represents very good value for money and is heavily booked year round with consistent positive reviews. The property had been professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, however we accept that there were some leaves in the patio area and door tracks. While we appreciate you were hoping for a larger reduction in your booking total, it simply was not warranted based on the concerns you raised. Regards, GCHH
