The property and its location served as a wonderful home base for our first family vacation in Boulder. We enjoyed the convenient access to Wonderland Park and local hiking. The location also worked well for two one-day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park. The home provided plenty of space and comfort for our family of six. The kitchen is well stocked for those that like to cook. We hope the use the property again in the future.

We rented this home for 5 nights with a group of 10 adults. The owner was very good with communication and was responsive throughout our stay. There are a few things future guests should be aware of. The home does not comfortably sleep 10 adults. There is an air mattress in the basement and a couch, but the sleeping arrangements are not ideal for a group of 10 adults. Our biggest concern was the lack of central air conditioning. There are only two window units—one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. The guests staying downstairs were very hot every night, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The home also needs some updating and general maintenance. There were weeds throughout the driveway, and one of the burners on the stove did not work. These are relatively small issues individually, but they contributed to the overall impression that the property could use some attention. On the positive side, the neighborhood is very nice and quiet, and the owner was easy to communicate with.Overall, we enjoyed our time together, but we feel the listing should be clearer about the sleeping arrangements and air-conditioning situation, particularly for larger groups. Some updates and general maintenance would also make this home a more comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a great location and very close to the trails. It had everything we needed and was well-maintained. Our family especially enjoyed all the games available in the house. The check-in and check-out process was one of the most seamless experiences I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Spacious Home Close to Everything

This home was perfect. It comfortably the 7 adults in our group with a lot of privacy afforded by the several bathrooms. It was also a 2 minute walk from a great hiking trail and just a short drive to downtown Boulder. The kitchen and grill were also perfect for the few times we “ate in.” Would definitely book this spot again.

The house is great and is exactly as advertised. It was spotless. The check-in process was easy and efficient. Communication with the host was perfect -- just enough, not too much. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, the home itself is lovely and spacious, and the neighborhood beautiful and quiet and close to hiking. A five-minute drive to coffee, restaurants, etc. We just had a great experience and couldn't have asked for anything more.
